*THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU PAY 11 THOUSAND RUPEES AND BUY THING FROM "SO CALLED REPUTED SHOP"* This shop aqua nature is one of the worst shop never ever buy a thing from here. I have a first hand experience of this fraud which they do here. Basically i bought a aquarium filter -Eheim 2215 and aquanature dual regulator which they got me delivered in 3 days. i checked aquanature regulator which is their home brand the quality was not up to the mark so i requested them to refund which they did after regular follow up for one week to get my money back after 14 days . I then checked the filter coz i was waiting for my other material to arrive the box had no seal. When i opened the box the filter had scratches on both the sides. Also the filter media which comes in the package was open. (The polybag in which it comes was torn). I didn't think much at that time and felt it may be due to transportation or something . But after some days when i was setting up my ADA tank i had a look at the filter and what i found was one of the clips which hold the head was broken. And it may lead to serious damage while the filter is running. I asked for solution from the store but the 2 sales person were arrogant . And didn't wanted to help. They were totally just shedding the responsibility of the product off their shoulders. And this should not be a case when you buy from a Reputable shop. i showed them the return policy which says prosuct damage and defective can be returned within 30 days when i told them this they told me aap ne break kiya hoga ...Also the owner Mr Amit is one of the worst person in the shop before writing this review i tried to contact them but he is avoiding my call . A worst black mark on the aquarium industry. Totally Bad after sales services. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here. Totally worst experience.for proof im posting pics of product and their after sales policy which they wrote only to trap customers be aware guys stay away!!

The owner doesn’t know how to treat customers and talks in slang language I would suggest not to go and visit better some other shops wherein you’ll find best service and people who’ll treat good. I came to get products after consulting according to my need, your team and even owner doesn’t have knowledge has i had words with one because he have knowledge I didn’t come to get free tips as you’ve mentioned.And who am i .?? Even I came as a customer for you do you know that.The owner seems greedy. That’s what that your single guy does that who has knowledge rest and owner himself doesn’t have and i wanted to customise i guess you deal with scraps, because i wanted to customise from new glasses according to required size, and my requirement to you was to make new customised sump. And there’re many good numbers of aquarium shops who has better and huge setups.

This is the place for serious, intelligent & well informed hobbyist who want the best products at competitive prices. The core staff has adequate knowledge and the quality of the tanks they construct is far superior to the traditional aquarium shops. They mostly stock premium grade products hence if you compare a product made in Japan / Italy etc. with Chinese products available in local fish shops you may find them expensive however it's not the right measure of comparison. My experience with them for over 10 years has been good hence I would definitely recommend this store.

They doesn't have variety of foods.They are poor at their language and work skills!! But they just insult their customer !!I would suggest not to go to this shop!! The staff is dumb as doesn't have any knowledge about their work!! I would suggest please opt for some other shops!!

From aquarium to all necessary supplements can be found in one place. They deliver customized tank all over India. Aquanature aquariums are really cool as they use ultra clear Sapphire glass and with neat silicon finish. Recently I ordered 2 feet tank, and they delivered it to me without any damage… Im so happy with the purchase.. I almost migrated to only Aquanature supplements, coz it is really worth for money. Aquanature executives are very friendly and approachable at any time. Im beginner and they helped me a lot in many doubts… Thanks to entire team… Keep doing the great work.

The product quality is good but surprisingly expensive if you buy walk-in. The prices I noticed are more as compared to their same product on amazon. They sell on Amazon also. You may buy it from there. You’ll get it for cheap and also save your time and money to go to the store. The staff doesn’t talk much and doesn’t explain properly if you have any queries. Yes your shop is "European" but you only sell the same product on amazon with less price. At least read before replying.

Best place to get all variety pet fish and aqua scaping materials

Bought a couple of 2’ long tanks from here. The silicone job was sub-par and had dozens of bubbles and gaps all around both tanks one of which eventually started to leak. The person showing me around didn’t seem to care whether I was satisfied with the product and had a take it or leave kind of an attitude. Will not buy tanks from here again just for the sheer service. Went all the way to Borivali based on positive online feedback but experience has made me realise otherwise. Edit in relation to response from owner: I had bought the tanks in February 2021 (which is not a year back). The tanks have been placed on an outstandingly finished, evenly placed cabinet with a robust rubber mat. My complaint was in relation to the buying experience as well as the poor quality build of the tanks.

It’s been years I’m trying aquanature products to maintain my discus and shrimp tank it gives me a great results and tension free. It would be great if the product come with a seal. Because I got a Oxy boost which seems too be less in quantity and jar does not have any seal.

Just that few things are little costly where few are at competitive prices. Overall must visit place for pets needs.

They have a great stock and variety. Only down side is they are very very expensive compared to others. I can get same product for cheap from lesser price and way lesser delivered home from some online stores.

Very bad services. I ordered tank from Bangalore saying ultra clear tank and actually they deliver normal clear tank. Also in tank leakage was there and quality is very inferior. Never buy from aquanature. Most of the product they sell is second copy. To see the quality and finishing of aquarium tank please check photos I posted. Buy at your own risk. Before buying they will promise that tank will be replaced but later they refused to replace or exchange.

The staff is very helpful. They have a wide range of salt water and normal water aquarium fish products.

It has best aqua scaping tank with them. Lots of variety of fish n food too. But the cost is also a bit high than other shops.

The place has good aquarium products. Their water additives are really good, had purchased white spot cure it was really effective on the fishes and got cured.

Just love to be here and spend time with fishes.Aqua nature staff are friendly and won't budge you with unnecessary products.aqua nature allows the customer to take their time to decide what they need. The staff here was really helpful both yesterday and today when I went with my kids. They set us up yesterday with a tank and everything we would need for it to bring out fish home safely today. They made sure I had references to take home that walk me through the setup step by step. Will definitely be going back when we're ready to add to our aquarium. The prices are reasonable and really the atmosphere is awesome. Service provided by these guys is amazing and overwhelming .Just love it

Update - Amit the owner of the store immediately contacted me and explained that this was a system error and the price in his inventory was not updated correctly due to certain gst , taxes etc. He gave me the light complimentary and reversed the entire charge. Truly appreciate the after sales service provided by Amit and the store which is rare these days. Will definitely be going back as the store does have high quality products.
