Very bad experiance with this hospital. Myself and my wife both admitted this hospital in the month of jul 17 for virul fever and dr. dviced us to admit the both and they charged bill of Rs.25447.00 and 20806.00 only for 3 days admition and additionally they returned deposit amt by deducting Rs.3500.00 on it. When i have checked bills and asked for details or invoices they just given this and that emergency testing charges etc etc. When i cheched medical bills observed that many medicines and other items are duplicated which i have not actualy recieved for the medical use. Its a full family busness and only one doctor for this entire hospital i.e dr Vaibhav Mistry. He is looting patiance by charging unknown bills which they dont even give the explaination or invoice for which they charged. I have checked and oberved some of Rs.7000.00 approx charged extra out of above bills. Whoever the patients serching for unknown hospital thru online, request you to not to chose this hospital. If you choose I promise u wil definetly see the same bad experiance as we have seen. Thanks.. b careful and safe

Beware of this hospital, all doctors here are inexperienced and unskilled specifically Dr.Vaibhav Mistry & his old staff. Again Beware and stay away, Because of there shear negligence I lost my mother on 29/03/2004 and still we r fighting for justice in court. Informed your near & dear one's also to not visit as many others hav also suffered like US......!!!!!!

The worst ever hospital I have ever seen. I took my wife here due to emergency that was due to stress and is on the first stage of pregnancy. The medical officer attended her and checked her blood pressure in a very unprofessional manner. I contacted our Gynaecologist that is situated in Kemp's corner and made her talk with the medical officer for her history. The medical officer was not even able to understand the name of the medicine that my Gynaecologist was trying to explain her on the phone. Later on I spoke with my Gynaecologist and took spelling of the medicine and gave her. They made a prescription as per that and gave me, I went to the reception with that prescription and was told to pay Rs 500 as consultation fee. What?? Rs. 500 for this unprofessional handling?? The lady at the reception was so bloody rude. They don't even know how to talk with patient and client. Lastly I gave them Rs. 200 and was denied the prescription. Very worst service with very high price. Please avoid this hospital.

Doctors are excellent but staff behaviour is rude to patients. Especially the in-house pharmacy is pathetic.. they really treat you as if they are doing a favour on you by giving u prescribed medicines. . Not good for the Hospital's reputation.

Visited gen physician for checking fever and doctor with out even checking anything directly said go for blood test . Such hospital are targeting poor people scaring them and making money. Just for one diagnostic test - told us in the morning to come in the evening at 7:30pm. Still no clarity on when the number would come. Absolute un-professionalism. Just the answer "your number will come". Made him wait in the testing room also for a long time. Refused to return money when we said we would rather do it somewhere else. Doctors we shouting at the nurses in the corridor that a patient is being mis-handled.

The place is good in hygiene and facility. The staff behaved rude. They demanded cash despite it is written on the voucher that chgs N/A. They dont bother about whether tests are done or not. They just make you wait. Only when you get up then they respond. They miss the prescribed tests - i highlighted ECG - they almost forgot. In all the patient feels totally lost.

Extremely unprofessional staff, doctors don’t turn up on time specifically Mr Sandeep Saboo, time mentioned on the board is 7:30pm and doctor turned up at 9:15pm. No proper intimation of their so called great doctors expected time of arrival. When asked about the same staff tend to ignore questions, unless the voice is raised.

Dr. Vaibhav is very humble and supportive doctor. He treated my fever and throat pain that was irritating me for so long. He has vast knowledge of the treatment and has supportive staff.

Very bad hospital. They double charged me for the x-ray. Also X-ray did not depict the right information, i had to get it done from other place. Moreover, they charge you like a premium hospital and they services and staff is idiot and rude to patients.

I have been here looking for orthopedic surgeon and it was Dr. Raj mukhi present at that moment. Worst doctor, don't know how to examine patients. I asked him to check my right knee and he ended up damaging the meniscus by pulling it forcefully. He himself accepted that he pulled the knee which damaged the meniscus. It was very unprofessional.

This guys are thieves.. A very big example of tge difference between a patient and a customer.. Customer jitna kam padha likha utna bada bakra.. Saale chor hai yaha sab.. Upar se service.. Thats mindblowing.. Guys dont take your loved ones here

Because Dr. Vaibhav is so courteous and attentive to your problems, half of your problems will be solved. I had been struggling with bp issues for the past two years. I have seen many different doctors, but nothing changed until Dr. Vaibhav relieved me within 15 days. He is a medical miracle for me.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Just visited Vishal mistry. Still figuring out whether to put doc or not as his designation. Most amateur doc I have ever seen. I feel like thrashing him literally. Just don’t go to him, it’s a caution. He has no idea of diagnosis and treatment. I can vouch for that.

I wish I would have read the reviews earlier. I visited Dr Neerja Mistry for consultation and she was just shouting all around in the hospital . Even during my examination she shouted on me that she doesn't have time to give to 1 patient while I was in pain . She is rude if you ask too many questions but that's the part of the job as a gynec .

My mom was in serious condition but Dr Vaibhav and Dr Neerja really took care of her health and ensured all her illness were well treated. The hygiene is A class just like the treatment. Highly recommended

Dr Vaibhav is highly proficient and one of the best physicians I've ever met. I started visiting him in 2017 and 2018. Since then, we have consulted him for all my pre-existing problems. He is approachable, listens carefully, is very patient while lending the right diagnosis. I am blessed to be treated by him.

Hi I've heard that hospital does not have the license and it was sealed before 2 months is this true, what was the reason behind this and does hospital now have no issues related to any license work please let me know it's urgent.
