An honest Review Unhygienic -they basically will check you even when their syringes and gloves are unhygienic Stinks!- you can smell food rotting from their canteen to the end of your nose and I’m not even kidding. The pathways will not be cleaned. The Dustbin will have garbage piled up. Lazy- The staff is LAZY!!! or rather they honestly don’t care about their patents. Right after an operation my friend was supposed to be shifted to her room. But due to lack of staff, she had to be in front of the lift, in a stretcher, with that pain for almost 18 mins. When her father came he was the one to move her back to her room because the staff wasn’t bothered! Nobody comes to help even after asking Admission & Discharge - the only good thing about this hospital is the admission process, if you want to take discharge I’d suggest prepare for atleast 9 hrs in advance and start informing them because they won’t let you go when the discharge time comes. You’ll have to BEG to be discharged. Rude- The staff thinks they have their own sweet time given to them and they take their time in everything. Patient dying? Oh no wait they will attend the patient but right after they have finished the call from their friends. Or after they are internally satisfied scrolling through their phone. The only difference is your patient will be attended either when he/she is dead or after hours of begging. Nobody is responsible or takes responsibility for anything here. Pathetic. Just pathetic

The hospital has some great and specialist doctors available and provides good treatment. The nursing staff and wardboys service was not upto the mark. The twin sharing rooms don't even have space for visitor to sit and if chairs are kept in the room then there is no space for the patient to move to the washroom inside. The rooms need to improvise according to the bomb that they are charging. The canteen facility is pathetic for visitors unlike other big hospitals. The food served to the patients was below average and needs a lot of improvement. Have had great experience with Dr. Saumil Shah and Dr. Keyur Dave who are very trusted and senior doctors. The hospital management is run by Dr. Deepak Namjoshi and he is a cardiologist himself and very famous. He is an amazing doctor and looked upon to us with utmost care. Apart from canteen and staff everything else was great.

Bad experience. Too much delay in discharge without reason. Want to keep beds full. Most Nursing staff is good. Few are pathetic. Most Pharmacy staff is very bad. Billing staff was very courteous and receptive. I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit here for treatment.

Good nursing staff, good treatment facilities. Hassle free treatment with mediclaim. General ward is small according to name of hospital, bad ventilation, no sitting or rest facilities for attendant in night. You need to lie on floor near the bed of patient.

Very bad experience in the casualty as I have taken my sister to the emergency for giddiness. Their ECG machine was not working and the doctor was considering ST elevation from that faulty ECG report. Apart from that, a nurse who took the ECG of my sister was pathetic and worked mechanically because of her my sister got bruises on her chest where electrodes were applied which is unacceptable in this hospital. In a multi-speciality hospital how come they can not keep a single ECG machine in working condition and even, they charge a lot of money for this kind of service.. I would recommend everyone to go to the hospital where patient care is the priority..

Good doctors and Co operative nursing and other staff. Rest is all totally horrible. Food very bad. Toilet commode broken, when you flush imagine the scene. Jet spray taped in 3 places and yet drenching the user. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of experiencing both East and West criticare. East ambiance is better. West is like a municipal hospital charging 5 star rates. With rates looking down from false ceiling, scraping walls. Insects on bed. I am not blaming the staff they do what they are told to. But it would take 2 to 3 attempts to insert iv pin or take blood for test. They will wake up sleeping patients at 12am to take blood for testing. On being asked which lab is open at this time? Answer is it will be kept in the and will be kept in the fridge. That too home model nothing special and sent in the morning.

Absolute disaster of a hospital with total disregard for patients. Other than the one doctor who was recommended by a family member and the proximity of this hospital to our house, I sincerely will advise one to not even remotely consider this place. It has the worst service/ admin staff that you will ever encounter! And more than becoming better you'll end up with hypertension because of the hospitals lack of efficiency in every single department.

My brother was admitted in criticare hospital for bone infection and also he is on dialysis. He was treated under Dr. Amit Mehta ( Orthopedic) and for kidney he was under Dr. Gaurav Daga ( Nephrologist). Both doctors were excellent in there work. We thanks them. Sisters were attentive. Administration fine. Daily from admin someone takes rounds. And it's a non covid hospital so very happy.

We were sent from Criticare Hospital Teli Gully to Criticare Hospital Juhu to perform IVC filter procedure. Staff was very helpful and all the formalities were done quickly. Dr. Girish Warawdekar explained us about the procedure and assured us about it's success. Within half an hour it was done successfully and we were shown how it was done. Cathlab recovery ward staff was very helpful and took all care of our patient. Overall experience was very good. Admission desk and billing department staff was polite and helpful, Nursing staff and their assisting staff was very helpful and cooperative Thanks to all of them.

My uncle Hemchandra Dwedi was treated under Dr. Deepak Namjoshi. He is excellent doctor. He speaks very politely and explain us everything. Just one suggestion some sisters should be trained properly. Some sisters are found very good but some not.. We thks all of them who take care of us during this pandemic.

Extremely put off to see the kind of attitude the hospital, its staff and the nurses have. Except one nurse in the night sister surekha naidu no one seems to be compassionate or caring. Food had pieces of plastic. After confirming what the patient is allergic to they brought the food which the patient was allergic to. When the patient was shifted to oral medication they forgot to even given lunch till 3:30pm and wishes to give an extra session of the nebuliser. In the suite accommodation if this is the state I would be horrified to even imagine how they would treat all other patients. Get well soon.

Worst hospital ever! Guys, if at all you genuinely want to save your or your loved ones life, DON'T EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! Most of the ICU doctors are highly irresponsible and not at all efficient to manage critical patients. Negligence, negative thoughts, irresponsible, non attentive and low level of knowledge are the qualities of the ICU doctors here. Once your patient is inside you just leave it to GOD. Only couple of doctors are worth trusting and rest all are jokers out there always in picnic mood. During the night, all the staff including doctors, and nurse go to sleep, yes this happens in ICU (Intensive Care Unit). This review is based on my personal experience where they have put my patient in devastating state after multiple times they made life taking mistakes, my patient was on the path of recovery but now because of these jokers she is in Coma and doctors says very less chance of survival. Even after all this, the admin staff and management is so pathetic that they only ask for money, they will start following you where ever they see you in and around hospital. Trust me guys, only if you intend to kill your loved ones you should go here.

Excellant Team of Doctors and Surgeons. Nursing Staff though stretched and stressed with overload cope very well and are prompt. An incident worth penning as under Stepped out for lunch and whilst returning realized my cell phone missing .Checked with restaurant and they too replied in the negative. I thought and was certain that I had left the phone on the bed in the room where my mother was hospitalized. But it wasn't The Hospital administrator With Security Assistance checked Cameras and only 2 persons had entered the room,a ward boy and a ward girl. They were checked and nothing was found. The Hospital Administrator Ms.Rehana came with Mr.omkar who was one of the Security Person who Downloaded a tracking app Four of us on two scooters chased the phone Bollywood style which was moving And after 45 minutes Cauught the Rickshaw Driver who had got the phone and kept it in the glove box after Silencing the Ringtone. I got my cell only due to the efforts of the Staff else not only the additional expenditure but the continuous liaisons with Doctors Surgeons and insurance person wud have been very traumatic. The Hospital didn't have to help in this situation but they did . Thank you Criticare Hospital Juhu.

Terrible hospital. We were choosing a hospital for my wife to have a baby. The first impression was good, I liked the personal rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We registered and waited for the birth. The birth began a little ahead of schedule, so early in the morning on April 11 we were already in the hospital. The doctor arrived on time (there are no questions to the doctor, but on the contrary, thanks). The first thing that horrified me was: my wife is lying on the bed and she is having contractions, she is screaming, she should be taken to the delivery room at this moment. A cashier comes up to her without a bathrobe, in street shoes and asks to PAY A DEPOSIT. She stands looking at her smiling and asks to pay. My wife at that moment was not able to speak at all. I took this woman out and said we'll pay, don't worry. Second. Only 2-3 nurses understood and knew how to treat a child and behaved professionally. The rest, I'm sure, were without education and tried to touch the child with dirty hands, shook him, did not wear a mask, and went into our room just to stand and look at the child. My wife after giving birth, she needs to rest, but she was not allowed to sleep properly. Third. There was no sanitation of the premises. The woman just swept once a day. There was no wet cleaning. fourth Terrible food and very little Water paid separately Fifth This woman is a cashier, her name is Ankita People pay attention to this woman, because it seems to me that she does not understand where she is and what kind of work she is doing. She has one desire to take as much money from you as possible, but she cannot explain to you why. The last day we waited 4-5 hours for a document for our insurance company, which she had to prepare for our statement. And we ourselves went with a tired wife to ask for this document, we got it in 5 minutes, because we made a scandal. And this woman Ankita was sitting and smiling. And the conclusion. This hospital doesn't care about you. All that matters is money. We paid 175,000 rupees for the birth of a child. And for this money we were provided with a terrible service and a terrible attitude. If you have chosen this hospital for the birth of a child, then it is better to look for another one. For that kind of money, you'll find a better hospital.

My association with Criticare hospital dates back to approx 2001-02 timeframe, when my mother was treated for back pain. She was under treatment of Dr Namjoshi. We still remember him as a Doctor Who is confident and provides comfort feel to his patients with just his presence. For past several years, my friend Dr Abhijit's Churi has been successfully treating patients here. My father got a treatment for Achilles Tendon few years ago. I was admitted to Criticare yesterday. Dr Sachin Pahade reduced my kidney stone to small particles. I am in a recovery mode now. The hospital processes / SOPs are strong. Staff makes it a point to follow them. All sisters are efficient. One of the sisters, Sister Neha was not only effective but also connected with patient and relative alike by proactively providing relevant information. Lack of information provided to patients by nurses is characteristics of Indian hospitals. Addressing 'What' and 'Why' questions is all it takes to provide comfort feel to a patient most of the time.. If all sisters in Indian hospitals, are trained to communicate with patients the way Sister Neha did, patient experience can be taken to next level. From good to great. Three weeks down the line, I need to pay a visit to hospital again. I cannot use the term ' looking forward to ', for obvious reasons.. However in my case of emergency, this hospital correctly identified the root cause and followed all best practices for treatment. Best luck to Criticare. Regards Milind

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had my delivery here and everyone was helpful throughout the stay, especially during nights when the baby was cranky. Food was always served on time and healthy diet was maintained. The doctors and dietitians were regularly visiting and checking on me and the baby. The room is also very well maintained and kept hygienic. Overall my experience was beyond my expectation.

My wife was patient, admitted in the suite room, we were here for 5 days.Nursing Staff are decent, could improve on professionalism. Hospitality staff services also can be improved. Cafeteria during rains are very untidy and not so clean, and the Cafeteria needs to be in a more cleaner area. Suite room was good clean and spacious, timely cleaning of rooms was done.

My mother was admitted to this hospital and was in the ICU for 21 days . She got discharged and now is back home. She was initially admitted for heart blockage , but then a series of complications and infections happened due to which she had to be in the icu for 21 days. So here is my review of our 25 day experience in the Criticare hospital. Pros They have a very efficient ICU team of doctors, RMOs , nurses and attendants. My mother had 2 - 3 severe incidents but all the times the team responded very quickly and revived her. A special mention for Sr. RMOs Dr Dinanath Yadav and Dr Pushpendra who made sure to answer all our queries and were very hands on with my mothers case. They were kind , compassionate and sensitive while also being professional and extremely competent. Also nurses Janhavi, Nirali, Preeti and Sheetal were extremely efficient and handled her case very sensitively. Also the maushis and mamas were very good, always ready to help warmly. Cons 1.Ward rooms and management The hospital management isn't great, especially when you get shifted to the ward. We were eligible for a twin sharing ward, but the quality of their rooms is extremely bad, where its just money minting business. The rooms are basically smaller than a bathroom and 2 patients are crammed in there, with hardly any space to move. The management turns a blind eye towards your feedback and the nurses assigned to twin sharing are forever grumpy and sullen. They keep screaming at each other and its horrible. 2.Rude Reception staff The one guy at the front reception is extremely rude and behaves as if he holds the power to assign rooms. Also the moment they see you are not eligible for a deluxe or super deluxe room, their behaviour changes and they don't pay attention to you. 3. Hospital canteen For a hospital of that size, the canteen barely has 8 chairs , very dirty and the food is equally unimpressive. Considering relatives spend days and nights there, a decent place to get meals should be a bare minimum expectation. So clearly once outside the icu there is heavy discrimination and the experience is very poor with nobody to help you. If it hadn't been for our experience with the ward management, I would have rated the hospital 5 star.

Was admitted to this Hospital on emergency grounds. Referral Doctor Dr. Ashutosh Shetty He is really a very good doctor and we have been consulting him for more than 8 years now. Pros The admission process was very smooth. The hospital is good. They have taken all measures required for COVID situation. Cons We were in the triple sharing ward. But there is no place to sleep for the relative which is a bit of turn down. The house keeping staff is also not available when needed. Apart from these, I think it is a fairly good hospital.

Dr. M.T khan ( Orthopedic) was my treating doctor. The doctor was not a part of the hospital's panel of doctors, I had a bike accident and got operated for collar bone fracture. The doctor was really good but not the hospital. All services were not bad. Everyone were doing there work properly. Poor food quality. Needs to be improved. Administration was very stringent about the visitors, they gave only one visitor pass, and the billing was particularly very very expensive. The hospital charged us for everything including expenses like the arm rest (used to support the hand through which IV medicines are injected) used in the operation theatre. For the amount charged it definitely isn't worth, however in today's time all the hospitals charge in a similar manner.

I had high fever and body ache that lasted for more than three days. The fever didn't go down even with over-the-counter medicines, so I finally went to CritiCare casualty. I met Dr. Ashish Gokhale who correctly diagnosed me with dengue and provided me with the right treatment. Along with the medicines he prescribed, his cheerful personality also acted as an effective balm for my sickness. He was kind enough to allay my anxiety about dengue and was very encouraging with regard to my recovery. He advised me on the kind of diet I should follow to help with the recovery process. My recovery was quick, and I believe he played a significant role in it. I greatly appreciate his service together with that of the hospital.

I had to do an emergency ECG and had gone to the Hospital Casualty a bit tensed. The presiding staff, Dr. Ashish Gokhale aand Sister Sangeeta did an excellent job to ensure that I was relaxed and comfortable... The interaction and the care was praiseworthy.

Worst experience... OWNERS (PLEASE READ TILL END)should take a note of this. Start treating your patients as humans first. Staff is good but the management (Admin)and billing department is the main cause of problems and they end up blaming on the poor nursing staff. Food quality is really good. There are different rates cards for same surgery which I was surprised to know after surgery depending on the bed package you chose. General ward are treated like municipality ward. The security deposit is way to high as compared to pathetic hospitality services. Just because your staff are good you guys are managing well. Stop blaming the poor nursing staff and start taking responsibility of the disaster which takes place when you call yourself as Multi-speciality Hospital (ASIA). Your room no. 608 washroom have water shortage and the door makes disturbing and painful noise which your ear has to bear everytime when someone steps in and out. The patient has to go through mental and physical trauma because of the owners negligence. Owners please note. Thank you

My name is Ashwin. I came here in this hospital to get my surgery done for fissure. The surgery was planned for one day prior and when I arrived I the hospital I was already late due to Cashless and approval procedure. I was about to take to the OT but Mrs "Hemangi shirke" noticed that I don't have many tests done advised by doctor and it was important and urgent for surgery. Mrs Hemangi took all the charge and prepared me for OT like her own relative. After OT also she was firm on her duties and did not hesitate to do anything about changing my bandages near my private part and was guiding me throughout the whole procedure with utmost care. I really want to thank the entire staff and all the very best for future too.

Overall experience is FAIR. Treatment is done good and hospital is neat and clean. RMOs, Nurses and Caretakers' service are good in Wards. But few nurses are rude especially in ICU. My sister got admitted in ICU for almost a week and she got bad experience as one nurse was treating and commenting rude to her. Ward experience was quite good compared to ICU. Also, they have one ICU room with various beds One thing I noticed in hospital that staff is less compared to patients. Management should increase their caretaker and nursing staff. If somebody wants good treatment with reasonable cost, one should consider this hospital.

All their staff was extremely efficient, poitle and courteous, even in the middle of the night on a single buzzer they would turn up for help especially staff like trupti, pajakta , meenakshi etc, all the senior and junior doctrs, I'm forgetting alot of names because i was quite drowsy during that period, apologies for that, every little need was catered to , even my mother was very well treated and taken care off! The hospital was very clean and tidy, the washrooms were cleaned at least 5-6 times a day! All in all a very pleasant experience especially being a hospital! A big thank yo too all

Doctors are very rude and arrogant here. They will unnecessarily ask to do tests which is not required and if we disagree to them they start arguing and will not discuss further course of action for the patient. As they clearly says ICU, nurses and doctors themselves don't talk slowly and just blame and argue with each other which disturbs the patient. They don't have manners to talk to relatives and pretend that we are in need of them as we have to do the run around for everything. No sleeping arrangement for the relative of ICU patients, no stool available to sit besides the patient. The staff is not polite. They are not even aware of what is happening. They don't even inform when the doctor comes to check our patient. There is no fixed time of doctor visits so you have to be around all the time and constantly watch out for the doctor. They are not at all organized which is very shameful for such a big hospital. Also while billing they overcharged twice for same tests and saying nurses had mentioned it on the paper and later they made the changes which took more than 2 hrs. Pathetic service for discharge. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

My father recently received treatment for a kidney condition at Criticare Asia Hospital, Andheri West, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of care and compassion shown by every staff member I encountered. From my very first appointment, Dr. Gaurav Daga and Dr. Praval Vishwas, Dr. Tejas Dhariya and Dr. Smita took the time to listen to my father’s concerns and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. They are a top-notch doctor who truly cares about his patients and provides the highest level of care. They are very strong asset for criticare hospital. Throughout my father’s treatment, Dr. Aarti was always available to address any concerns or questions that arose. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and always took the time to explain every aspect of my father’s treatment plan. The best part about Dr. Arti is that she is compassionate and understanding. She’s the one who can manage patient and patient’s relative both at ease and this had helped me feel at ease during a stressful time. I wish her huge success in life. I would also like to thank Dr. Pushpendra and Dr. Deena as their knowledge and expertise gave me the confidence to know that my father’s treatment was in good hands. Dr. Samreen and Dr. Stella were available time to time for the utmost care and treatment. They truly took care of my father and go above and beyond to provide the highest level of care. Also, sister Akshata and her colleagues are the one who were available at day and night shift wherein they did their job very well. She was monitoring all patients within every 2-3 hrs. I had never seen such a hard working staff. The administrative staff was also excellent. They were organised and efficient, and always made sure that my appointments and procedures were scheduled in a timely manner. They even went out of their way to make sure that my insurance was properly handled, which was a huge relief. Thanks to the Housekeeping staff, The hospital's facilities were clean and well-maintained. Proper cleaning and sanitisation of rooms was ensured by the team. At last, Thanks again for the highest care of my father at your hospital, He is on his way to a full recovery. I am so grateful to everyone who played a role in his care, and I would highly recommend Criticare Asia Hospital to anyone seeking medical treatment. Once again, thank you for your exceptional care and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference in people's lives.

Bad experience with the hospital staff. No quick reply from any of the nurses helping staff. Half of the time lifts doesnt work. Had to take my dad from 4th floor till 6th floor via stairs who has asthama. Even 4 months after the cashless mediclaim passed they still havent refunded the deposit which they had taken at the time of admission. This hospital has no quick response who can help or guide the patients. Even other people admitted had the same complaint. I would never suggest CritiCare asia hospital to any of my friends or any relatives

I met with an accident on 5th July 2023 and bone of my left leg broken. I came on my own on Auto and once I reach the hospital around 4.45 pm and then with initial hassles I started getting the treatment from the same evening and today I am getting discharged from Hospital with an Amazing feeling that my decision of coming to this hospital was absolutely correct. I got my treatmemt under Dr. Agrekar and believe he is one of the greatest doctors I came across in my life. He is. Master of his field but at the same timr he is a very good listener and answer all the queries. One must go to him for ortho problems. From admission to discharge the entire processes are seamless. Whether it is Housekeeping, Sisters, Mousi, Mama, Doctors, Administration team every segment of this hospital is Excellent. I strongly recommend to use this hospital in case of illness. I was treated under orthopaedic surgeon but I am sure other departments might be equally good. Well professionally managed Hospital.

The hospital has very limited space for sleeping especially for patients admitted to the ICU. To add to this they would expect the patient's relatives to be around for buying medicines and supplies even if they are covered under cashless claim. The hospital has its own blood bank which is a very good plus point and also houses a pharmacy and surgical supplies. The staff at the hospital is very helpful although sometimes the nurses seem to be busy and overworked. The ward boys are extremely helpful and take care of the patients with utmost care and concern. The hospital has its own pantry and provides meals to the patients which makes one less thing to think about for the relatives. The food is good and nutritious (vegetarian). The hospital can review and upgrade some of its processes and make the lives of the patients and relatives easier. Other than that it's highly recommended

The nursing staff are phenomenal. Kind hearted, well-trained, well-informed and patient with all their incoming and outgoing patients. Specially Sister Sajida, she nursed my parent back to health, had a personal involvement in the entire process and provided realistic solutions. She is one of the best in hospital. I would definitely recommend asking for her, as a nursing staff. Thanks a ton to her, her team and the other nurses.

The hospital has the best of the doctors and amazing service. There was this nurse named Sakshi who took really good care of me when I was in ICU ward and helped me out with all my needs and was always on her toes when I needed help with anything. The only drawback was the waiting room for the family members but accept that everything else was top notch.

I was admitted to cathlab recovery, the nursing staff over here is very helpful and supportive, sister Neha Jadhav has been very homely. The doctors also are quite suportive. The meals can be improved, also the rooms are very congested, there is only 1 washroom on the entire floor, no attached washroom facility available. Thankyou.

Doctors are good but the facilities and services are too bad. The triple sharing room on fourth floor is more like a general ward. There is hardly any space to sit or walk. The helpers need to be trained on serving the patients well. They don't respond well. The staff needs to be trained.

My mother in law was admitted here. They have to improve their canteen hygiene since the food from that same place is given to patients also. The staff is very sweet but need to be more professional also . My mother was kept at the cathlab recovery and late night she could hear nurses and doctor talking about other doctors loudly disturbing everyone around. And overall hygiene of washrooms etc has to be improved.

My mother was at Criticare hospital, Juhu, for 14 days. She was bedridden. I found the nurses and cleaning staff on 6th floor very good and prompt. Our room was cleaned twice-thrice a day, the entire floor was clean. It didn't have the typical hospital smell. Food for patients was good. I was impressed that the nurses and cleaning staff spoke respectfully to my mother, calling her Aaji or Kaki. It was a long stay, but i felt i was surrounded by caring people. The doctors were good, of course, and timely treatment was being given after discussing with family. I would definitely recommend this hospital to my friends and family who live close by.
