First of all Rakesh Ji's attitude is really down to earth, he is kind and politely addresses any kind of issues that come up with the quality of fruits and vegetables. I had issues w.r.t quality of some items in the last 1-2 orders, spoke with him about this and he ensured that those items were replaced (adjusted) in next order without any further questioning.
