I was delighted when I saw the ambience here in salon. So spacious & beautiful. I was in for a nail service & my experience reached par excellence! First the chair was disinfected & there was a proper consultation for about 15-20 minutes where I got to explain my thoughts & finally decide on what I want to do. Their nail tech, Toshi was super in suggesting me things & designs etc. After the end of service, I was so impressed with the lightness of the extensions & quality. They surely maintain tremendous level of hygeine & safety protocols. Must visit place.

The salon was extremely clean and my stylist Angela took me the moment I walked in the door. My hair was extremely damaged from an at home color job and I honestly wasn’t expecting much. My only ask was to have my hair look blended into my natural color at the roots (dark brown). She did an amazing job and my hair feels so much healthier without having to sacrifice a lot of length. Will definitely be back and appreciate the great value and care I received at Salon.

I visited this place after reading a lot of reviews and tbh it lived up to my expectations. The staff members and everyone there was super nice and understood my requirements and suggest me the right treatments for me in my budget. Special thanks to Versa dee for doing my facial and waxing and making the progress extremely relaxing. She is really good at her job. It was lovely meeting her. I also got my balayage color correction done with chocolate brown, pink and purple highlights. I am in love with the hair color. Rais sir helped me alot in picking out the color and gave me an amazing haircut. I am really happy with the process of coloring my hair again without bleaching them while keeping the balayage effect and giving me the color which i wanted. I am thankful to the entire team for making me feel happy about my damaged bleached hair. Would definitely recommend this salon to all of you. My hubby, my children and myself, we super love this place. The greenery, both outside and inside , amplifies the whole ambience of this place. A 5 star salon. The best salon in and around the vicinity. Doesn't seem to be a Lakme salon at all, specially after visiting the Chandivali branch, you will feel you have come to a different zone altogether. The staff is very efficient & warm. By far one of the most warmest experiences I have ever had in any salon. I was greeted with a pleasant smile, not just by the staff but by the owner himself. The hospitality given by everyone made me feel that I have visited a relatives house more than a salon where everyone was extremely nice amd warm. I started with mac and cheese and lemonade and then procedded towards my hair cut. I know the stylist Jitu personally since 10 years now, and needless ro say he does an amazing transformation for me whenever I visit him. Highly recommended. The creativity, knowledge and study he has has worked wonders for me and my friends over the years. In addition what I liked is that Salon Ministry is not just a salon but it's a concept designed to rejuvenate. The space is huge and classy, the products are top class, the ambience is warm and happy, the library is cozy. They even have a PR team who captures ur transformation to create a beautiful memory for u. Its been a fabulous experience at the Lakme Salon Powai. I had gone for Hair colour and met Jeetu the stylist for the first time. He advised the right colour options along with highlights that would rightly blend with my hair and assured me a very good makeover ..and yes it turned out just great! I recently got a haircut at my Salon Ministry, and I have to say that I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Anil was extremely professional and listened carefully to my requests for the exact look that I wanted. I visited this Salon a week ago with a very a specific idea of how my hair wanted to look. I really appreciate how my consultation went as my ideas were heard and the ministers only advised me on what can be done and did not force their opinion upon me. My hair colour was done by Shona whose expertise is curly hair. She was extremely patient with my hair and wonderfully worked on it all evening while telling me how passionate she is about this work. I would totally recommend Shona for her impeccable work on my hair and her ardent love for Curly hair. My hair was styled in the end by Shona and Jitu and I couldn't get over how wonderful it looked

I would highly recommend Salon Ministry at Powai for its amazing services and experiences. My special recommendation would be for Jitu who has been superb with my hair so far, and I would blindly trust his expertise and recommendation for anything to do with my hair including colour. Me and my friend went to get our hair colored, Rajesh and Kajol worked on our hair respectively. We loved the hair care and how our hair looked after. They're open to experiment and give valuable suggestions. We didn’t want to bleach our hair so we went for shades of red, purple; copper and brown that could be applied directly on our black hair. Excellent experience. They had multiple ranges of Pedicure. First salon where I was offered Maggi and Pasta. But the best part was Nisha who did my pedicure. Professional, very god at her job and such a pleasing personality! I will definitely visit again. Second visit today and the experience just gets better. I went without appointment and they were kind enough to accommodate both me and my daughter. Rais attended to us. Quite possibly the most luxurious nail salon I’ve ever experienced. I had Nisha for my manicure and pedicure. She’s a pro at choosing colors that suit your skin tone. And her massage skills are amazing.

As a guy getting my first manicure/pedicure I was a bit apprehensive but I need not have been. The services were explained clearly and performed masterfully. I didn't feel uncomfortable or lost at all, instead I was relaxed and pampered. Prabhakar expertly took care of my running and swimming damaged feet, and Vanshika carefully took care of my hands and provided a firm but relaxing massage. No pain or cuts which I've heard are potential issues. Highly recommended for a relaxing afternoon activity.

What a hidden gem! Had visited for Hair spa and a descent hair cut, and I got one!. The salon reflected great professionalism. The ambience is very relaxing and the interior is so beautiful. They have their own pantry with refreshments so you can get a full treat for yourself. If its your first-time and want to be in great hands like me (I am very particular about my hair), ask for Sonal who handled my hair with such great care and made sure to give me what I asked for! Shiva on the other hand was great with my spa session. You gotta visit this place if you believe yourself to be worthy of a treat!

I had gone to Lakme Hair Salon, Powai for a hair colour. My hair colour was done by Seema who was very professional and gave me tips on maintaining my hair well. The salon was clean and well sanitized as well. Overall it was a great experience.

Absolutely terrible. At first, I was shamed for my curly hair and the hairdresser tried to sell straightening and smoothening products. Then, the hairdresser did not do what i told her to, which was a trim - and went on to cut my hair in a disgusting U shape and also cut it unevenly. Disgusting place, daft staff, do not recommend. Please go anywhere else.

I went here for the hair cut, I wasn't sure what to for, but i was given the consultation and accordingly the hair cut by miss seema and turned out that i am quite satisfied by the hair cut i got and it went pretty awesome for me.

Always I use to prefer Lakme pawoi branch not only because of the brand name. Apart from name amazing extra ordinary quality services given by Anil for hair, Sharmila for skin care and alll other expertises.
