Highly unprofessional, unclean, unorganised hospital with inexperienced staff, looting the patients with exorbitant charges and no treatment, if you take a patient in emergency it is highly questionable if they can even provide timely treatment, completely avoid if you care for your and your loved one health. This hospital is a joke money making machine. We were billed a whopping 3.5k even before the consultation was done. The dr didnt even attend for 5 mins and we were made to wait 40 mins for the appointment. The dr. Didnt even have proper machinary to watch the cath CD. Not only lost money but had the worst experience, they should have some dignity and refund our charges when they didnt bother to consult us properly. Save your health, time and money and do not visit. Refused to share hospital registration number, eventually shared after altecation. Accredition of such hospital should be revoked !

My husband was admitted here for the last 12 days .They took excellent care over the period. Big thank you to Dr Rane his colleague doctors and the entire team of nursing admin and back office . Dr Rane of course was the God guiding his team .in particular would like to call out his colleagues dr marathe .dr rizwan Dr dammadeep .dr tirmale .and his senior colleague Dr tushar dr rishabh Raj . We would in the nursing sections like to highlight brother Amit and sister rupali for on occassion going above and beyond call of duty 🙏Everyy one showed huge amount of empathy and caring making it almost like a non hospital atmosphere. One of the most unorganized hospitals you'll come across, the hospital staff (excluding the nurses) are totally pathetic. This Hospital just loots people of their money, hefty amounts are charged on the patients. They charge you for the things they dont even use, for eg- PPE kits, sanitizers etc.

Super clean and super fast health services . Doorstep to angioplasty / angiography time is fastest in town. They are a specialised cardiac centre with cathlab and operation theatre

Very very unhappy with the experience. First of all, they don't let the relatives meet their patients in the ICU (there are no visiting hours at all), although the patient may be thriving to meet his relatives. Secondly, even if we say that we need to talk to the doctor, they don't let us in, saying that he is busy with another patient. Thirdly, they do not perform proper & timely tests for the lungs, as suggested by the visiting lungs doctor. Because of this, my patient did not get a timely treatment and her condition worsened now. Also, when the reports are out, they said that the lungs condition is too bad, whereas it was not the case, when we showed the reports in another hospital. Moreover, despite the condition being critical, they shifted my patient from the ICU to the ward, and just within 2 hours, shifted her again to the ICU. Furthermore, they don't even update the relatives on what tests have been done, whereas a visiting lungs doctor did not visit for 4 days at a stretch, and the staff did not even think to inform us, and hence we wasted so much of time. What sort of management is this?

We did my spouse's Angiography and Angioplasty here. All administrative procedures are very well streamlined. All medical staff is very friendly and cordial. Attention to the patient is very prompt. Few small housekeeping details need attention

Worst experience patient had to ask for water more than 3 time yet did not receive water. Asked the people to take the food plate back yet no one cared about it patient was bleeding and nurse didn't properly knew and blood was lying there and wasn't cleaned until an hour very unprofessional.

Not recommended at all. For emergency cases pls don't take patients to this hospital. I took patient on emergency but was attended by a compounder who claimed himself as Doctor. They just checked BP n did ECG and told if we want to consult Doctor we need to admit patient for the night untill doctor arrives next morning.

We had to rush my dad in an emergency to Mumbai heart clinic on a Saturday night. I had informed the hospital 15 mins before that we would be coming and the entire team was ready when we arrived. They put the patient treatment on priority and did not haggle with paperwork to begin with. This was a pleasant surprise. Special thanks to Dr Sandip, Dr Sameer and Dr Shilpa for the personal attention and prompt action. Would highly recommend Mumbai heart clinic.

The medical care was great, and the nursing staff was extremely compassionate. They were deserving of particular recognition. I am grateful to the hospital for my mother's prompt admittance and treatment, which enabled her to recover quickly. I am grateful to all of the doctors, particularly Dr. Sandeep Rane and Dr. Rishabh Raj, as well as the nurses and support personnel, for their dedication. However, there may have been greater coordination between doctors and nurses regarding patient treatment/discharge timings and doctor visiting times to minimise family members spending a full day in the hospital learning about the patient conditions and meeting doctors.

My experience for my father who was admitted here - Doctors Dr Rane and his family were prompt in responding to my father's needs. So were the RMO. I specially liked Dr Kavita's diagnosis and approach of least medicines and reliance on exercise to address diabetes. Service ICU care is fine but the nurses and ward boys need to be more prompt. Their slowness can get on one's nerve But, Nurse Pranali at both icu and deluxe room floor were very efficient and prompt. So was nurse Ashwini. The service in private room was much much better and so were the nurses. Shout out to ward boy Vikas and coordinator Ankit. Sitting arrangement My husband in all probability got dengue thanks to waiting outside icu ward and getting bitten by mosquitoes there. It is disheartening to see no sitting arrangement for relatives. Even railway stations have waiting room with AC. Here you do not have fans in the lobby! This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP. For patients who'd be in icu for longer time, their relatives would be buddies of mosquitoes and cats on the ground floor. MOST IMPORTANT THE NURSES AND RMO DO NOT CALL PATIENTS' RELATIVES WHEN DOCTORS MAKE VISIT. THIS IS AGAIN NOT ACCEPTABLE AS WE NEED TO KNOW FROM HORSE'S MOUTH AND NOT VIA RMO. Pharmacy 9 to 5 and Sunday off is not practiced even by sarkari chemists. If it is attached to a hospital, it NEEDS TO OPEN 24x7. There are no good pharmacies around as well.

One of the worst hospitals I have ver come across The aayas are not trained to give bedpen/pots to patients The doctors visiting times are not fixed and the staff is reluctant to give their phone numbers. There is no proper explanation of what is wrong with the patient and why a certain line of treatment has been recommended. The "delux suite" is infested with mosquitoes. No proper lighting in the delux suite and patients has to be moved around if they need to administer IV. The admin staff has no clue on what is going on and everything from something as basic as changing the bedsheet is done only on demanding it. Even on discharge and after full payment, the files given were incomplete with some reports missing. It took me two rounds to the hospital to get all reports from them. Horrible experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay Away.

Went here for some tests and overall checkup and everyone was super warm, friendly and helpful. The front desk staff Aparna and Rini coordinated everything professionally. Dr Apurva is lovely to talk to and kept me engaged throughout my test on the treadmill. Dr Ayusha was very gentle with equipment and ensured nothing hurt me. And Dr Sandip and Dr Kavita Rane’s consultation and explanation of the reports left me satisfied and worry-free. 0 coordination between staff and nurses. Pharmacy shop person is not supportive. He Did not take my medicine return which is not used by us. Pharmacy peraon said that nurse ne mangaya usaki galti hai mai kya karu. Nurses dont give proper information to patients relative. Doctors are good and doctors communication is good with patient and their relative. But other staff and nurse is pathetic. Again i am saying doctors are very good.

This is the very good hospital for cardiac patients. This hospital has very good staff. I would like to thank Dr. Sandip Rane and Dr. Uday Jadhav who have studied and handled my mom's case and successfully done CABG surgery. All doctors are very humble, care for their patients and listen to their patients and relatives. All nurse staff are very helpful, understanding and caring. I specially grateful to Mr. Dinakr Narvekar who has guide us throughout the admission and till discharge. Only suggestions are regarding canteen facilities and pharmacy. Please do have your own canteen facilities and keep pharmacy open for 24 hrs. Thank you.

My Dad was admitted on 14th Aug 2021. He was admitted with sudden heart stroke. He was treated by Dr. Sandip Rane, respect him alot. He is the person on whom you can trust. But, in a panic situation it is general tendency that we dont think from mind and in a hurry we decide. My Dad was treated for Angiography and Plasthy by Dr. Sandip Rane and Team. Great Job by Drs. We bought the package which includes everything but later few medicines where asked to be bought and this Bill to be paid by us not in package. I kept on purchasing medicine from Pharmacy below the Hospital wherein at the time of discharge i was asked to pay around a big amout with discount of Rs. 300 and was informed that we cannot give more discount as we have to give to hospital the reply received from Pharmacy guy. It shocked me later i updated in the hospital to Account Department they said that this medicines are not included in the Package and they spoke with Chemist guys and later i was given 10% discount by Hospital. But, the reply given shocked me words used by Chemist guy "Dr. Ko bhi dena padta hai upar" Later Account Department gave discount of 10% but this incident was not trustful and for a guy who dont have enough mediclaim like me was asked to pay which i know something is wrong but am helpless. I would like to request to everyone to get clarity first and then start the process. My package didnt included Pharmacy Bill but the Other guy to whom i asked said that this Medicines are included in his Package. I dont understand how can package differ from person to person. Dr. Sandip Rane might not be aware about the entire situation. I feel something wrong is going on without his knowledge. Giving rating as 3 Star only for Dr. Sandip Rane and his treatment. Hospital are defined for trust and care but i was always felt the opposite when i entire incident took place. My Opinion would be to serve trust and humanity which defines Hospital.

Sister's are very helpfull, especially miss Tejal mam, miss swapnali mam. Mr. Ankit is very loyal about his housekeeping work, very strict to his junior staff and make the work done. Good diet 3 times a day, exercise department seperate for patient's fast recovery, timely dressing of wound's and stiches.
