Bad very bad experience here, once your operation is done after that the main doctor will not even bother to check the condition of patient and if you try to contact them they will behave rudely. And their guards and specially supervisor of guards will behave like they own you. And even some nurse staff is rude as well. And the biggest headache will be meeting your own patient they (guards and their supervisor) will frustrate you by asking again and again where you going why you going and other stupid questions. Even after paying good amount of money, huge disappointment from lower to top staff. At the end they look to the patient as source of money only and not much bothered about patient health.

Zen Hospital is just a "Paisa chhapne ki mchine". They just do the treatment to charge handsome fees smartly(only from the point of view of the staff). Dirty places, no proper attentiveness, so called smart speeches of the oversmart staff charging the excessive fees, etc. are the salient features of hospital. They are thinking their hospital is a posh one and having good facilities. Before anyone decide to do a treatment kindly see the attached photo of so called Waiting Area of OT. Anyhow if anyone have to treat their patients please bargain(fight) against the fees charged and also keep tab on the replacement of the OT things.

Our experience at Zen hospital has been nothing but spectacular! My father suffered an unexpected heart attack when he came in for a simple check up. The speed at which the doctors, nurses and all the support staff attended to him and literally brought him back to life, was absolutely marvellous. Thereafter the ICU care medically and at a personal humane level has left me speechless. They have tended to him like a member of the family, making sure his every need has been met, with a smile on their face. I cannot thank everyone involved in Zen hospital enough for giving my father a new life. Dr. Roy Patanker you have done a marvellous job in building such a fabulous medical facility. Kudos to you and all doctors, consultants, nurses and helpers!!

Recently my mom,( Mary Devassy) had a severe breathlessness issue and extreme weakness., As advised by Dr. Vikrant Shah, we got her admitted to the Icu. With his wisdom, efficiency and dedication towards his patient's, we could see a immediate recovery in my Mother. He has been our family Dr. From more than a decade. I cant stop myself writing this, Dr. Vikrant Shah Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are. You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know you and have you as our Family doctor.” The nurses and staff in the Icu on the 2nd floor were at the best of their ability towards my mom, and that was truely because of the guidance and under the continues hardwork and supervision of ICU Incharge, Nurse Sally. My mother was then shifted to the 5th floor, the Nurses and the entire staff there were very polite towards a senior citizen and hardworking. I never even had to call them with the bell, as they always had their attention towards the patient. The hospital on a whole has a good environment and its very clean and really one of a kind.. I want to express my sincere gratitude. I am highly impressed at the treatment our family members and relatives have received starting from the entrance at reception , the surgical ward and ICU staff. Dr. Roy Pathankar Sir, Zen hospital and Your whole department have been outstanding and extremely helpful during the most difficult times for our family. Fortunate enough to have Zen hospital in chembur. Thank you, From, Mrs. Mary Devassy, Mr. Luis Rodrigues, Mrs. Sareena Rodrigues. And Late (Mr. T. V. Devassy).

Amazing place! Highly recommended if you want to bleed yourself dry of all your personal savings and family savings. Getting yourself conned by sharks pretending to be hospitality workers in luxury was a memorable experience. The huge hidden costs, massive delays and endless paperwork for every little thing are a blessing in disguise. :)

Gall Bladder stone surgery under Dr. Roy Patanakar: (Admitted for 2 days - Private classic single room) My age - 25, Female 1. Hardworking and caring workers: I found everyone hardworking and efficient. The sisters and maushi were very warm, calm and made me feel comfortable. When I was severe pain, I called them throughout the night to take me to the washroom and they very patient and concerned for me. 2. Surgery & Medical check: I am very satisfied with the minimal invasive surgery (my first surgery). During the surgery they informed me of the steps before hand and prepared me for it. Dr. Roy, his team and sister in charge also checked up on me throughout my stay. 3. Service and care on time: Got all meals, medicines, dressings, bedsheets change, etc. on time. 4. Hygiene: Brooming and mopping of the room was done everyday. Even bathroom was cleaned everyday. 5. Feedback: Administrative department came to ask for any feedback daily and if we were not satisfied with something, we could inform them. 6. Corrected actions: When we told the sisters that we were not happy with something, they immediately corrected it and were understanding.

It is one of the good hospitals in and around Chembur area. Treatment - Doctors diagnosed the illness well, also ruled out other remote possibilities by conducting various tests. At times it is important to not loose the time, and get the tests done. They also called in a specialist as well to diaognise on the day of admission itself. Nurses - Nurses are the one who constantly monitor the patients health, giving medication on time, and many other things which O wouldn't be even aware of. The nurses did an outstanding job, they put the patient at ease, spreads positive vibe, and saw them in cheerful mood (which is so important). If I would press the "Help" call bell, someone would see me in less than 10 seconds. Outstanding job, I can't thank them enough. Support Staff - Staff to maintain the place, doing the chores, helping patients with basic needs, they did a fantastic job. Couple of them were old, but still would be wearing a smile on their facd and speak very well with the patients. Food - They have a nutrionist who takes care of what food needs to be served. They serve tea in the morning, later around 8 am you would get breakfast, at around 11 am soup is served, by 1 pm lunch is brought, later in the evening tea is served along with couple of biscuits, then within a gap of two hours soup is served again, and by 8:30 pm dinner is served, and post dinner milk is served. Cleanliness - They kept the room and linen extremely clean. They would sweep and clean the room thrice a day. Bathroom - Spic and span. Feedback - Management people visit daily in the morning to check if you are comfortable with how things are progressing, and are open for feedback. Great way to ensure patients comfort and satisfaction. Kudos to them!

It was really a marvellous experience at Zen Hospital as far as we are concerned related to the treatment of my wife. From the time Dr. Roy Patankar diagnosed my wife's problem, he was quick enough to take the remedial measures to ensure that the problem does not aggravate. We also take this opportunity to thank each and every Doctors and staff of the Hospital for all the guidance ans services provided to us during our treatment at the hospital. Keep up the good work and let this hospital become a pioneer in the field of medical treatment.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

My experience after being treated here is the best. ThΓ© atmosphere, staff, nurses here are sooo much co operative and helpful. I was admitted here for 4days but every single hour right after i was admitted i started getting better and better. Everyone here made me feel home and trust me they have got the best Doctors. Doctors and nurses are available 24*7. I did not have to use the bell as they keep a very close track on all the patients here and are available at any hour of the day/night. Thankful to Zen Hospital for helping me recover and super soon and making me feel homely.

If had an option, I would have rated them zero. After the surgery patient was treated their worst. He was given antiseptic wound cleaning iodine solution instead of betadine gargle. Despite requesting the nurse multiple times that the doctor gave oral gargle solution not wound cleaning solution the nurse insisted on using body wound cleaning solution. The patient could have died if he would have listened to the nurse. Not only that their housekeeping staff use patient washroom as per their convenience. Patient has to wait for empty and clean washroom. To worsen the quality of service the housekeeping staff sleeps on empty beds in the patient ward. Your family members are not safe in this hospital. I am preparing to file a medico-legal case. There is so much that I can't even explain here. Except for the doctors nothing is good here. Please consult your physician/ doctors outside Apollo. I wish you could have received the service as per the bomb of an amount paid. It's like you charge for breathing as well. And despite paying those charges in return you completely compromise the safety and health of your loved ones. Highly understaffed Highly under-trained Highly unprofessional Hospital like yours is the reason where doctors are blamed and questioned unnecessarily. Only one word to describe your management"Pathetic"

My mom was admitted in this hospital for emergency care for her hypoglycaemic condition. Dr. Roy Patankar is one of the best doctors I’ve seen till date. Dr. Vikrant Shah is excellent in his diagnosis and observation. We gave some feedback on their housekeeping to their in-charge, Ms. Shruti, which she accepted very positively.

Very neat n clean rooms, courteous staff ...nice place for healing. Infra maintenance like telephone not working, bed repairs, house repairs etc may need little improvement although they are almost there. The biggest pain point and frustration which we faced with the hospital after discharge was there was absolutely no after discharge support. The day we took discharge I got 102 fever and cold which brought my family to tears after having to go for 3 days treatment n then discharge. But no one from hospital took the call from my family. They kept on telling my wife that doctor will call bk but no one called back. Very dark night for us

Very satisfied with our experience in Zen hospital where we had to admit my mother, first in the ICU and then in a twin room. The diagnosis and treatment was excellent and the doctors kept updating us regularly. The staff was friendly and efficient. While the facilities in the icu waiting room were sufficient, relatives crowded there making a lot of noise and messing the loo.

Hello, I am a Food Engineer from IIT Kharagpur an Entrepreneur based in Mumbai. I had discovered a Cyst (tissue growth) in my stomach and consulted Dr Roy Patankar Sir. Being a novice, this whole experience was quite new from me, and I ended meeting many Doctors trying to understand the seriousness of my problem and right way forward. My first meeting with Sir, I could sense his immense knowledge, experience and absolute clarity on the subject. He advised me for a surgery with either Laparoscopic or Robotic assisted options. I found out the difference and opted for Robotic option. As was briefed by Sir, it was a right decision, now that I have experienced it, Robotic further empowers surgeon to do the job better with a quicker healing time and is less painful. I was operated Saturday afternoon and today is Monday, and I am just about to get discharged, writing about my experience. I am totally impressed by Dr. Patankar Sir and entire team of doctors to see the level of ethics, competence . He is an extraordinary intelligent and gifted Doctor with human values. Apart from dedication, he also has approach to observe neutrality and impartiality, whereas interacting with him, a patient resulting in great relief from stress gets confidence and clarity on way forward. Hardly find such noncommercial and β€œtrue-approach” Doctors in this era. Zen Hospital facilities are fantastic. Everything right from first meeting, the admission process till surgery, post operative care went very smooth. I felt quite β€œat home” and like β€œservice with care”. When you interact and experience the entire team, one can feel the values, with care, are flowing through from top and reflecting in the team starting from the medical, nursing, office staff & down the line till support staff - Mamas, Mausi. I wish Sir and his entire team a grand success. May God bless him and wonderful team at Zen. Best wishes for the future and their continued endeavor in care creating new benchmark in healthcare industry. With best wishes, Atul Ganediwala.

Though illnesses and surgeries are painful this hospital gives you a great experience and homely care. Dr. Roy Patankar is a renowned name in surgery and his hospital is one of a kind healthcare provider. All staff from surgeons, assistants and OT staff to nurses and janitors on all floors are skilled, professional, humble and friendly. Amidst pandemic this hospital maintains all the protocols and follow extremely stringent processes to make sure everything is safe for people inside and outside. Admission, TPA process and diagnostic processes were smooth. The food provided to patients is timely, hygienic and perfectly balanced. All rooms are clean and hygienic. Smallest of processes are given immense importance and floor managers make sure to supervise the same. Overall a good environment for speedy recovery.. Highly recommended!!

My sister was admitted under Dr. Roy Patankar, in a serious condition on 2nd August. Dr. Roy immediately assessed the situation, got the necessary tests done, referred to Dr. Sitaram Prasad, Surgeon, who did a wonderful job and further Dr. Vikrant Shah, handled her case beautifully and finally she was discharged in a better state of health as compared to 2 nd Aug 2020. During the stay we came across very courteous, diligent and committed doctors, nurses, RMOs, housekeeping staff , attendants and other staff from the hospital who played a great part in my sister's recovery. Special mention is made of a few persons because their names are known to me. They are Pooja Bichu, Operations Mgr., Pooja Gangurde, Floor Manager, Dr. Roshni, Sister Kirti and Sister Hindi, Ms Chitra. Dr. Nair, Anesthesiologist explained the anaesthesia situation and made us feel very comfortable about everything. The personnel from reception, billing and tpa were very courteous and understanding people. The best part is that, in these trying times, they are doing a good job in treating non Covid cases which has become the need of the times because non Covid serious patients appear to be having diificult days. All in all a pleasant experience , even though a stay away from the hospital is the best situation. Kudos to the entire persons associated with the hospital. My sister is better and will need some more time to achieve her normal health but so far so good. Thank you all.

My husband Dr. Arun Nanivadekar was admitted to ICU of Zen Hospital on 10th August after he developed difficulty in swallowing and mental confusion on 9th. A throat swab for PCR had been taken before admission was found to be H3N2, a variant of Influenza A virus, to be positive . He received excellent treatment from Senior Physician Dr. Anant Gore. The entire staff of ICU from Residents, nurses and labour Staff was kind and courteous. His calories and hydration was maintained by a tube through his nose and requirements managed under expert guidance of Ms Priya Palan, Nutritionist at Zen. His swallowing difficulty continued for months after discharge and swallowing exercises were taught at home by Dr. Sapna Shah, Speech and Swallowing Therapist. Arun improved slowly over 3 months and is now able to eat most soft items and drink liquids. His feeding tube was removed for the last time on 22nd Nov. During this period, Arun required 5 changes of his feeding tube and this was kindly done by Dr.Pramod Kale, Chief Anaesthetist of Zen Hospital. Spasm of Arun's throat muscles proved a challenging task for Dr. Kale. The last change of the tube was done by Dr. Shalaka Dighe, ENT Specialist who also did FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Assessment of Swallowing) to further study if the improvement could be accelerated by any other means than throat exercises. We are greatful to Dr. Gore, (who saved Arun's life) Dr. Sneha Shah, (who is entirely responsible for Arun being being able to swallow now), Ms Priya Palan, Dr. Pramod Kale and Dr.Shalaka Dighe for their invaluable advice and help in keeping Arun alive and well.

The staff is cooperative and the treatment was very good. Doctors are really wonderful and made me feel very happy . I could recover early only because of doctors. The nursing staff is little less experienced, I faced issues while they were putting IV , my hand became red, yellow and blue in that area. The reports were not shown to me even after asking multiple number of times. Iit makes me happy to see my own reports , but it was a huge struggle to see my own file . Rest evrything else is great and I'm happy that I got admitted here under Dr.Roy Pathankar.

We came to Appolo for a second opinion. We got to know by the treating doctor that Dr. Anil Dcruz the head of oncology at Apolo is not only beat in the city but also in our country. We met him and he's been guiding us. Dr. Santosh has always been kind to us in setting up appointments. Dr. Anil gives us confidence and we know that his guidance is something that will help us overcome the situation. Thanks to Dr. Anil and Dr Khuzema for being supportive.

I had enrolled for a weight loss programme here at apollo. I was very scared first cos I've always been on the heavier side. So going to the gym always scared me . I'm a regular walker. But walking alone cannot help you specially when you r 50. So decided to give it a try . Met the entire team . Everything related to the programme was explained very well . So basically it's a team ,where in you have a Dr., a dietician,a councillor, a physical trainer. The entire team was well trained. A special mention to Mr.DARSHAN PALAV.(exercise physiologist)Very patient but a task master. Very motivating . He made me feel at ease . I started to believe in myself . I started doing exercises which I thought were impossible . Over all a good experience . Would recommend this programme . A special mention about Miss Tanya too . (Clinical psychologist ) . Wonderful person . She played a very imp role . She helped me connect to myself ,and made me believe in myself and that actually helped me go through this programme. This programme helped me change my lifestyle . So a big thankyou to the entire team . πŸ™

Dedication, compassion and excellence. That's what these people embody. These people know that treatment is not just 'treating' the disease entity. There has to be a human side to it. Really good hospital for surgical patients.

I was operated for 2 major surgeries here for adrenalectomy & cholecystectomy. Dr. Roy Patankar, Dr. Pramod Kale and Dr. Vikas Nair are all professionally great & highly skilled. Dr. Roy Patankar’s team, Dr. Vishakha Kalikar, assistants and everyone including RMOs, nurses and other staff is very humble, friendly and communicative. They visited me timely and assured in my faster and safe recovery. Dr. Vikas Nair is a great anaesthetic doctor and a clinician, very humble and stayed calm and very prompt and helpful throughout the process. The maintenance staff, floor manager, imaging & diagnostic center and administrative staff were speedy & always available for all the queries. Cleanliness and hygiene is periodically maintained adequately. Food for patients was always on time and freshly cooked. Canteen was great too for the patient’s relatives. I will highly recommend Zen Multi Speciality Hospital & healthcare providers here especially for laparoscopic surgeries and any physical illness. Not to forget, Zen Hospital is also one of the Green LEED certified building due to which they always strive & aim at giving the best facilities in terms of healthcare in every means.

I am 87 yo and had hernia repair surgery with Dr. Patankar. Due to the pandemic, I was able to arrange for the entire procedure via email and phone with help from Dr. Bhate and the administrative staff one my initial consultation was done. Dr. Patankar and his entire staff is very very good and the people of Bombay are blessed to have them as physicians. All the steps were patiently explained to me and the procedure/recovery was well managed. The facility is very clean and well maintained. People may complain that the guards are strict but that helps keep the floors quiet and gives patients the ability to rest and recover. My wife had Achalasia surgery in 2018 with Dr. Patankar when she was 83yo. Stay blessed - the entire staff of Zen Hospital.

I had a fall and the MRI reports showed that it was a complete ligament tear and a meniscus tear. I consulted Dr. Nikhil Iyer, he is a wonderful surgeon and friendly by nature, he made me comfortable and explained me about the surgery. The ZEN hospital staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. Post-OP the most important thing is physiotherapy, I consulted Dr. Vinith, he is indeed the best physiotherapist, the efforts that he puts is evident. He gave me a plan of action for subsequent weeks. Right from bending from 0 to 130 degrees to strengthening of my quads, everything was done in a rightful manner and thankfully I was able to walk again. I am so glad I chose ZEN hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Zen Hospital under the care of Dr. Roy Patankar and his team. We were referred here for a Cholecystectomy. Right from the initial consultation where Dr. Patankar was informative, patient and reassuring, to the actual operation itself and pre and post operative care - everything was top notch. More than the skill and quality of care, what my mom (the patient) and we as a family truly appreciated was the caring nature of the staff. Everyone from the support staff in the OT to the nurses and caretakers were excellent. In short, I would recommend Zen Hospital without hesitation. Superb experience.

My wife was admitted at ZEN hospital for surgery by Dr. Roy Patankar & Dr. Veena Aurangabadwalla. After my experience there I will not call ZEN a hospital but an extended family home. Extremely courteous and caring Doctors , Nurses , house keeping guys, canteen staff & the administrative staff make your stay very comfortable during this stressful period in the patients life. Our room was very well maintained & was being cleaned almost 4 to 5 times daily. Hygiene maintainence is of utmost important factor driving the staff. They are very punctual with the timings given for procedures which was a very big pleasant surprise inspite of being a big & busy hospital. Canteen food provided can beat good hotels in the quality , taste & price. Overall a very pleasant experience without any complaints. Thank-you so much to the entire team of ZEN hospital for being so humane & wonderful.

Furthermore, the cleanliness and organization of the facilities reflected a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care. Overall, my experience at Zen Hospital exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for the dedication of the entire team. Please extend my gratitude to everyone involved in my care. Thank you for setting a benchmark for healthcare excellence.

Hi, Please pay attention and read this carefully I recently had an operation at this hospital and was asked to come for dressing after every 3 days,me being a working women could not be here at there so called β€œdressing time”. I used to come here immediately after my office, but me being still a patient was never treated properly. I am sharing my today,s Experience I came here for routine dressing and as usual the doctor was not there and i was asked to wait. I was waiting for a while then i asked about how long is it gonna take on which there was an other doctor (who doesn’t even deserve to be called as doctor) This stupid guy when told about me and my dressing answered β€œ Is the patient male or female” The nurse replied β€œfemale” On which this x replied β€œI dont do all this dressing and all to females, ask her to wait”Then when I asked what kind of behaviour is this its your job then the answer which I got was pathetic they said and I quote β€œIf you cant wait and all go and get it done. In some other hospital β€œ I mean really? So its my sincere suggestion to everyone reading this dont waste your time and money on this place.

Best hospital in Navi Mumbai, excellent care by doctors. Security staff is also extremely understanding and helpful. Specifically Mr. Shamaji Singh (security) was always helpful in informing whenever my patient my mother required me.

Nursing staff and ward support staff need to be improved a lot. Simple things like air bed functioning, rt feeds administer and cleaning, daily dosage administer and suction units are not done by nurses. They seem not trained well enough. They are simply logging things in books for doctors to check but are not administering. Support staff is the only reason for this low rating. Doctors and hospital facilities are the best in the city. I have seen patients coming from mumbai here but nursing and ward support staff might cause a slow downfall. 4 patients of the same ward alongwith me compained to the management regarding nurses and ward support staff. I hope they take this seriously.

I have been to Apollo Hospital Navi Mumbai last month for the treatment of my wife. The hospital has been well maintained particularly keeping in view the COVID-19 pandemic. Initial consultation with Dr. Bindhu K.S., a few investigations and the surgical procedure by Dr. Sandip Bipte, whose words are reassuring, have all been seamless. Good coordination among the administrative staff. Nursing staff are courteous. Guidance and assistance by Dr. Santosh Sahu are worthy of mention.

From day one we were assured with a high standard of service , and let me tell you, the assurance was always fulfilled and with every visit it was made better, there was always a personalized touch and care given to my father - in - law.... There are few names who have been with us throughout his journey of medication with their continuous support. We would like to Thank Dr. Anil D'cruz, Dr. Salil Patkar, Dr. Khuzema , Dr. Deepali, Dr. Shrivastav for all the support and help extended from day one. We are also thankful to Mr. Santosh Sahoo who understood our requirements and facilitated us accordingly..... We are thankful to the entire Oncology team of Apollo CBD belapur.

Doctors are good. Nurses are good and took good care of the patient. We understand that due to covid there are many restrictions. When we wanted to at least talk with the patient who got admitted to ICU, security staff at hospital reception/main lobby did not connect to the patient and said call will be coming from ICU. I said that patient doesn't know the language and she was afraid. He said there are staff who knows the language, but after one day we came to know that there were no support staff who knows the language in that ICU and came to know that she was crying most of the time after i called the ICU ward. After that ICU staff informed that i can conduct covid test and if i get negative, i can stay with the patient as she doesn't know the language and continuously crying. Today, 03-02-2021 is discharge date and they said morning she will be discharged and it has been more than 6 hours and still waiting for discharge summary. Informed to nurse and doctor, but still process has not moved to next stage. Insurance process will take another 3 hours and waiting time for discharge will be more than 9 hours.

I have recently undergone Radiation therapy treatment at Navi Mumbai's Apollo Hospital. I can say that the amount of expertise and specialized equipment that I have experienced here can be found in very few places. My Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Sandeep De and the entire Radiation team are world class and apply their immence knowledge and diligent expertise in the singular pursuit of healing their patients. My interactions with everyone here has been warm, kind and compassionate. I am so glad that I have a place like this to go.

It's a worst hospital for cancer patients. Don't take treatment from this hospital for cancer and even if you do then make sure if they are actually giving the patient proper medication and injections Or else they will just keep adding a long list of injections into your bill but your patient won't receive those injections. There are many hospitals for cancer better than this one.

If you are visiting for OPD and told to go for an Endoscopy. Make sure you know these things. The hospital will tell you to buy the disposable items on your own and submit to the Receptionist and second they will add consumables charges β‚Ή.1000/- in the Endoscopy bill too. The intension is to pump out a huge chunk from your pocket. Disappointed.

Excellent treatment and wonderful facilities are what you can expect at Zen Hospital. From admission to discharge, all the processes were carried out smoothly and quickly. The support and care provided by each doctor and staff member was commendable. Special thanks to Dr. Ramesh Patankar and Dr. Vinith Karanth for their excellent treatment, guidance and assistance because of which my dad is able to recover quickly from his paralytic stroke. I would highly recommend this hospital, especially to those living in Chembur and nearby areas.

One of the worst management at grassroot level. We wanted to get angioplasty done there for a family member. Even when they had no beds vacant and unclear about bed availability; the receptionist was trying to get us to commit what kind of room would we want while planning to keep the patient in the waiting area on the stretcher post-operation. Her intent was only to understand the potential billing. In a separate incident, we had to get NCV test done in Zen as this test is only conducted by them in Chembur. The reports were not mailed or WhatsApped as committed. So, when we went to collect it personally, we were kept waiting for an hour only to be told that they did not know where the report was kept by the concerned person who was not reachable. After endless search, they found it under their xerox machine. So much for all their tall claims.

Very pathetic Hospital....Doctors are for money only without knowledge. Not toilet facility for patients, Not AC working, after many patients complaints they don't care for them Dr Vikrant Shah is very Pathetic doctor, when we visit 1st time he didn't check to patient at all and give a list of 13 reports to do, after all reports came we go back to show him, He said I need only 1 report, so why he wrote other 12 reports in file. And in 2nd time also he didn't checked patient and consult properly. So by these ways this guy's are wasting money of patients, and charges very high in both times. Please guys avoid this kind of fraud hospital, which have no care of patients and only care for money and waste your money in his commission branches. Please tell people to don't visit this fraud and also report this hospital to cancel license to loot patients. Many other nice hospitals in our area which are looking small but taking care of patients in better way.

I recently had ACL and meniscus surgery at Zen Hospital, and I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Nikhil Iyer’s expertise and the caring hospital staff to make the surgery successful. Dr. Vinith, my physiotherapist, played a crucial role in my recovery with unwavering support and effective guidance. I've achieved full range of motion and regained the ability to walk and climb stairs seamlessly. Zen Hospital deserves commendation for its top-notch facilities, cleanliness and welcoming environment. The staff demonstrated a commitment to patient well-being, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. I strongly recommend Zen Hospital for their exceptional role in my successful surgery and recovery. Thanks for your dedication to outstanding healthcare.

Zen Hospital has a very good service right from the beginning i.e. from the admission process to the discharge process. The doctor in the hospital personally comes and inquires about me. I see the doctor every day and Dr. Roy And his team gave me good treatment Vrishali madam as well as her team took good care. The nurse staff at the hospital is very caring and quick to respond. Nurses and cleanliness staff do a good job of providing home-like care in the absence of relatives All the staff working there are very well spoken and caring. Definitely I would suggest Zen Hospital. Thank you so much.

We had admitted my father in law, a 70 year old, when he complained of breathlessness. The hospital is good, doctors are helpful, the staff are also attentive. The ICU facility is also well maintained. They also have a waiting area for the attendants of the patient, and it is a decent place to rest at night. The visiting hours are a bit painful (early morning 8.30 am for ICU) and they allow visitors only in 10 minutes slots, but we had no issues with the level of patient care.

Adequate Care with Room for Improvement at Zen Hospital, Chembur. While there were aspects of the hospital that were commendable, there are several areas where improvement is needed. One of the positives of Zen Hospital is its location and accessibility. Situated in Chembur, it is conveniently located for residents in and around the area. The hospital infrastructure is modern and the facility appears well-equipped to handle a range of medical needs. Upon entering, I was greeted by the reception staff who were polite and helpful. The process of registration and initial consultation was handled efficiently, which was appreciated. The waiting area was clean and had enough seating, although it did become quite crowded, indicating a busy hospital. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, showed professionalism and competence. My interaction with the consulting doctor was brief but informative. However, I felt that the consultation was somewhat rushed, and a more thorough examination would have been reassuring. Where Zen Hospital falls short is in its patient care and follow-up procedures. The nursing staff, while courteous, seemed overburdened, which impacted the timeliness and attentiveness of care. Additionally, the post-consultation follow-up was lacking, which is a crucial aspect of patient care. The cleanliness in some of the patient areas and restrooms could be improved. Maintaining high hygiene standards is critical for any healthcare facility, and this is an area where Zen Hospital could focus more attention. In terms of treatment and facilities, the hospital is adequately equipped, but the overall patient experience could be enhanced with better communication, more personalized care, and improved cleanliness. In conclusion, Zen Hospital offers decent medical care with modern facilities and is a viable healthcare option in Chembur. However, for a better patient experience, improvements in areas such as patient care, communication, and cleanliness are necessary.
