Receptionist lady is very clever and sweetly force to complete all payments. Her Focus is only Money. Dr. Arti thakkar is there only for big size money packages . All treatments done by unskilled un educated staff only. Dr .amit said see Mercedes car always drive by local driver not car owner but I said medical treatment always done by Dr only not by local staff Dr. Amit karkhanis is only name for clinic they doesn’t look out in treatments.

Tvacha made one of the worst nightmare of bride come true. I went for having a laser treatment just a week before marriage day n in the very first setting the therapist burned my face. Inspite of paying such a high price the returns are pathetic and intolerant. Not recomended at all. Regret visiting it thane tvacha clinic. There should definatly be a clause of rembersement in such senario.Every day the scare on my face reminds me of my wrong decision to visit here.The issue isn't resolved n m not at all happy. Long back when I visited tvacha in 2012 I did setting on settings of painful laser treatment hoping to solve the big issue of my life ,which costed me around 50k n inspit didnt have any effect on reducing my facial hair. Yet with a hope I visited again years later for the same n this time too it proved my decision to revisit the same bundler.

Giving the marketing strategy a single start This is not a public display. This is how they continued to experiment on my skin, asking me to pay 46000 RS in installments and promising me that the laser sessions and carbon peeling would remove my hyperpigmentation. I trusted the doctor's treatment every time they asked me to buy medicine from the Koparkhairne Twacha clinic's medical store. I was depressed, and I finally raised my voice after 5-6 sessions because it was painful and I didn't see any results, which was heartbreaking. Finally, when I went after a long time because I almost went itno depression and had fungal infection because of the treatment and the medication, I had fungal infection. Unexpectedly, the doctor was changed But u kept my calm and explained my situation to the new doctor, who was also informed of my medical history by the receptionist. She responded, "We can't do anything, do one thing, but since we still have 6-7 laser and carbon peeling sessions left, we'll do it in your underarm instead," which shocked me because it wasn't even necessary. I would like to take this complaint further because of their negligent staff because I didn't receive the results or was unsure of whether they were treating me appropriately or not. Yes, I'm speaking up again because I don't want others to fall for the same scams that I did. Recently, someone from Twacha called me for some treatment, and I informed her that I thought I'd get the justice I thought I'd deserve.

I don’t generally write reviews but I think it was important for me to call out my review at Dr. Tvacha. I visited this place for a general skin treatment for me and my younger sister, starting from Dr.Aarti, her approach of dealing with patient is very comfortable and her subject knowledge is mind boggling. All the therapists who have ever treated us have been extremely welcoming and gentle while performing the procedure. The backend staff too has been good with their follow ups and keeping our procedures on track. We have experienced remarkable changes in our skin, acne and scar has reduced to great extent. It was over all a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this place.

I recently saw an ad of your brand which says, "Skin care for EVERY indian woman" where you used a photo collage of women in an Indian map. I (and many other women I know) observed that there is NOT EVEN ONE dusky and darker skinned women. Why is that? Majority of Indian women and men are darker skinned. Skin care is for all shades of Beauties, isn't it? As an organisation and brand, I hope you can do much better than this. I request you to use an inclusive picture of all skin colours in your ad materials and promote a business which doesn't have a stereotyped view of beauty. SKIN CARE and the color of the skin are two seperate things. I hope you can see that. Many people have started to see this. Please stop using insensible ad materials like these!Thank you.

I have visited this money mining pathetic clinic for 5 sittings. I have wasted more than 60k for my treatment and none my problems were solved. Instead of that I got more dump on my face because of laser. I did not have them before the treatment. Some inexperienced interns does all the work. I'm coming shouting for my money . I want my money back . Just do not visit this clinic

We had a terrible experience with Dr. Nupur Agarwal at Dr. Twacha clinic, Dahisar. For her, clients are just cash cows. I spent more than 1 lac for my daughter's treatment and medications/creams. Dr. Nupur assured that my daughter's skin pigmentation would be cleared with her treatment. However, Dr. Nupur was not present for the treatments and later when we asked her about unsatifactory results of the treatment she did not bother respond. Dr. Nupur failed to show up on the day of last consultancy appointment (which was fixed by her), apparently she was on holidays. The staff was very polite and well trained to mould the false promises that are made on day 1 of consultancy.

Do not visit this clinic for any hair related issues as it's useless and only money making scheme. They will ask huge ammount and will provide basic treatment which is not having any effect. There are other dermatologist in thane so try to visit those with proper reaserch but do visit dr.tvatcha

Visiting Dr Tvacha has been one of the life changing decisions for me. I can’t thank Dr Arti enough for being patient and understanding all my concerns and suggesting the right treatment. Not only there is a visible difference in my skin texture but for the first time but there is a healthy glow on my skin that I am in love with .

Results are not satisfying at all. I am under laser treatment for lower facial hair growth since last 1 and half year. l Extended package because recommended number of sittings (8) doesn't worked for me. Now it's about almost 2 years (13 sittings) but still hair growth on lower face is markably there however slightly better than original. Also appointments scheduled are always and always get delayed by an hour or so and receptionist doesn't have convincing reason for these delays. After spending around more than 50k I am not happy. Hoping for the results from remaining 2 3 sittings.

The worst ever fraudsters who are minting money on patient’s anxiety who are looking for aesthetic remedy. The so called physicians like Dr. Alafia who just lure d patients with her sugar coated words and finally convince them for the rubbish treatments. The after affects of their pathetic treatment is being suffered by me even today wherein that Dr. Amit Kharkhanis has made a karkhana of fraudulent medical practices. Overall, I had a very great experience at their Thane clinic. Dr. Pallavi was very patient and kind during my consultation. My skin was highly tanned due to my daily travel. But her treatment changed my skin complexion and texture completely. She suggested for chemical peeling with 4 sittings. The technician there Mrs. Sneha was very polite and professional during the treatment. As I was doing this treatment for the first time, I was pretty nervous. But, Mrs. Sneha, made me feel comfortable during the sittings.
