They are completely understaffed, plus their billing department is absolutely rude and impolite. If you dont pay the deposit, they dont admit you, might as well keep suffering at their billing desk. The cashless facility is not cashless, I had to pay equivalent amount of deposit for my hospital charges. The ratings are as follows: Reception- 1/5 (keeps you waiting and somehow they on checkiing with other departments, seems lack of knowledge with receptionist) Billing Dept- 0/5 They are only hungry for money, the more the merrier. No humanity shown by the billing dept. Plus, me being a patient had to go to the billing dept to initiate and submit cashless details Nursing- 2/5 They are completely understaffed. A patient has to wait 3-5minutes if you ring the bell or call them by going at their desk. Cleanliness- 3/5 The cleaning staff cleans the washrooms once a day and so are floors and sheets. Accommodation for Relative- 0/5 No facilities for the relative that stays with the patient. I will not recommend this to any family or friends. The only reason I was here, since it is close to home or else I would have gotten myself admitted elsewhere.

Worst hospital ever! Guys, if at all you genuinely want to save your or your loved ones life, DON'T EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! Most of the ICU doctors are highly irresponsible and not at all efficient to manage critical patients. Negligence, negative thoughts, irresponsible, non attentive and low level of knowledge are the qualities of the ICU doctors here. Once your patient is inside you just leave it to GOD. Only couple of doctors are worth trusting and rest all are jokers out there always in picnic mood. During the night, all the staff including doctors, and nurse go to sleep, yes this happens in ICU (Intensive Care Unit). This review is based on my personal experience where they have put my patient in devastating state after multiple times they made life taking mistakes, my patient was on the path of recovery but now because of these jokers she is in Coma and doctors says very less chance of survival. Even after all this, the admin staff and management is so pathetic that they only ask for money, they will start following you where ever they see you in and around hospital. The positive reviews we see here looks fake because many of these names are from their staff itself. So, don't get fooled guys. Trust me guys, only if you intend to kill your loved ones you should go here.

The hospital has been extremely prompt in acknowledging & identifying the ailment, prompt in admission. Procedures and SOPs are very well defined and all departments including Casualty, ICU, Registration, Billing the Nursing desks were very helpful and took great care of my mother. We didn't face any trouble at the hospital at all from start to end.

The hospital is fine but the basic services here are challenging like: - before and post surgery we just didn't meet any doctor. We met someone only after 24 hours of operation. - My husband had immense pain jn the first night after surgery but there was no attending doctor that we could meet or who could guide us. - the tea and food quality was really poor. We didn't avail any of it except first time. - They need to fix their lift services. We were on the 8th floor and the lift takes forever to come. - though the nursing staff was good and helpful. The hospital staff was not only highly professional but also incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. The overall experience at the hospital for my dad was good. Doctors are very prompt & on their toes to cure the patient. Nursing staff - sisters are knowledgeable & supportive. The rooms can be more cleaner. The quality of food can be improved.

Very pathetic and worst experience. Doctors are very arrogant on general ward 3rd floor. No followup with patient from nurse after post operation (checking temperature, spo2, oxygen level, blood pressure). After ringing bell 2-3 times for any help from nurse and supporting staff but no body responding. lunch and dinner not serving on time as patient need to wait for that food very long time. No taste in food, quality of food is very bad and quantity is also less. Washroom not at all clean and hygiene. flush and jet spray not working on all the floor and it's very difficult to patient.

We had knee replacement for my mother here and experience was good. Staff is helpful and cooperative. But few suggestions i would like to mention to administration. Pls.workout option for lift as the service is very slow and people need to wait for longtime. Food needs to be more tastier and served hot to patients. If package cost advised to patient or relative is exclusive of medicine cost it should be clearly informed to patient by admin and drs suggesting this hospital as well . Visitor needs a chair of sitting arrangement in deluxe room. Each room needs to have ac remote in deluxe if you are providing ac in each room. Overall good place and reasonable as well..

Discharge procedure should be fast. It took me 4.5 hours to get final billing done and get discharge, from the time my Dr. Cleared me for Discharge. All the nurses seems to be very busy with the paper work. I suggest, the hospital should make the process more software enabled. They should take clue from good hotels, where all departments, room service, restaurant, front desk, car hire, laundry etc provide services and the final billing time is just around 10 minutes. I hope the hospital management takes notice of this.

Admitted my wife in the hospital and we been paying deluxe rate and it felt like worst than government hospital. Toilets were dirty as we entered and cockroaches. Looks like they don’t know how to keep the hospital clean and I can imagine how patient health can be compromised if they don’t know how to keep the hospital clean nurses don’t know the job I feel nobody cares they never bother to check after the baby was dilevered the next day we complain saying her urine is dark yellow but they are like normal when we brought her home she had fever when we showed to our doc it detected jaundice so the hospital never bothered really guys this private hospitals are just to fill there bank account . Someone needs to look in to dis but I doubt anyone cares

The hospital is very good, with the Doctor, staff and billing department. Staff will be available for 24x7 while I admit for 3 days. + nursing staff is in very quick response and cooperative. Needs some facility for attendant guardian to sleep overnight. Which is little not setisfy. Otherwise I put 5 star. I was admitted around 4 years ago on 7th floor where the AC remote was common for entire floor when raised my voice said remote was kept in my room. today the story repeats when my son was operated & occupied the suit room the same experience. One good thing the supervisor visits early Morning & ask us if we have any issues/complaints but won’t note our issues into the book he carries the reason known to him & only apologies for poor experience we had. In short I would strongly suggest management to seriously look into the small small issues which patient & their relatives faces during Hospitalisation. I really found this is one of the best hospital in our vicinity very neat & clean with good nursing & administration team who are really good by all means but are sometime helpless against rules framed by management. Hopping for some changes in mutual interest.

Day1 experience upon admission was not good, even post repeated requests to do fasting sugar blood test this took 1.45hours to get done as result of which patient who is senior citizen had to remain hungry. Very slow and laid back action by admission staff and attending nurse. Other nurses were good on Day2 and cafetaria service is fast and punctual. On discharge action from nurses was good. Overall major scope for improvement in service and attending senior citizen patients.

My grandmother was admitted for fracture surgery. The overall experience was very good. Dr Londhe performed the surgery on my 90 year old grandmother on 2nd June and is being discharged now. The entire staff including RMOs, sisters, mavashis and mamas were very helpful and had a great experience . Even the food was really good. Everyday at least once we were asked about issues if any. Overall an excellent experience of hospitalsation.

I am overwhelmed with the treatment given to patient Dr are well qualified and nursing care is almost best at there workship. Also the care person are remarkable. But I am disappointed with the management staff which should we little more towards humanity.

We are satisfied with the services and the treatment at the Hospital. Management of the facilities are excellent. We'll recommend for this Hospital. However, the food provided to the patient needs improvement. Even when stomach was upset same food was supplied. Salt in the food was on the higher side, it continued to be so even when informed. One event was very annoying was that one person came and said that the room number 701 was already pre-booked. The patient was admitted in room number 701. Question is whether this was proper? Even if it was pre-booked, it had to be informed while admitting the patient. However, we are extremely grateful and happy with the facilities at the Hospital. The Management is very efficient and helpful. We recommend this Hospital for treatment.

Service in genral is very discharge is taking forever. My patient was neglected by SUBSTAFF in ICU. Icu was very noisy ESPECIALLY at night. Food is bad. I dont agree with the policy that meds MUST be purchased inhouse. Charges are high. Hospital is very clean and pleasant. Senior Doctors are good.

We had good experience. The nursing staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Admin staff made daily rounds to fix any issues with room, lights etc. Took one star out because 1. Discharge process was extremely long. It took entire day. After asking and reminding zillion times, we were finally able to get out after sunset, unacceptable. 2. While waiting for discharge, patient was completely ignored, medications skipped, negatively impacting patient. Again asking, reminding, escalating to get attention for the patient! Where did the attentive and efficient nursing staff of last 3 days go?

Good staff, good doctor, overall very cooperative. But size of room needs to considered and also some facility for attendant to sleep overnight especially for twin sharing rooms. Also hospital charges are not competitive, this needs revision for sure I changed my rating from 5 to 3 as discharge process for cash payment has already taken 4.5 hours and no one seem to care about such a long delay, finally escalation was made to Associate administrator who started looking in to this matter, but overall lot of scope for improvement with discharge process

I had done knee replacement surgery of both my knees. The surgeon, the anaesthetist managed my pain well. The RMO, nurses, housekeeping, the helper, were very cooperative and patient. The canteen facility provide meals for the patient and attendent. Overall I have always had a good, caring experience at the hospital.

Staff is very helpful, obedient and courteous. Everything requested was duly provided without much delay. Only 1 thing about the hospital is that they were unable to provide the pre-booked private room which was a part of the Mediclaim package as it was a planned surgery . The reason was high footfall and the discharge formalities were delayed unexpectedly. If the management can work in streamlining things the experience will be more pleasant. Staff is really good and co-operative.

I was admitted for blood transfusion in the hospital for two days. The Doctors and nurses explained the entire process and helped me to relax during the process. Hospital is well maintained. Surgery was successfully performed by Dr. Baghunde. Nurses, support staff and admissions were helpful and provided good service. Food quality was adequate. AC controls should be available in each room. Movement of file to the billing department is slow, long waiting period. The actual billing is pretty quick.

At first I wasn't impressed with the hospital as it looks like an office building. The room was triple sharing but very congested. There was no room for a relative to sleep properly or space for visitors to sit. The hospital is also costly compared to the facilities provided. However the staff is good and the doctors are helpful. They have been courteous towards the patient and the relatives. The discharge process takes very long inspite of completing all the billing process. The lifts are also super slow and there's no provision for patient lifts. I am editing the reviews every 2 hrs.

In addition to my review today for hospital rating, management Must work upon the discharge formalities much faster than anticipeted, as today I m about to get discharge as informed by my treating doctor but since 1pm to now 6 PM no single response from hospital insurance team, and the billing has to be elaborated by them before our discharge. Hope hospital team will take this in positive manner.

The hospital has got supportive staff and good ambience. The diagnosis and the treatment by DR. Rahul Shah is good. I have admitted my wife for gallbladder sludge issue they did not remove it instead gave medicines whereas others were insisting it to remove (hiranandani hospital). We are fully satisfied. The sisters and support staff on our floor were great, always helpful and very prompt, however the maintenance team needs to pull their socks up. My wife was here with spine injury and upon informing that the mattress wasn't proper they just put extra sheets to cover it, not changing the mattress

Hospital stay was very nice. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Hospital is very clean and hygienic. All facilities very good. I wll definitely recommend this hospital to all.
