I had an amazing time here with my friend. The ambience is beautiful. This Starbucks outlet is quite spacious. The service was great and quick. Great place to catchup with friends and colleagues. I'll definitely recommend it. Overall, had a lovely experience.

I really like the atmosphere inside this Starbucks was very vibrant and relaxing. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. This place is amazing! They offered the best coffees and showed the best attitude to its customers, I was struck by how friendly the service was. This Starbucks is indeed a great place to kill your time, do business, and to study as well. I really like this place because it has a good ambiance and not too crowded as well. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and pleasant to talk with. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, certainly my absolute favourite go-to spot as a local. I’ve gone here every day for the past three months, every single cup of coffee hits the spot, especially the cappuccinos. This Starbucks has it all. The ambiance, interior designs, good coffee, tasty foods, and fast wi-fi connection. I just want to keep coming back to this place. Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee and pastries! My happy place ! The hot chocolate is the go to option on a dull and boring day ! Cheer you up instantly, the staff over there is friendly and delightful! Service time is quick… must try their nice recommendations it’s always good! If you have taken their membership; then there is discount available and free upgrade during birthday month and on completion of points as per their tier !

Its a good and calm place to enjoy coffee. Their red velvet pastry is too good. Its a bit expensive but must try for the delicious taste.

One of the best maintained outlets I must have visited. It is always busy as it’s located in the corporate hub. The staff is friendly and for a change don’t mess with your spelling😬 The service is super quick, the coffees will hit you right on the spot and their cheesecakes are heaven. The Till lady suggested a cold chocolate coffee drink, it was terrible- mostly ice, no taste, and non dairy synthetic cream. There were dirty dishes lying on one table for quite some time. The ambience otherwise is quite good.

I have come here so many times during office hours but during the pandemic it quite different. It does not buzz with people anymore though the coffee tastes the same and the service is equally prompt. I just hope the accessories are better priced in future so that we can attempt to buy them Parking inside the building is not allowed though there is Jio gardens and a BMC parking to park. Infact there used to be a parking just beside the capital building which is now closed. But Mumbaikars don’t mind parking on the road and grab their drink. So you decide your strategy Toilet not present inside the premises. But available inside capital building and patrons are allowed access

After coronavirus lockdown Starbucks open. you can sit inside and have you coffee ☕. Safety measures taken properly. Temperature check. Sanitization done properly.

Nice place to hangout with friends. Located at the heart of Mumbai i.e. Bandra Kurla complex (BKC). The staff is humble and supportive. Food is good, a little upscale place (obviously). But overall a well managed place to have a get together with friends after or in between a hectic day.

Clean, spacious and I like the fact they do follow covid19 restrictions.

All time favourite caramel frappe. Value for money. I always have this It is thick mixture of the coffe. Loaded with cream and caramel. Once you have this you wont be able to have any thing else it fulfills your tummy. And you dont have extra space for any other food item. Must try. It situated right below my office. Ans they also role out good offers during weekdays.

Went in during quarantine and as usual the staff was very friendly, you will have one person providing you with sanitizer and others help maintain social distance. Loved my time here and would definitely visit again.

The service good. Coffee is good, overpriced, but good. The seating arrangement could have been better. Can get really crowded and so it's always better to grab a seat first and then order.

Being a regular visitor to the Starbuck Chain, today the experience of Coffee served at the store was pathetic in taste and quality. Had order Red Mocha and caramel Frappuccino. The chain has to improve the same. Crowd and demand for same does not mean you can serve anything.

The Starbucks in Capital can be quiet noisy not just coz of the people but the staff as well. The amount of time they have to yell out names as procedure is not funny. By the end of the day, you either know who had the largest order or have found a new name for your baby name directory. Fun place to be.

Gourmet food under one room. Starbucks already well known for its exotic coffee, this outlet in Jio World Drive also had very good variety of veg and non veg food items. We had Veg Bun sandwitch and Paneer Tandoor Sandwich and both were very yummy. One star deducted because as this is only major restaurant currently in the mall, attracted large crowd and long queue as only one counter to take orders. They must increase number of checkout counters.

Star Bucks is located in The Capital. It is huge space and good ambience. Good place to chill after work or for a quick meeting. We ordered Hibiscus Tea, S'mores frappuccino, Hot Cappuccino, Hot chocolate etc. The frappuccino and Hot chocolate were amazing. We also ordered New York Cheese cake, Red velvet l, butter croissant and a wrap.The New York Cheese cake were the best in the world. Red velvet was average. The hibiscus tea and wrap weren't great. Butter croissant were amazing.

Had been to Starbucks at BKC, it a nice place and to add to the niceness had Epiphany bar...and all I have to say is...What A Bar!!

Always good coffee I tried chole paneer kulcha and paneer paratha wrap those were amazing and must have.

Its nice location. Except that the road in front of it is undergoing construction which sort of kills the vibe but they have a deck sitting which if you find vacant, you should claim instantly. Its standard Starbuck menu and i did not find it much crowded.
