Clubhouse is too small to serve the large number of occupants. You'll need to pay the society 1700 on a monthly basis for an hour 2-3 days a week to workout in the open. Personal trainers are not allowed at the gym. All slots for sports are always booked and residents keep hoarding. The society looks good with well maintained lawns but it's a pain to live in. Move in and out charges are separate and 18000 each. It's a pain to live through all kind of random rules. Feels like living at a construction site. There's unbelievably loud noise from 7am to 10pm, especially the almost siren like beeping noise from the moving equipment that's always in use. As more buildings come up, it will only get worse. L&T doesn't care about the occupants who have already been sold their property. There are cracks in the walls already - through and through. You'll need to coordinate with your neighbours while getting them filled. L&T will do it free of cost you just have coordinate with multiple different people - this is the quality of construction :)

L&T Emerald Isle is better than the best... Its landscape is absolute beauty no other complex and i repeat no other complex in Mumbai can compete with L&T Emerald isle in anything... its very well planned very well managed... Its got tennis court, Table tennis, chess and carrom, big swimming pool, very big gym, yoga & meditation area, banquet hall, children's play area with swings etc, they got nature's trail which is just opposite powai lake its next level experience calm and peaceful, they have a big i mean very big parking lot which is very well managed, the security is just top class no other complex has got such a tight and fool proof security its just next level, (my younger sis it staying there thats the reason i know so much in detail about L&T Emerald isle)... Bottom line --- its absolute value for money which no other complex can match or offer ... ✌️

Very close to the main L&T OFFICES. POWAI lake is 5 mins walk from this place.the traffic can be a bit cruel in the morning n evening but once the roads and metros are operational properly then it will be one of the most sorted out property in powai

One of the worst societies in a prime location like Powai, we expected a decent class of crowd, but very cheap and low class people stay here, most of the owners have rented the flats without doing any background checks, no safety and security at all, maids and their families are invited to join in the society get togethers, really disgusting place to stay, we rented our flats and moved to Hiranandani last week. No proper committee is formed to look into the residents issues regularly, the property manager is totally clueless and is just a showpiece there. Its just worth for rental investment but you cannot stay here as a rightful owner.

Nice residential complex. Near to JVLR and Powai. Good number of combinations of bed room hall and kitchen are available. I like tower 1, 2 and 6 the most.

Lovely society with amenities and security, if you work in Powai this place is for you. You can see nahar and hiranandani buildings from here, there is construction going on next door but the sound doesn't bother so much. Flats are spacious in Mumbai terms and bathrooms are decent

It’s a project by L&T in their property, Powai. It’s a gated community without commercial outlets so no traffic. Vegetable vendor visits the complex thrice a week, the vegetables and fruits are cheaper.

Living here since last year. Best decision to move here. Spacious houses(compared to other Mumbai houses), amazing common area, no car entry in common area hence safe for kids, good upkeep. Amenities: tennis, badminton, squash, basketball(half court), cricket(practice net), swimming pool, kid’s pool, steam room, gym, multipurpose hall, table tennis, pool table, carom, kid’s play area, walking track, sand pit for kids, infant play area.

Happy owner here. Visited the site just 2 weeks back and it's looking amazing. Very courteous, professional and helpful staff. Top destination to live in Mumbai
