Feedback about overall hospital My daughter was in the twin sharing room which is very good, spacious and hygienic. Dietician visits every day for dietary guidance - discharged counseling done very well by the staff. staff on duty is kind enough. Food is moderately good. Cleanliness is maintained constantly.

I will not suggest anyone to visit this hospital. They don't care about the patient. My husband was suffering from stomach ache and we asked for ultrasound they said it will take 1 hour as noone is here. But they let him wait around 2-3 hours and he was suffering from ache. He asked for doctor then the receptionist said that there is no doctor. He waited and after ultrasound he asked again for doctor to check the reports. They again said there is noone to check you can come tomorrow at 12. When we visited next day at the said time they again said doctor has been gone for surgery and you have to wait 1 hour. And then they made us wait 2 hours and finally we have to leave without check up. I will give it negative rating if possible. They should shut their hospital.

One of Mumbai's worst hospitals. They don't accept cards, or any digital payments which is a shame. The vaccination centre is a joke. The nurse runs around with the vaccine in her hand .. from the vaccination centre. Does not even bother to sanitize her hands or change gloves after going outside. The one making the entry is hell bent on taking cash, stating the management has decided to only take cash, there should be some sort of warning. You wait for half hour and get through the long queue only to find out that the hospital only function on cash. Pathetic place. And very unhygienic.

Feeling really bad to share the experience of the hospital. The hospital people cheats patient by lieing and give false commitment to patient families. Beware of making security deposit to the hospital because they will ask money and will not refund u back. Misguide u for cost of your treatment. If you have been told that the amount of your treatment will be 'X'. Kindly consider as 2X or might be more than that or if you a have medical insurance of whatever amount they will claim the entire full amount of your insurance + 30℅ more of your claim amount in cash too as to pay commission to different channels.

Dr. Santosh Shetty were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. SHETTY , Dr.Rupesh really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Upport staff cooperation and attitude is very much delicate & loving specifically i would like to mention Physiotherapest Dr. Hemali Patil and Dr. Priya Kalra, Receptionist Priya and Dr.Khemraj Sing, and specially wants to mention Billing section Nasreen is very understanding and helpful. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

The hospital and staff is very good. My father was admitted in the hospital and, all doctors and nurses also staff was very kind to us , Including Dr. Brijesh Agrawal sir. And Dietician Manjiri took care of my father's diet very properly, she visited every morning. Even the nurses were very good. Overall the treatment provided to my father was excellent. 👍 Thanku so much for everything 😊

Very good staff and doctors, I appreciate there effort what they put behind r relatives, but worst accounts department coz they think they have more knowledge than doctors. I think hospital management need to focus more on grooming account department coz first they don't know to how to speak with customer and second they should get MBBS degree as they have more knowledge coz seating in one chair they study a lot on how to become doctor. Seriously speaking I really appreciate the staff nd doctors service they r giving in covid situation but SURANA HOSPITAL management need to think about account department coz the name nd fame what they are getting from public goes in vain when patient is about to get discharge nd this so called skilled MBBS DOCTORS who sit on chair and become doctors spoil the name.

I was treated for Covid here. Friendly staff and good doctors. Dr Rupesh and Ravneet were very polite. Staff was very cooperative. Canteen accomodative with food preferences. Cleanliness well maintained. Overall good hospital.

Stay miles away from Surana Sethia Hospital in Mumbai! It's a horror show of unreliability and filth. My 2D Echo nightmare there gave me a bogus report with LVEF @45%, unleashing a week of stress for my entire family. The so-called doctor even suggested angiography! Thank the heavens for Dr. Haresh Mehta at Hinduja Hospital. His divine advice led me to Raheja Hospital, where the 2D echo and stress test unveiled my superhero-like LVEF at 60% and a stress tolerance level of 98%. I'm practically invincible! Don't be fooled by Surana Sethia Hospital's rates; their quality is a dumpster fire. Attaching my reports to see it for yourself. Very good experience. 1. First of all, Nurses and housekeeping staff is very helpful, and attentive. Commendable job. 2. Dr. Singh is doing amazing job, always attended to queries and helped whenever required. 3. Dr. Tople, Urologist did a great job at finding a cause of the problem and solving it. Excellent treatment received by second floor staff all doctors nurses very helpful. Canteen boys gives all meals on time. Dietician mam give written proper diet chart explain very easily. Only thing is that few house keeping staff needs to improve.

Very haste free surgery done by Dr Ashank Bansle. My mother in law admitted in casualty and then shifted to 7 th floor for surgery and now on the third floor all staff is very coordinated casualty as well as ot. Another thing I like to mention that I received very good proper diet chart also in Hindi written by dietician. She explain in very easy understandable language. Daily homely option are given. Really thanks a lot for such a good treatment. Will definitely recommend hospital in future.

Patient Rashid Shaikh admitted in hospital for cancer treatment services given by hospital is good. ICU staff is very caring as well as sixth floor general ward staff is also helpful. My wife is admitted in hospital for leg surgery all staff very helpful dietician met every day more quantity is served after telling her, meals are tasty, serving boys are also kind, helpful. As per her chart health diet food is served. Only suggestion is that tea milk coffee should be served in flask. Relative should also get tea atleast in morning without charge.

I am admitted in room number 307 excellent hospital I am admitted 3rd time in this hospital all my family preferences is this only because caring doctors nurses. We found doctors to be professional and approachable. Nursing staff were friendly and efficient. Had a good experience with Physiotherapists Hemali and Priya , as well as dietician / nutritionist Manjiri. ICU, OPD and pharmacy are decently managed. Canteen area is shabby so questions on hygiene will come up. Overall a decent no frills hospital, but some of the in patient charges seem higher than expected.

Diet is also best. Services are time to time. Dietician Manjiree took daily round to cross check and at discharge gave diet chart which is very useful. Dr.Tanay padgaonkar good treating doctor. We are happy with overall treatment. But the thing is that inform package is 1,87,000 and actual bill is 3,70,000 it corssed limit. We want total bill details.

Doctors and nurses were very cooperative. Had the best Dr for my husband's treatment. Explained well about the cause and the consequences properly. Dietician had her main role for the patients... As my husband had his angioplasty done, diet chart and advises given by her was appreciated. Well cleaned and approachable.
