My family member has visited the jewellers for piercing. They used to do this with gunshot & charge Rs.1200. The same day she had a pain in the nose & the nose pin has come out. Next day when she gone for putting the pin back they started asking for Rs 1200 more which raise our eyebrows. They having inexperience people who did not done the right piercing. Starting they are sweet on the face for money & once u paid they dint care about the things.

Just overheard a customer getting angry on making charges. For 3 grms Silver ring they are charging 6K.

Avoid this store. They cheat heavily in pricing. Bought some jewellery as the sales team is well trained to instil trust in you but the facts are different they fleas you to the maximum. When I got my purchase rechecked as per their certification they billed be a whooping 50% higher and on questioning no refunds offered. To test them checked on a diamond ring quoted 4.27l same ring sold to one common friend from the same store for 2.1l, they pushed me hard with a lucrative 10% discount. Good I did not buy it. But devastated with the goods purchased. Will never step into that store ever.

They will charge you making charges thrice the times of the silver and if bargain and you pay upfront , later they will change their statements and create an another understanding of the invoice to compensate for the bargains you made. Looteras! Usually I don't write reviews even if there are mishaps but this was just wrong shopmanship of the highest level

I visited this shop. My experience with this store ia wonderful. They have nice and uniqe designs. I met Sana Nathani there she is very nice and co-operative. Worth visiting this place. Love to come again and again.

I bought silver ornament as I liked design so much. But later at home when I calculated I found it is almost 1200 rs more than market rate. Here they considered my complaint and returned 600 rs afterwords

Staff try to sell you without having clear break up of amount ie gold rate , making charges etc but have a tutored answer “it’s on MRP esp when there is diamonds on it “ …. gold schemes are another example of poorly managed show …making charges in a jewellery item is/are way too high … would avoid them for any gold related purchase for sure !

A perfect place for wedding Jewelry

Cannot be trusted with piercing of ears. Got our daughter’s ears pierced at this place and both the ears are pierced differently. In one of the ear, it is so slanting that we cannot even put the back lock on the earing
