The company does various international audits, they deliberately identify more and more NCs without considering facts. The communication and feedback is the worst. Very egoistic staff found reluctant to speak on phone. They never give correct and complete information. Very irresponsive. They impose unnecessary follow up Audits. Earn money through follow up Audits. Least bother about the business losses of others. Unprofessional.

Good place for work but if you are from harbor line then it's too far for you and reaching gonna take many modes of transportation. Autos, railways, bus all in one way trip. And similarly again while coming back. Be well prepared for this hectic travelling. Whereas if you are from Western line then the travelling time cuts down

They also do Yoga professional certification under Ministry of Ayush. Their examination team is well trained and all staff is very courteous and efficient. They took very nice care of all candidates. Location and ambience wise it's very nice full with natural lighting and eco friendly yet modern look

It's a very good place to work. All the manager, leader, teammates work like friends.I can't say it the best but yes it is very great place to work as per my experience.i am here itself.

training was conducted satisfactorily but its more than a month now i have been chasing the training department coordinator for the certificate, which should have reached me in by now. no reverts for the followups being done its really a very disappointing experience from an organisation of this size. it would be great if any responsible person from the team can tell me when/if this will be resolved?

Lovely place to visit. Came to know about their activity as I had to visit them to collect my Certificate As YOGA TEACHER as they were the agency to conduct the exam on behalf of MINISTRY OF AYUSH GOVT. OF INDIA.

The place is a big company house where in there are numerous companies set up with different domains. Just that the connectivity from the prime railway stations and metro stations is quite far and it is challenging to travel till this place. Talking about the company, it cares about its employees and is a good place to work in.

Work culture need improve, employees financial aur salary problems needs resolve, BV always looks to cut down employees salaries or money by different ways. Unwanted follows for small small activities. Management not serious about employees work satisfaction, they always busy in their own benefits and safe zone. HR assistant is very poor and irresponsible, irritated, egoistic. Performance bonus deduction for year but even after better performance, bonus amount not provide sufficient. Top management have monopoly and only busy for own enjoy, own profit and job saving they don't have responsibility of other employees service benefits and concerns. Overall culture, work satisfaction and compensation - salary are not good.
