This hospital staff behavior not well response. Only for kalyan or near by patient follow up get well responce but when patient came from outside or far distance and came to hospital they teach us the behavior came at hospital about 6 o clock and register your appointment. Anybody says me to how possible to reach there at 6 o'clock at morning when I am coming from kasara.with patient .is it possible as well as doctor came at hospital 11 am morning then how much time spend me with patient for that please think something best to convenient for all its my request to doctor koranne.please follow my complaint and teach your staff for changing behavior with patient.every patient came at your hospital with hopes .but only for your staff patient and doctor relation get not well.🙏🏻

I will not recommend anyone this hospital bcoz the doctors are good but the staff and especially the nursing staff is very careless when it comes to kids… My new born baby was admitted due to jaundice in NICU room but no one is there for the baby’s care especially at night all the nursingh staff sleep whole night and the baby were crying so no one is there on duty, all the nursing staff are very rude and don’t have manners to talk with the patients parents & family. Do not go at this hospitals only doctor is good but nursing staff is hilarious…such a bad experience

One of the worst staff of this hospital.. taking advantage of fame and experience. Whats the use of that experience if can not treat the patient at all.. My 6 month daughter was sick and was crying whole day.. so i asked for evening appointment, they denied to give appointment in the evening. Staff told that they accept new patients in the morning only.. what a great rule they created under doctors oath.. I am not going to visit this place ever again..

Hopeless service. My son was running a fever of 103 C. I rushed him to korane hospital. On reaching hospital I was asked to wait in line as dr was busy. I Repeatedly asked how long time it would take the staff answered 20 mins. It was only after I shouted that a junior doctor attended my son. I was asked to give my son sponge bath in open. When I objected they said I can go down to feeding room to give him a sponge knowing fully well that with such a high fever he will have difficulty in walking. Totally heartless answer coming from medical care givers. Now to the doctor. The doctor was like nurse. HOPELESS. He prescribed same dosage of another brand syrup which was not working. At last I had to consult another GP whose medicine helped my son. Please do not go to this hospital. Dr. Korane years ago you saved my sister's life and we had blind trust in your capability as Dr. But after this incident I shall not come to you again and I advise others the same.

Dr . kishor koranne and Dr.mugdha koranne best doctor. Doctor's treatment is best but appointment system is so pathetic. Receptionist and staff is very rude.They don't understand your concern.

If you are ever going at this hospital make sure you have cash money. Coz these people doesn't accept digital payment. My family had to wait for hrs to arrange cash. Educated people have no sense of easement of patients. A mere fruit vendor is also accepting digital money these days and in this pandemic government is forcing to use digital but this hospital is still troubling people for cash.

Dr. is very good and experienced. But the staff other than the doctor is totally arrogant and rude. No management for letting the people go in by token system. I reached hospital by 10.30 with the token 39. when I reached token 35 was in... It took me 2.00 pm to reach from number 35 to 39. Letting people in between for one or the other reason. Moreover I was asked to buy the medicines get it checked and confirm the schedule of taking them. Even after demanding for the information about tonics prescribed the nurse doesn't tell u which tonic is for which problem. I had to ask the pharmacist the use of given tonics. One star is just for the dr. Polite and good knowledge of his field.

Dr. Is very Good and one of the best and experienced Dr in Kalyan. Very calm and Good Explanation about your childs health. For Dr Kishore koranne I give 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but not for all staff. Staff are very rude and arrogant. Appointment system is not good. Waiting timing is too high. Waiting area is enough big for visitors. Play area is also for children's. Overall good.

The reception staff is not helpful, My son had a high fever, They said that the appointment is full, now your number will not be required, otherwise the assistant doctor will check, we went for Korane sir's but, this was their reply.Means they have no time for the patient,They don't care about the patient, these people act very rudely when they have someone in this place, they will understand when such a time.Dear koranne Sir please resolve this issue.

We have a great respect for doctor but the receptionist and their using app is best of time my son is suffering from last 3day we get appointment for Monday, appointment no is 3 but when we reach OPD was started They given me the appointment of 30 no unnecessary we want to wait for 2 hours Earlier when I came for appointment they didn't took appointment suggested me to download the app and now giving an rediculas answers by receptionist. If you want you and your kid to go through a ordeal then please visit this place One session of nebulization is charged 400 bucks and they recommend it for 4 times a day and In a couple of days you would end up paying them the cost of a new machine. Despite witnessing the relentless coughing The staff was more busy enjoying the dinner and commenting on my sense to carry my kid for nebulization in the midnight that too when they recommended it

Pathetic appointment system and very expensive OPD charges.. For new patient they give only consultation and for existing clients they want you to come 4pm to get 6pm appointment. OPD charges are 600, 700, 800 n 900 don't have any difference.. Same person checks in all the amount

You need to book the appointment through Sminq app which is available on play store. We will get a token number from there. However that token number is just for enquiry purpose and to calculate total number of patients. Booking online is Compulsory and after booking online they will provide you another token number, when you we visit the hospital. Which is the queue number. The online booking has no relation with the queue. However the doctor is well experienced and is the most trusted hospital in kalyan. The hospital is available 24/7, but still I.C.U is still missing. If we have some serious issue than just skip this hospital.

First time vißiting This Dr appointment structure sucks. Booked appointment on sminq for 11. On visit staff said Dr unavailable. She will make an appointment for 6 nd we can come at 6. On arrival was asked to fill a registration form. While submitting the form we informed the appointment is already booked by your staff for 6. On this the staff bluntly said we don't know what morning staff does. We only book appointments when we see the patient. I am not the only one . I witnessed 10 such appointment goofups Also no social distancing in the hospital. Not organised...not following covid guidelines....strange thing in a children's hospital

One of a very well known paediatrician or a child specialist in Kalyan. They start taking appointments early in morning and run hospital throughout the day. The doctor is known for his experienced and expert treatment. The patients are known to recover immediately after the visit. There is a proper waiting area for visitors. However there is constant rush due to popularity.

Doctor is good but the stuff think they owned this hospital. Every time we visit the appointment was full as I think stuff was to go home early.

I've been talking my son here since he was 3months the doctors both Kishore and Mugdha are good with providing medications and explain of the medicine what it's for.. The only issue is of the staff who are ridiculous with assistance. Rude with words They behave like it's their owned hospital forgetting that it's because of us the hospital is able to give them their salary..no customer service. No one has any bad experience with doctor it's the staff.

Hi Dr Koranne, Since 2012 am taking medicine for my son (Harsh 7 yrs) and daughter (Shrutika 1year) . previously it was good but now a days you increasing a consultation fee, staffs are not behaving properly. it like a business. Today i.e. 25th June 2019 I am visited in morning around 7:15 am for taking token number but there is mentioned book online. I confirmed slot 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. after that i have given token no 551 to my parents . my mom visited at hospital with my daughter around 12:00 pm and sit over there to waiting for token number. till 1:35 pm that number is not came. then my mom asked to counter when number will come. she replied to mom you have to inform me when you visited and misbehave these thinks are not mentioned anywhere book online and then come to hospital and take again token. then i called to hospital number and asked the same. but she disconnected my call and not replied my question. again called and asked I want to talk with Dr Kishor but she said he will also tell you the same things and transferred my call to any other number. I am requesting to Dr. kishor These are small children do not play with his/her health. and don't make a like business.

This is very good hospital for children. Dr. Koranne is with excellent experties.

I give two stars only to the two doctors over there. Staff is pathetic. They say they have token or appointment kind of system,however nothing gets followed. Everytime we take an appointment, we are given a specific time. We arrive on that time . However we get to go inside almost 1.5-2 hours later!!! We can understand if it's 30 minutes or so late. But waiting for almost 2 hours is not appreciated!!! Also they should think that it's not we who have to wait but babies and kids who get to suffer!!! To top it all the staff ridiculously talks and replies in a very harsh tone. If you're giving a service then atleast value it's patients !!!

Now Koranne Hospital is not allowing to book an appointment offline, they are asking us to download app and book which very painful who don't understand how to use App or even smart mobile. I request you to arrange the facility to book an appointment from hospital premises also through your App but from your hospital staff. Don't make compulsion to use the App.

Best doctor for childern..for appointment there is a bit struggle. Queue for appointment start at 8am in morning and 4pm in evening...we need to come 1 hr before and get into queue then they will give you the Number and timing to come to hospital and meet doctor.... rest every thing is good

It's a place that always test my patience. Never get through a call easily. The staff is so uninterested to help. The place is getting so bad day by day that I dont feel like visiting such a good doctor.

Good hospital but high prices

The staff is very very rude,they don't listen any request specially Dr.Snehal Patil not at all professional and rude and due to this we were unable to talk with the main doctor, sir should look into this and tell your staff to be polite as everyone care about their child.one star only for the hygiene in the hospital.

Taking an appointment is uphill task, although the dr is good but costly and not recommended for OPD or general visits. As you can't rely on them in some urgent visit situations..
