Coffee at its best!

Located in phoenix market City Mall, %he cafe day still survives even after most of em have already shut down. Decent coffee even though my americano wasn't the best, but quite decent. The staff was friendly. Wifi didn't work. But a nice place to chill while family is spending hours looking at random stores or shopping.

This chain of coffee shops across India has come a long way, they serve some good coffee and the best part is that the staff is non intrusive. You can sit here for hours on end, while sipping on your hot/cold coffee and having an interesting conversation with your friends or clients. Nice place to catch up with friends or having an informal business meeting. I love their sandwiches, especially the corn and palak sandwich Its a decent place for coffee and cool shakes/drinks, etc apart from being a good place to meet up for short work-related chats over light snacks. Prompt service (we had asked for suggestions -- it would have been wonderful if we got some suggestions about what was good or what is popular). So we just guessed and ordered. But everything we had tasted very good.

Pathetic service. The person taking the order actually denied serving us drinking water and insisted on purchasing a water. This is not just pathetic customer service but against the law!

These guys are awesome. They replaced my drink for free since it was pretty sweet in spite of not adding extra sugar. Good folks. Good service.

This place is love! After crossing the jungle a must halt place. Clean washroom, superb staff. Been continuously visiting this ccd from last 4 years and it never disappoints

Very poor experience with the staff, had given an order for coffee and snacks, they served the snacks first, and didn't give the coffee on our table even after me reminding two of their servers about the order, and after serving the coffee after more than 30 minutes, when I asked the server why was the order delayed the only response I got was not an apology but a laughter....very poor staff management

CCD is gaing back its glory days slowly. Though u cant compare it to starbucks but its improving its game and hope it shines like the old times

Service in this outlet is too slow. All the tables were waiting for the order but I could see people behind the counter using there mobiles instead of preparing. The lady who took the orders started prep everyone else started. Till then full time pass. We had to take out as it was already very late.

I love visiting the CCD here. The employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is pretty good for me to work. Tried the Tiramisu Frappe with ice cream today, its a must try :)

My personal favorite. Non intrusive staff and relaxed space gives this place - mind over matter. Opt for the pathway table which offers a great view of the mall goers and in case you need a quieter seat then choose the ones inside. Service is fast, and staff helps out with valuable suggestions on food bites to go along your coffee

Cold coffee i love it

Great place!! Grab a frappe and a chicken sandwich and your laptop. Great ambience and food well suited for meeting or song writing.

A Good Place to enjoy Great Coffee. It is at LG in Phoenix Marketcity Kurla. Usually I like to have Hot Cafe Mocha or Dark Frappe.. Decent Joint to chit chat, Staff is less but courteous. It is clean and Nice ..

Have regularly visited this coffee shop,however for the first time I thought of giving a review,I have tried all things from hot to cold and from coffee to pastries and from pizzas and rice;I was at this outlet of CCD today with my friend and we tried vanilla cappuccino and classic cappuccino along with cocoa fantasy pastry,service was a bit slow, both the coffee were superhot and satisfying. Pastry was soft and as sweet as sugar,could have been better. This is situated in lower ground of kurla market city,and the ambience is open,with little sitting arrangement.
