It was a really good experience from caratlane powai store. I was attained by rahul mourya who was very polite to talk. He showed me d perfect design of eaeings i needed n guided me properly to buy online. N i have received my parcel just next day. I have liked their collection alot😍

Worst customer experience. I had to wait almost half an hour in the showroom to get my diamond ring which was ordered a week back. Also, They just give a print out certifying the purity of the diamond. You will get an email copy of the same as well. I was a bit surprised and asked that anybody can take a printout like this. Normally jewelry shops give a card stating the quality of the diamonds. But his reply was Caratlane has stopped giving such cards. For making the balance amount, they said UPI is not working at the moment. Credit card tap facility also is not there. Worst showroom experience.....

Pathetic service where the store guys does not have any coordination between them and the lady store manager doesn't have clue what's going on. They conveniently put the blame first on the intern without realising that's it's service from brand and not from any individuals. They took 5 days to provide the pricing for customised ring ( just the size change) and further delay to provide payment link. This caused the delivery date beyond our stay in that city. Our whole plan got messed up. The store guys were Rahul and Bhumika and I don't know and care about the name of store incharge because I am not even sure what she does there.... unfortunately I can't put chat images here for showing the pathetic response I received...

I returned my earrings because I changed my mind. Returns were easy, but for some reason the refund was taking a long time. Contacted the customer care and they said they wl get back in 24 hrs. The store nor the customer care couldn’t find out why the refund wasn’t happening. Then last week I called the store again and Rahul Maurya answered my call. He promised to look into the matter. Within 5 mins he called back. There ws a small error in my name and email if cos of which the refund wasn’t happening. I made the necessary corrections and within 24 hours I got my refund. A special thanks and appreciation for Rahul Maurya for handling it with ease and speed

Caratlane has very unique designs not only in store but also online. Rahul Maurya who catered to my order was very helpful and very knowledgeable to suggest the types of rings as per requirement. Helpful staff, Trending designs, I got one thing what I was looking for. I need some lighter version of “mangalsutra ring” like 2 beads and one small diamond. But they have very heavy collection of mangalsutra ring. So, if you are looking for heavy one, definitely go for it.

It was quite a good experience, Esp. Rohan was very helpful, in getting me the right size ring quickly within a day or two and also patiently showing across designs and getting some points. In other Jewellery it's difficult to get sizes once you like a design, in Caratlane we can just select the design, the sizes are easily made available from other stores.

The store has a lovely collection. And the staff is highly customer focused and courteous. Was a pleasure to shop here.
