Accepting only Rupay or AMX card only. Visa or MasterCard are not accepted. So if you are at gate number is 9 to 20 ie travelling by Indigo at 1B, and don't have rupay platinum or AMX then you will not able to access the lounge for free. Time is from 6 am to 12 pm. It is not 24 hrs lounge. Please note the limitations and carry your food also if you fit in above conditions of travel. GoAir flights are from gate 21 to 30 at first floor. The lounge there is therefore not accessible due to security check-in (for indigo passengers).

It's an ordinary lounge at terminal 1 Mumbai domestic airport. Giving one extra star because of food the quality is just awesome though ambience is just ok type but food is so so tasty. Their quantity is less but quality is very nice. You can check details in the pictures. Only American express and rupay cards are eligible here, visa signature is not applicable there. Still is good to have free food at Mumbai airport. Please hit like if you like the review.

Its a bar with sitting spaces, along with buffet option. However only few items (salad,fry,dal,veg dish,chicken,dahi, gulab jamun) available compared to its price which is Rs. 755 iat. Space is really small, and sometimes gets overcongested and you may have to wait long. They offer small water bottles along with the buffet. This place is trendy no doubt, with live music. I thought price is bit high. Service is good

It's useless service. I hope-off in the morning by 6 00 and show my international card at the counter However the person who was at the bar counter was not ready to listen. He was rude. I don't recommend to go there. They don't have any tied up with Visa or MasterCard.. so don't waste your time..

Horrible place! To call it a lounge would be completely unfair. They have shoddy seating and a dingy appearance. The place is extremely noisy with most of the noise coming from the staff and utensils clanging. They do offer decent food but there is no way you can get some work done or ‘rest’ before your flight.

They provide complimentary access at Rs 2 for Rupay, AMEX & OLA select. Food was very tasty with prompt service from the stewards. The dinner had a buffet system which had a dal, a chicken dish, a paneer dish, rice, curd, 2 salads. I loved the food there. The ala carte menu is limited but sufficient. Seating is good but not huge. Overall a very good experience

Not a lounge, a bar and dingy at best. This "lounge" is just a terrible bar in a terrible terminal in Mumbai. Overpriced and understocked. For all it's lack of bells and whistles, this place tries to be high and mighty by accepting only Amex and Rupay cards. What a joke!

I had accessed this lounge with my SBI Platinum Master debit card. The food was tasty. Enough room to sit and relax. The staff were courteous. Spent almost 3 hours while boarding my next spice jet flight. This is the only lounge at this terminal for Master Platinum card holders. Soon after the security check walk along the shops at the right side, you will easily find it.

Wanted to go and have some food, from outside it looked unclean, chairs and table badly arranged didn't looked welcoming. Looked like a sad place.

Costly, No washrooms, attached, smoking facility not provided anywhere in the T1. Only two star facility. But service by staff way of serving and behaviour is really impressive

This lounge is in list of platinum master card but staff not accepting it. Really bad.

Worst place. They put display as 1500 and make you to pay 3000 with confusing ads... Cheaters. NEVER GO THERE EVENNTO DINK A COCO COLA.

A small but precise front room. They offer buffet, they take delivery of Rupay Platinum and Visa cards. in addition they take delivery of Ola pick club. I used paytm card for entry. The food was tasty. The options aren't very plenty however you may nevertheless drop right here if you have domestic flight. The sitting area is at ease.

Food is not upto the mark. It is actually a lounge (very spacious).

Just a basic lounge with very limited options. Seating congested at times. Clearing/cleaning tables is very slow, unless one requests. Nevertheless, the location is good and thanks for atleast being available....

Had to accompany a friend who visited. Located in a wonderful place. Mumbai airport . So if you are bored and feel like having a nice drink go for it. Prices are on the higher side given it's in the airport. It depends on what you want .

Ordered chicken nachos grande and chicken tikka wrap and a kingfisher beer. Found it expensive, the nachos were spot on though. Quick and efficient service.

Terrible bar that is supposedly part of the American Express lounge group. Cracked chairs, unusable power sockets and music way too loud. It was like I was at a concert. Rude staff who denied my husband entry as I was the only one with an Amex card. In the end I paid for him. We have travelled the world and all Amex lounges accept the card holder and one guest. Not impressed and a bad look for American Express.

An average experience at the bar, staff is not train properly in customer service. Although food was hot, the rice and parathas appeared to be stale. The lounge area is small but there was no rush at the lounge.

I booked this lounge in the hopes of getting some work done before my flight. Alas, there are 2 desk-height searing areas, and the rest of the tables are low coffee table style. There are power points but you can’t sit at a desk *and* have power. Loud music, dirty tables. Good points: Food is good and staff are friendly. Sharing this review in case you, too, are wanting to have a productive wait for your flight. This is not the place!! If I’d known the lounge was like this I would not have booked it as an extra with my flight.

Supposed to be a part of the Amex Lounge program. Least variety of options available, hidden water bottles, aerated beverages and bar snacks. Minimal spread on the buffet. Staff needs serious grooming and communication lessons - reluctant in handing over the smallest of things - water bottles to be precise. Not upto TFS nor Amex standards.

If you have a free access through a debit card or credit definitely its a great place to visit. Is comparatively very less crowded than outiside in the airport. You get a proper airport feel in this whereas outside its like a railway station. Food is okay okay. Just go there and chill , have complimentary beverages. Also they offer free complimentary bhel. Loved it.

This got to be the worst airport lounge in the world... That 1 star is to allow me to write this review. Otherwise they don't deserve any. Food is terrible, staff is bored, jarring music over all n uncomfortable atmosphere. It would be your bad luck if your departure gate is 9-20... You won't have any other option

Too costly

The crusines are very few but the ambiance is ok. Some staff are not at all interested in responding though the late night staff were very polite and served as well. They accept only Rupay platinum including paytm cards and Amex cards. Can just walk in for an experience or a quick bite.
