One of the most Pathetic PG I have ever known. I stayed there for 1 month and they charged me electricity bill twice as my stay was from 15th of a month to 15 of the next month. I paid them 15000 at the time of check in which included 7500 rent and another 7500 deposit. But they returned me 6100 stating that they keep 1000 security money and 400 is the Electricity for that month. I had already paid them 380 in previous month around 7 days after my check in. They promise that they offer food but again there is a catch. You cannot demand extra food. They just give you 3 chapati and no more than that. It was a nightmare staying there with lots and lots of restriction. I wish there should have been an option of 0 star so I must have given that. Also please and please do not go after looking those 5 star rating as this PG is really pathetic. Also I missed to add two most important thing. 1) They provide washing machine; however, if you are lucky enough then washing machine in your room might work and if not then you have to complaining again and again. If again you are lucky then they might arrange a repair for you. 2) There is no housekeeping. They expect you top clean your room. It is really hard for me to understand that if I am paying to clean the house myself or to stay there. This is reply to the owner from me - 1) I do not have that much of time to waste in finding a PG and rate. It is my experience that I am sharing. 2) There is no need to laugh on my comment about food. It is true that there is limited food provided by you. And yes you are looting people and that is 100% true.

One of the most CHEATING PG I have ever been. If you are going here then please be prepared with a Broom and Mop as you would be cleaning your room yourself. Also they will charge you for 2 months in advance but there is no Guarantee that you will get the money returned if by some reason it happened that you have to leave. Also only limited food. One day you will feel that you are in your school hostel with so many wardens and restrictions. Most important thing. They will charge you 2 electric bills for same month. . . . . First of all no one in this world has so much time to spend in writing review for such an unknown PG. If I have spared few minutes of my previous time to write for you then definitely I must have a bad experience at your place. I am not lying. Whatever I have mentioned is absolutely True and even you know that else you should have not reacted so much!!! Please learn from decent PG owners and try to improve your service from Pathetic to Good. I won't say better because you are not capable of that position.

Really good PG, i will prefer the hostel to all north & south people who is willing to go the please go blindly without any doubt Hundred percent home made foods. Owner behaviour is also very humble towards all the rentee. Everyday room cleaning and maintenance is done. Hygenic foods are always served.

I'm a student of dy Patil completed graduation staying in these pg for 3 yrs!! It's very homely vibe around here with friendly owner.. and home cooked food is the reason I liked here... And it's also very good in taste.. As a student i really enjoyed staying here every facilities are available... From washing machine to tv it's all there... And the location is also good you can access everything nearby the pg... Dmart , pharmacy, stationary, restro, train station.. The best part of sundaram pg is that room cleaning is done twice a week so hygiene is maintained very nicely and i liked that... Gives you good environment for studying...!! And everyone in these pg roomies are also very supportive and friendly If seeking pg in nerul this pg is the best from my view💯

A Home away from home...... Its a great pleasure to say that, you will never get a PG in this crowded city will all facilities. Moreover the facilities the seemless support and helping mentality of the owner will be its 5 star rating. Homely food, Cleanliness and all other facilities like Fridge, Washing machines etc are available. Also nearby Railway station, Bus station and all easily accessable transportation towards all other cities. I had a great experience and I strongly prefer to those, whose looking for PG nearby Nerul. The meal facilities is provided by pg is absolutely fine & cleanliness was also done in the room from time to time . My best experience is that i really enjoyed the combination bhindi &kundru bhaji with chapati

Pg is good with home made food, and we can utilise the fridge, washing machine they provided in room, current bill should be paid in sharing per room 3 beds. Good behaviour all mamber I am very happy this pg

1. Rooms - Excellent rooms, especially the Washroom. Small but so well maintained was the washroom. Rooms are very decent too. Loved them! 2. Service - Good enough. 3. Location - Very very good location. Right in the heart of the city and CIDCO Garden which makes this PG even more stayworthy. 4. Food -wonderful homemade spread of dishes!

Beautiful and amazing place to live . delicious and hygienic home cooked Food available amazing part you can customise it also.. I came here as a paying guest and now it seems I am family now..The owners are cooperative and very helpful...if you ever visit to Navi mumbai and if you want PG must visit this place you will feel like home here..today is my last day here ..I am going this time but will be back soon..the best PG in navi Mumbai ...I am writing this after so many inspection... Good place with well connectivity and surrounded with residential apartments. Also, a play ground is in front of the place and it is a good place for walking and jogging. They are giving homely and healthy food, the same is prepared by their family members.

It was the best pg that has ever stayed in. Rooms were so clean and offer hygienic and home made healthy food.they had room cleaned thrice a week. Owner was so friendly and helping minded person. When I stayed over there, I felt like I was staying in my home. In front of pg,there is playground anyone can jog and walk.

I am staying here from last 2 months, the owner is cool person, helps in every situation, and about of it is very well maintained and clean. Plus point of this PG is 24hrs water is there . And many amenities are given like washing machine, refrigerator and tv.

Located at centre of everything like you will get laundary service,food snacks, grocery shop, other stores within 500 meter of radius.Bus stop is close by too. Service they provide is tiffin service ,house keeping,etc are good and highly customisable.Owner is good.

Pg is good with home made food, and we can utilise the fridge, washing machine they provided in room, current bill should be paid in sharing per room 3 beds. Negative point is it's a four store building without lift, we have to use stair case. Sometimes u face water problem half day or 1 day because of mcm, pg people inform us earlier so we can store water in big bucket they provided. Apart from above i suggest this PG, the owners are also friendly, and it's affordable to everyone.
