RUDE ARROGANT STAFF. They will judge AND NOT EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT If you don’t look “rich enough”. They think just because you’re “middle class” you can’t afford Apple products. That’s the vibe I got from this place. You’re supposed to be sweet, kind and encouraging to your customers. SHAME ON YOU. UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE STAFF DO NOT GO HERE. Literally go to ANY other place.

Had approached a lady employ at the store today around 12:30 PM. I had to have my iPhone unlocked. She first gave me an international number to contact. She didn't know it was an international number. Then she told me the Service centre in Bandra may be open and she was unaware of the exact address. I do not expect this sort of service from an Apple reseller.

These guys never pick up the phone. I've tried calling many times and sometimes they cut your call. The service is also not good, they sometimes make you wait and never attend to you. They also don't care to ask you if you need any help. Who ever is the owner and the store manager of this store really needs some leadership skills because ultimately it comes down to the heads who run this store. It's your responsibility to hire and train your staff to run the store correctly. Really pathetic customer service!

Product you will get. But staffs are not so good. They are really not interested to give information. May be I step into the store at the last hour of the day. So surely take your time and go. Dress well so that they can feel you went to buy. I bought iphone 12 mini and airpod pro Because I wanted to buy on that day otherwise I might not buy from them. Been waiting at the store for last 30mins and no sales representative is even bothered to attend us. This is when there are only 2 customers in the store. Very horrible service! They actually judge you based on your appearance.... If you don't look rich enough then no one will attend you or make an eye contact. So dress up well if you want to he noticed at the store!

I literally had to shout & scream at their arrogant powai store staff deepak more for sound sense to prevail. These people are so low on their commitment on customer service side that they just simply lie or make false promises while selling u the new iphone. Once sale is done then u will see their actual colour.. I purchased Iphone 13 from their Powai store along with exchanging my old iPhones. I was told to wait for 1/2 hour before they complete the data transfer from old ph to new ph. Then half hour converted to 2 hrs then 2 days & then 2 weeks where in they made me call minimum 10 times( probably calls 7 they didn't picked up), 2wise hung phone on me, 3 physical visits to store. My final advise is never surrender ur old iphone in their store without getting it formatted in front of you.

Yes, absolutely would love to specifically mention, Mr Noor Abbas Khan. 🙏 Since my first interaction, Mr Noor has been exceptionally helpful and supportive in helping me make a decision, explaining me the EMI scheme etc. During my phone installation, he gave me undivided attention and helped me through the entire process (Also I was moving from Android to iOS). Overall, My experience was exceptional and I’m 100% content because of Mr Noor. Highly recommend Mr Noor to everyone visiting Maple, Powai :) He'll always greet you with a smile ☺

We went to buy an iPhone XR there. The guy at the counter and the salesperson kept pushing us to buy insurance and extended warranty inspite of us repeatedly saying that we aren’t interested. It was really irritating.

Slow checkout, if influx of customers increases additional counters aren’t opened up until you ask. I expect better services when buying an Apple product. Not the ideal franchise partner for the brand.

Very friendly and co-operative staff. They have lot of patience and deal with customers very positively. Very good experience. Keep it up! I bought a cover for my iPhone 13 from this store, thinking it was transparent as the attendant did not allow me to open it and see how it looked. There was a circle there but I thought it was a part of the packaging. I was misguided. I did not want a cover with a circle on it. I have returned the cover, and have had no communication about a return or a replacement. It is not a big deal but why can they not be precise?

Never purchase from any Maple store, especially from Hiranandani Branch at powai. The staff never picks up the calls especially after the sale is done. Also the cash back claim what they boast of never gets credited in your account and they just take you for a ride. It's almost 120 days and I have still not received my cash back. I've been chasing up with the Maple team and Pine Labs, but there is not response. The worst experience i have ever faced. Never buy from Maple

Staff is highly untrained and arrogant. They are very unethical. Don’t buy from Maple. There are many other authorised reseller and now even Apple Store is open in Mumbai. Do try them out, AVOID MAPLE! A lot of issues faced with exchanging iPhone 13 to iPhone 15, they didn’t give the advertised offer

Very good service I was interacting with Mr. Kaif from the store who promptly informed me about the availability of desired iPAD Pro and streamlined the purchase. The purchase was super smooth and easy. Kudos to the team and thanks Mr. Kaif!

Very bad customer experience and service.I went there to buy apple 14 plus by trading in my old phone.two days ago they gave a value of 42k and within 2 days they changed it to 33k. Within two days they depreciated the value by 9k. No proper response was given about that. No customer service, u will be waiting standing there and the people out there are just busy with themselves over phone or calls. Very poor experience

He went over and above and explained everything to us with a lot of patience, providing us with enough details to make us confident to buy the product. Mr Nikhil Ingle, is extremely helpful, has amazing knowledge about all the Apple products… I guess not even an Apple employee would have so much knowledge. He helped me to transfer my data from my old iPhone to new one.. In fact he did it twice for me. I was there at the store for more than an hour… he made me comfortable by offering place to sit and I saw him he was continuously pm his toe attending all customers coming. It’s lockdown where I live but Maple still delivered the products that I had ordered from their web site. The delivery executives were wearing personal protective equipments. One of the products had some defects that looked like they came from the manufacturing process. This issue was addressed by Maple within a few hours of my feedback and Maple sent me a replacement within about 4 working days. I was assisted by Ms. Harshali Sadh. She made sure I was comfortable with the products that I had received and was happy with the quality of products and service. She kept me posted in the replacement process which is really commendable. I was also contacted for feedback of the service. This really shows how Maple really cares about customer experience. Great job! Thanks Maple!

I had spilt water in my MacBook Air and had to buy a new device. From advice, to delivery to pick up of my old laptop, to handling the payment and buyback Sagar Mokal of the Powai store was amazing. I am so grateful for his help and support in making the whole experience so seamless. Maple Powai is lucky to have an employee like Sagar.

One of the worst con service center. As soon as you give your machine they will take 4500 and then once you pay they will make you dance to their tunes.

Got my Macbook Air 2018 last Friday and the guy there saved the last piece for me and informed me about the same even though I didnt really ask him to do that. The efforts they take are commendable. Kudos to them! Hope the product is as up-to-the-mark as is the service. Also got a better deal here as compared to the ones in Thane, even though Thane is an inexpensive area where people wont shell out as much. Great to know that the rates here are really competitive. I will surely come down for another apple product to this store the next time :)
