Visited first time and the moment to saw this fabulous and enormous structure was awesome. Coming on the way to T2 Airport the ways are quite difficult to understand but easy to locate. Need some instructions or guide to enter the airport's parking and entrance. Airport is very special with tree like structure and environmental friendly. I love the way they built it. Commanders are on duty with guns 24*365. Lot of space and terminal separation for each flight. Lifts are so big as you can carry your hole luggage at a time with trolley. At the end we ended our visit with take off.

It is considered as one of the most beautiful and well managed international airport terminal of the country. The duty-free section houses numerous shops and restaurants to spend time on. The airport looks like it is inspired by an art-gallery as you will find artifacts across the hallway. The staff here are well co-operative. It is well connected as well with the suburbs.

Most Beautiful Airport...... Looks amazing and you will get everything inside the airport. Especially the pastry shops omg tastiest ever. Well maintained, Chilled, spacious. You have a lot of things to see can't explain it's a very nice airport. You can find a waterfall inside it a large pool and many more glass artworks and artworks of famous things in India about each state. You will take a little more time to reach the gate so try to reach half an hour earlier than what you have planned....

Itโ€™s a beautiful and well managed airport . The quality standards are even better then most of the international airports worldwide. The interior works is magnificent . One doesnโ€™t get bored spending time here in case of long layover for connecting flights .

One of the nice airports I have seen in the World with many shops and cafes inside the terminal buildings. This airport contains pretty much everything you can think of from shopping to eating including spa and lounges to relax and enjoy before you board the plane. Since the time this airport is renovated, it looks amazing and also offers many amenities for travellers. This also comes under Adani now and the prices have increased radically due to this which makes it difficult for middle class people travelling to eat/drink with simple tea coating as much as Rs. 180! Overall the feeling at airport is nice and compares to any international airport across the ๐ŸŒ globe.

I lately traveled through your airport and wanted to share my precise comments. Firstly, the check-in method turned into commendableโ€”green and supported by way of useful body of workers. The airport's cleanliness and protection had been additionally noteworthy, contributing to a nice common influence. Security methods were nicely-treated, and the availability of records offerings made navigation easy. Additionally, the range of eating alternatives become favored. However, I encountered some areas for development. Baggage claim delays have been a huge problem, inflicting inconvenience. While well-known signage changed into precise, there were instances of confusion. Seating inside the departure living room turned into uncomfortable, and investing in extra ergonomic options might be useful. Furthermore, efforts towards environmental sustainability, along with extended recycling tasks, should beautify the airport's popularity.

One of the most beautiful stunning and amazing airport. T2 terminal has so so much to offer. The washrooms are so clean and well maintained. I had a long layover at t2 terminal but time passed really quick. The only thing cumbersome is the transportation between T1 and T2 but they have free shuttle for that too, overall an amazing experience.

Had been to T2 terminal for a flight. It was surreal experience. In corona times they have managed well. Social distancing is mandatory. Sanitizer is placed everywhere. Airport staff is supportive. It's easy to find places for first time traveller. Interior is very good. Lot of antique things from museum have been placed here. Announcements are made here. Overall it's very spacious airport.

As always, it makes the traveller amused with its beauty and elegant architecture. It is an amazing airport. Busiest one. The airport handles the passengers flawlessly, the system has been upgraded since my last visit in 2019. It has evolved with the tech and has made travelers lives easier to commute and navigate the process. T1 to T2 gets a free ride from the airport bus service. Ask anyone while exiting T1 and it is just 100 mtrs from the exit gate from T1.

It is India's business centre and one of the world's busiest airports. Domestic flights are handled at this airport. The airport is quite passenger-friendly, with duty-free shopping accessible. It also has a pleasant atmosphere at the airport. If you need a quick bite to eat, there is an open kiosk at the exit gate. Outside the terminal building, there is another window for pre-paid airport cabs, so don't be alarmed if you find yourself outside. Young pupils should be aware that a short 500-meter walk from the building will get them to the main road, where they can board local public transportation and save money.

Having travelled through numerous airports in my life, I can confidently say that this particular airport has become my absolute favorite. I typically despise long waits while traveling but this airport has completely changed my perspective. Its immense size and impeccable cleanliness immediately caught my attention, and the vibrant colors and captivating designs throughout the terminal effortlessly help time pass by. The way they effortlessly handle such a massive crowd truly feels like magic. The facilities like availability of electrical sockets, comfortable seating spaces, group sitting areas, security measures, and overall friendly atmosphere make this airport truly exceptional. However, there is one minor downside to be mentioned. Navigating from the airport to the public bus and autorickshaw area can be a bit challenging, as it requires walking through multiple buildings with different taxi services situated among them. Additionally, the cleanliness of the surrounding area does not match the pristine condition of the airport itself. Despite this small drawback, I consider this airport to be a shining gem among its counterparts. If only all airports could strive to achieve the same level of excellence.

A massive airport. Nice architecture. Very busy airport. Terminal 2 is very good. So many services and facilities are there. Restaurants and Cafe's, lounges, children play areas, gift and souvenir shops, travel accessories, and much more. The airport is clean, well maintained and managed. Clear signs everywhere. Information desks. They have to improve security, customs and immigration customer service. Plan to be in the airport ahead of time, because of congestion at security and immigration.

It's a very spacious, beautiful, neat and clean Airport in Mumbai. Floor, washrooms and sitting area was very clean. Roof decorations, and evergreen plants enhance the beauty of airport a lot. Almost all the famous branded products including liquor is available at the airport. Staff is very hardworking, quick and energetic. This airport has also one of the biggest lounges. One of the best Airports in India. It has many options and 2 lounges to check in. The logistics of the airport are good! The infrastructure is at par. The airport has close to 60 gates, so effectively, 60 flights parallel operations, which is very efficient. Iโ€™m only reviewing the domestic side of the airport. Unlike terminal 1, they have only an aerobridge to board/depart and arrival/arrive, which is, in a way, efficient to exit if you donโ€™t have check-in luggage. About the internal setup, the airport has many charging points, free papers to read and take away, and enough washrooms and drinking water tabs. The restrooms are immaculate; it has been around 7 years, and to date, I have never had any pungent stink in any airport area. I have posted a washroom video as well.

Very huge and good looking airport built by L&T. Architecture is really amazing. Once you check-in you canโ€™t go out from the airport even if you are in emergency. Some of the Immigration staff are very rude however few good people still remain there. More gates and aero bridges for all domestic and international flights. Baggage belts are also huge.

Mumbai T2 terminal It's among India's top international airports, with top-notch security. The building area features an extensive representation of Indian culture and tradition. Every facility you can imagine is provided. Cleaning personnel maintains the area neat and clean. incredibly well-run airport,Every time one will experience different theme at airport itโ€™s goes with Indian festivals,Diwali Christmas so on. A truly wonderful shopping experience with every top-tier brand you could want. International security check is differentiated for business class and economy class. Adani Lounge is reserved for business class; Loyalty Lounge is for economy class. I did come across certain areas that needed improvement, though. Delays in baggage claims have been a major issue. The wait for bags took an hour.

No doubt india's one of best international airport. With wonderful architecture and hi-tech facilities. Security system is great and and force is huge. Great display of Indian art. A super long walking trail to reach your gate. Great shopping options for branded items. Lounges facilities are top class too, I would recommend the Adani lounge for it's luxury appeal and full course delicious meal. Number of Check in counters being more provides a quicker check in process. Can get very crowded on peak hours recommended to be extra early in morning and evening hours.

With incredible infrastructure, this is one of the best airports in the world. Great in terms of facilities, with multiple stores for all kinds of things. This airport has the best lounge among other airports that I have visited. The only thing is the terminals are very far away and difficult to travel across the terminals, especially in a short span. Efficient crowd management and smooth transitioning of luggage. Overall the airport is amazing and India's best.

More Bogies(electric carts) need to be provided at terminal 2 for senior citizens, ladies with babies as the gates ( 1 to 90) are spread over a huge area. Our gate was changed from 41A to 49A after reaching 41A. Asthma patients, Arthritis suffering persons had a tough time moving the distance of around 600 to 800 metres. The sofas at 41A have worn out and there are cuts and bruises over it.

Airport Staff and Security is very polite, quick and energetic. This airport is my favorite airport. Only concern is exit (temporary) to reach out to Public Transport or Pickup. "how to exit" Its bits confusing

First things first it's one of the biggest airports in India. The T2 terminal is really big. It takes quite a time to get out from the airline to the bag pick up area. And then from the bag pickup area to get out of the airport. The one thing I felt is that the airport is really congested. And parking and things are not that easy. I think bangalore airport is still better maintained than this Airport. Terminal 1 looks really old and needs a little bit of refurbishment.

MUMBAI Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra state, is the most populated city in India. The city is located on an island with a deep natural harbour and is the nationโ€™s commercial capital. The name was officially changed from Bombay to Mumbai in 1995 but the former name is still used worldwide to refer to the city. While your stay in Mumbai you shouldnโ€™t missย Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport has now employed an innovative method to cut down on theย usage of water in its washrooms and for the cleaning of floors, reportedly saving over one lakh litres of water every day. The authorities have introduced the concept of using ammonia-feeding bacteria in the urinals, which converts the ammonia generated out of uric acid accumulation into nitrogen as soon as the toilet is used. The management claims that a distinguished mixture of microbes is being employed across the entire 1,400 acres that make up Terminal 2. Airport maintenance is very good and all types of shop's are available.

One of most busiest airport, yet it is well maintained in terms of hygeine and cleanliness. Layover of 2hrs or more at Mumbai airport wont bore you as you have lot of things to explore here. Like shopping, restaurant, cafe, lounge access or bar . Its amazing. I suggest they should have a ticketing counter or hotel booking as well, if we need to book tickets for other destinations or tourist places or book a hotel or cab for destination city.

It was clean and nearly maintained. Sitting there was so relaxing. I guess people can peacefully sleep there. That place was so Comfy and comfortable.
