Too dirty. Not having one washroom for public all are only for servent. Mall is big but all shop closed except some small shop. It's now famous for office. Whole mall got converted into office form. Politics promoting banner hanged inside the mall. So many classes over here based on course. Only thing good about this mall is carnival cinema. That all. There was a time when this mall was Huge and popular. But now it's condition is too bad. Overall not good.

Mall is in a dilapidated condition... No branded shops only local grocery stores and stationary shops are open in ground floor... The multiplex is running and also the banquet hall on ground floor. But that's pretty much it. The location is good, just next to Bhandup Station and on LBS road, not sure what led it to this condition. Hope things change soon or it is on way to closure.

This place looks more haunted than mall. Anyway good for carnival cinemas.

Very few outlets are open.. facilities are not maintained properly due to limited customers . watching movies at night is also not recommendable with kids because no proper food after certain time and no electricity too..and have to walk on dark with no lift..it was said to be the biggest mall in Mumbai but lack of planning and competition may have dropped it... the wedding hall and facilities are good here..better arrangements can be done..

Just for name sake

This is no longer a mall but a failed investment that did not produce the required results. The mall built was supposed to be the largest mall in mumbai . but it did not attract the target audience. Most of the shops are unsold and the mall is officially DEAD. There were instances where stray cows and dogs were seen inside the mall.

This Mall located near to the Bhandup Railway Station Road. This Mall is one of the biggest Mall in the Mumbai but at present most of shop not yet open, only few shop available like clothing shops, food shops and entertainment games shops. Also having cinema theaters so you can enjoy movies here. 9 am to 9 pm is the Best time to visit this Mall. Hope this is helpful 🙏😊

It appears to be a haunted place due to so many unsold or closed shops. It is good place to roam around though. Few shops are still open in the ground floor and the Carnival multiplex is there at the North most end of the mall up on the second floor. The only elevator working is near to the Carnival Multiplex. All the other Elevators as well as Escalators are non functional. Air Conditioning is no longer functional in the mall. It could have been a better place.

A deserted mall. Toilets not functional. No escalates working as well. Just the movie theatre out there that runs.

Nothing much to be seen inside. They just have few shopping areas inside. If u want to just have a walk or shop for small things one can visit it. No food counter open in pandemic period. CARNIVAL cinema is closed. Nothing to play or fun activity.

The mall is not at all in good working conditions... Only working for banquet halls which are pretty good but apart from that nothing is good. Also the acs are not working inside the mall and also it is a bit suffocating. There are hardly any shops that are open inside the mall. Overall view if the mall is very untidy also the parking area is isolated and not at all in well condition

The mall isn't great..Half of the shops are closed. However, you would still find some good shops for clothing, groceries, medical. There is a pathology lab as well inside the mall. Few good beauty salons are also present and of course carnival cinemas is a cheap and convenient option for movies.

This Mall is as good as others, and very good location near the railway station and bus stop. But if the caretaking will improve this Mall will shine once again. Do some attractive movement to people come and shopping with low price. This Mall is very useful for near and other people. The theatre is very good. Really the Mall is at very very best place, only caretaking one can make a change. Thanks.

Paranormal people are free to visit there, you will get content, but nothing else but yeah you can get a popcorn on ground floor even at 3am, I saw that lady selling it for free, I didn't risk of taking it... coz I knew I was at home... lol just kidding, please make this place happening again... and stop this fake nonsense

Dream mall is exactly opposite of its name. Nightmare it is. We drove from LBS to get there and realised the parking entrance is from behind. The parking is terrible. Think of the worst parking lot you've seen in your life and multiply it by 100!! It is that bad. Totally unmaintained, unlit, uneven floored, drain water pools, no signages and hazzar autorickshaws parked all over. They charge 40 bucks for these world-class parking facilities. Interestingly, they have a board saying no overnight parking but it seems like over 500 vehicles haven't been moved for the last 3 years!! One somehow parks the car and get hit by hundreds of mosquitoes in dark and dingy pathways leading to the inside of this dead mall. The escalators don't work, the whole mall is underlit, most shops are closed and others look like they are going out of business. Overall, totally forgettable experience and hope to never go there again.

The mall is located very near to Bhandup station. The mall now only has a few shops and back offices. You will hardly find any shop for shopping. There's a banquet inside the mall. There was earlier a multiplex but is now shut down. You may find a few food stall inside. The washroom is unhygienic. Parking is available. Pay and park system is used. Ac doesn't work so be aware.
