It's a very famous beach that attracts crowd just by its name. A lot of people come here and it's well maintained. Many water sports and on beach activities are held here. A lot of food options are also available. The view here is pretty good and the cleanliness is alright. It's well connected by road and has ample parking area. Overall it's a nice place.

Nicely built beach now, nice paths built for walks, ringed stones for sitting on the beach, a lot cleaaner as well. There is a parking place free of cost and lots of stalls to eat. The fort is the highlight and there are boat rides on offer to take you to the fort. Nice rides on offer as well. Relax and enjoy my native place 🙂

Early morning and evening are the best time to visit the beach. Very humid area despite the mesmerizing view. You could get most kind of beach rides over here at affordable rate. The beach shore is muddy but rigid. Nice place for shooting short videos and photography. Sun is clearly visible from all sides.

Alibaug Beach 🏝 is best place in Alibaug to go with family & kids . There are water sports & other activities happening on beach side . It includes :- Paragliding Jet 🎿 ski Motor boat 🛥 Though paragliding closes early evening. Kids enjoyed:- Camel 🐫 ride Horse 🐎 ride Horse cart ride 🐴 Quad bike 🏍 I enjoyed doing tandem cycling 🚴‍♂️ . Beautiful view of Kulaba fort from this place . We saw wonderful sunset 🌅 view . Everything turned in sun- kissed golden colour🌞.That was amazing ✨✨. The only thing which was disturbing at beach was sea 🌊 water . It was too bad . It was full of oil & dirt . Your feet 👣 will be burning throughout incase you put your legs inside.

We visited the beach in early morning around 7am and the tides were low so people were easily walking across from beach to the fort, there were shallow waters at places and rest knee level water so it was easily crossable. The beach itself was nice. Wasn't great as the water was far away from actual shoreline and it was bit slippery to go there as can be seen in photos, although the beach was quite good and people were having their morning workout and jogging.

Beautiful beach ! For a One day trip location this is the best place. A bit more closer to nature. Beach is not so clean but yet there are many water sports available. The boat takes around to the kolaba fort which is another beautiful place to visit from this beach for about 20 mins away. This beach has many more extensions which are nearby to have that beachy vibes around for a perfect pinic place. The greenary is good around cool breezes make it more awesome environment. There are many hotels n lounges near by coastline for that beautiful view.

Alibagh beache are simply breathtaking! The waters and soft, pristine sand make for the perfect paradise. The vibrant colors and natural beauty are mesmerizing. I could spend all day just lounging on these gorgeous beach. The sound of the waves and the gentle breeze make for a truly peaceful experience. The water is warm and inviting, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. Every time I come to these beaches, I'm blown away by their beauty. It's like stepping into a dream, The combination of sun, sand, and sea is truly magical. Colaba Fort is near to beach, The surprising thing is that this fort is inside the sea & There is a sweet water well inside this fort. Must visit in this place.

This is a poor beach, no facility of anything on this beach, this was an extremely poor experience for me, it looks like it was made by mistake, literally no-one around me was satisfied with the condition, there is just a dirt ground for name of parking and you will do anything on your own, I do NOT recommend this beach to visit as there is nothing to offer in and around the beach. The most annoying thing was the locals, there are a bunch of people who come to this beach with quad bikes and offer you rides along the beach but they are annoying as they come to you very frequent frequent and just makes you ride atleast once as there is NOTHING to say activity except that and they also charbe you very much for a short ride. I again say NOT to visit this beach.

It's most popular and crowded beach. It is just 1 KM from Alibag Bus stand. Well connected with Mumbai and Pune. Lots of water sport activities, Camel ride, Bike, Cycle etc. are available here. Flat Sea beach, ideal for bathing. But you have to walk almost 1 km. Stairs, Seating arrangements with shed, few Food stalls are also available for quick bites. You can park your car outside.

Many activities like dirt biking, jet ski, banana boat, speed boat, para sailing, camel ride, tandem cycle etc can be done. There is a fort in the sea which can be visited by horse cart during low tide. Cleanliness not maintained on the beach.

Neat and Clean. Very close to water and boats. The water over here increase and decrease frequently as per time period. The ISLAND you can see how deep in water but on a given time you can nearly walk over there. Now due to covid restrictions it has been closed for boat traveling till gad. Best place you must visit. ❣️

Ample space very good walk.. good activities by the beach. But sand is naturally dirty A must go place from Mumbai Do take a walk all along the beach and visit the fort after walking the sea water in low tide time. Take one or 2 water sports activities too.

Alibag is the main city beach. It is often crowded with tourists. The beach is good but post covid it has lost the integrity. It needs to be cleaned and maintained. There are very few water sports. The irritating part is the noise of ATVs on the beach. It has ruined the peace, which you long for on the shores. The main attraction is the Kulaba fort. You can walk to the fort during low tide and it is an awesome experience. Just make sure to be back on time before high tides. Another recommendation is the Sada chat (सदा चाट) next to the beach where all chat stalls stand. Any chat you eat at his place is extremely delicious. Have fun! Stay safe.

The Beach Though Had Shallow Waters and wasn't deep Since it's sloping edge wasn't Very Much slopy this makes it a very good beach ⛱️ than Others Because You can Enjoy Waves and Tides To a bit more extent Since the topography allows us But don't you Underestimate The 🌊 Waves They can throw you out of feet in just seconds and You can then Loss control So , my Advise would don't go very Deep though It's Shallow because You Never Know when these same waves which once throw you towards beach can ALSO They pull you inside the Bay so Please be aware Anyways Happy 😉 because the beach ⛱️ had too much stretch of land For everybody and one can Also enjoy Some water Sports like Parasailing and Jet-ski And Hence You can also enjoy Eateries outside the beach And I gave this beach a Four star Due to Its shallows and Also the fun fact that when Water Goes Away From Beach 🏖️ during Low Tide you can even Go and Walk Towards Fort Directly without Using any Boat ⛵, so that's very interesting and I gave it four star 🌟 solely beacuse For the sake that the water was quite Dirty and muddy and The Beach was Smelling foul when water Goes Away.

Alibag beach is worth a visit. Out of all the beaches we visited in alibag, maharashtra it was one of the most clean beach. Waves were also kind of flat so good for kids. There were horse rides and "motor rides" on the beach which was very nice but little expensive in price. Outside you will find lot of street food options so good for foodies.

Alibaug beach is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Alibaug. Despite being so popular, the beach is clean. On weekends the beach is very crowded. This beach offers a very beautiful sunset in the evening. There are also two forts nearby the beach which are little inside the sea - Kulaba fort & Sarjekot fort, which you can visit walking during low tides. It is hardly 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. Alibaug beach is definitely a place you can visit with your friends and family for a peaceful time.

Really amazing for a 1 time visit. You can do horse riding, ride an ATV, go inside the water as it's really clean. As the sun goes down so does the water. And then you can either walk to the castle or hire a horsecart (not recommended for animal lovers). The castle is a bliss, it's really green and just so serene. ATV-₹100 Horse ride-₹100 Castle ticket-₹40

A place where you can forget all your worries. Alibag beach has risen as popular tourist attraction in past 4-5 years and is developed very well. Only thing I'd recommend to keep the beach and surrounding area more clean with waste sorting bins.

The beach is a must visit for alibaug visitors. The beach is right in the city with many beach facing resorts and government guest house. The beach is a popular spot for early morning walkers from the city. The water is surprisingly clear for a beach located near the city, though some garbage is scattered on the shores. There is a fort, a few hundred meters from the shoreline. A morning visit is easier with not many tourists

You can come and have a good time. The beach is clean and you can do many activities. One thing that I would like to suggest is that if possible try to visit before 12pm as the water starts to get away from the shore. And you won't be able to enjoy waves to the fullest. The good thing is you can walk on the bed and reach the fort which is approximately 1km away from the shore.

A perfect weekend destination for adventure seekers. The sunset there is amazing. Enjoy the beach, have beach side food, ride ATVs, surf on banana rides, drift on Jet skii or simply sail away on yacht, there's a lot of things to do there. If you are going on a group picnic, even better; you will get discounts on the rides. Playing volleyball on the beach is a whole different experience. Camels and horse riding is also available as a fun activity. But you have to get there before 5:30 p.m. if you want to capture the moments with good light, Else a walk along the beach at night is a damn romantic thing for the couples.

Alibaug Beach is an absolute gem on the west coast of Maharashtra. I recently visited the beach and was mesmerized by its natural beauty and tranquil surroundings. It's a perfect destination for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway from the chaos of the city. The beach offers a long stretch of pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters, which are ideal for a relaxing swim or sunbathing. The view of the Arabian Sea is simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The gentle sound of the waves crashing against the shore creates a soothing atmosphere that rejuvenates the soul. What sets Alibaug Beach apart from other beaches in the region is its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The authorities have done a commendable job in preserving the beach's natural beauty while providing essential amenities for visitors. The clean restrooms and changing rooms make it convenient for families and travelers alike. Overall, Alibaug Beach is a hidden paradise that deserves recognition as one of Maharashtra's finest coastal destinations. Whether you're a nature lover, an adventure enthusiast, or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, this beach has something for everyone. I highly recommend visiting Alibaug Beach for an unforgettable experience that will leave you yearning for more.

I refuse to acknowledge this as a beach. That there were more tourists & vendors than there were grains of sand is only a slight exaggeration. The stoic people of India stand unperturbed as ever, closer to each other than to the space around them. However, if you so choose, you may enjoy the destroyed remains of what might have been a beach a few decades ago. Take from this what you will.

This beach is very crowded as compared to other beaches in Alibag. It has water sports, many hawkers sitting by the beach and has a seating area with roof. If you're seeking for a good place with some peace, this is definitely not the right place.

One of the most happening place of Alibag city. The beach was clean as compared to the famous beaches of Mumbai. Black sand all over. Lot's of water sports options are available like Quad Bike Ride, Banana Ride, Jet ski Ride, Speed boat ride. People operating all of these water sports activities were humble and good guys.

The place filled with black sand and the nature of the beach is that. Good place to relax at evening and the fort is located in the middle of the sea so we can go it via boat or we can walk via water to reach the fort. Small rides are available there we can take children's to play in that beach and make ride In camel horse and cycle, dirt bike , boat.

This is one of awesome place I have visited. There are various arrangements made for people (those are paid) such as riding sea bikes, coconut water, costumes for enjoying the sea, fruits, small huts and cots to sit and relax, delicious and mouthwatering food, and even you can take bath after you complete your activities at the sea. This beach was way better than other that I have seen so far.

I have lived in Alibaug for more than a decade so the review might be a little skewed emotionally but it never fails to surprise me. I have been to Kerala's beaches, I have been to Pondicherry, I recently went to Goa and from past 9 years since living in Mumbai I have seen everything there is to see about beaches BUT Alibaug beach is still on the top of my most recommended beaches to anyone. This is a ridiculously underrated beach, after coming from GOA I found out that alibaug beach has absolutely ANYTHING you would find on any other beach in INDIA and that's what blows my mind. Let me just say what you can expect to find. The beach has a few resorts on the shore which are good places to stay. So accomodation is not an issue if you are willing to pay for it. There are water sports available like para sailing, jet ski ride, tube ride, group speed boat ride. Land based leisure activities are plenty like ATV ride on the beach, two person cycling ride, camel ride and few other things. The are chaat stalls on the other side of beach to fill your belly after having an awesome day of fun on the beach. There are coconut shops. There is a thrift shop too nearby. Also another major attraction is the Kolaba fort which is just 2 minute speed boat ride away from the beach. You can spend some quiet time there exploring the old fort. This way you can also enjoy speed boat ride two times while coming back. There are changing rooms available and small local restaurants selling seafood. There is a cemented public area for everyone to sit and it has a roof so sunlight is not a problem. Overall is not the best in the country this is DEFINITELY a must visit beach

Great beach! walk to the Kolaba Fort is a must in low tide. Ride on the beach bikes is great fun. however, people keep littering and spoil this lovely beach. beach has a parking area but it's small so recommend walking. Food options are it too great near the beach...a little far off...but ok

It was such a good experience here . The beach was pleasant and there are camel rides for only 100 rupees!! Boat rides are amazing too. One must go here with friends and family to have a good beach day for sure ! A unique black sand beach located in Alibag. It is a popular tourist attraction and is visited by tourists. This beach is accessible by road from anywhere in Alibag. It has a platform where tourists can walk and view the sunset. This beach offers a mind blowing view of the Kolaba Fort. Watersport activities and horse cart rides can be done here. It gets crowded during the weekends. Had enjoyed walking along the black sand and admired the beautiful sunset. This beach is an ideal place for families, couples, adventure enthusiasts as well as friends. It is a must visit and should not be missed.
