This lounge is at T2 terminal of Mumbai. All major credit cards are accepted here for free entry ( they charge Rs 2 ). Its a very spacious and well maintained lounge. It has bar too . The early morning Buffet I found to be pretty average - poha ,idli ,pasta , parantha , chole , sandwich,salads. Non veg I could see only chicken sandwich. At 5 am they changed the menu which took approximately 20 minutes. Staff was extremely courteous... I was checking the buffet counter when they started closing . But the attendant allowed me to take the food, even got a plate for me .

Visited 3 lounges till now; Delhi, Kolkata and this one Mumbai lounge. I am compelled to say this has to be the best one in India. Beautifully decorated and great food. Comfy chairs for having rest before boarding flight. Service is also very good. We were there in morning and had breakfast. The options and taste were really great. Enjoyed every bit

Well maintained specious lounge with better sitting or working tables or sofas. Food has quite a good variety and tastier. Staff is well mannered and prompt in service, refilling as well in cleaning.

Good lounge with huge sitting capacity but still its quite crowded. Food was very tasty. They have a very big buffet with veg, non-veg and jain food. They provide free wifi but only to certain data limit after which you need to purchase the data plan. Place is quite comfortable with direct view of flights.

GVK Business Lounge . Due to the frequent traveling, I’ve visited so many lounges on airports but it’s one of the best lounges I've been to. On my recent trip to Delhi, I happen to visit here for some quick refreshments. The ambiance is beautiful and classy, place is very spacious and seating arrangements are very comfortable. . The staff here is polite and very helpful, top notch hospitality. Also washrooms are very clean and hygienic. . Now about food; you can enjoy a fantastic spread here, all freshly cooked and tasty. Different types of snacks, appetizers, desserts, beverages etc under one roof. . All covid precautions are also taken here, really awesome experience!

Mumbai T2 offers 2 lounges. Adani and loyalty. Adani lounge I liked much better as it has great variety of seating spaces with nice decor. Wide spread of buffet, and live counters. The service is exceptional, I was helped by Mr. Lalit for anything I needed and extremely professional treatment. It has a quiet environment where you can take your meetings too but it could depend on the number of people. And a great view of the airport strip. You can watch planes taxiing. From what I experienced all usual cards were accepted.

This is the de facto Business Class Lounge for all airlines. The lounge interior is tastefully decorated and has ample space for dining/seating/lounging. It has a dedicated bar for those who wish to knock out before their flight. The food variety was very good, with fresh hot meals and light snacks and sandwiches their dessert selection was a bit lame, but nevertheless still there. The lounge can get very very crowded , especially during the peak hours, which I assume is the midnight time as all major airlines have their departures. But thankfully the lounge is big enough to accommodate all.

Today (in the month of Jun'22) visited Adani Business Lounge, International Airport, West Side after a gap of ~2.5 yrs (it used to be called GVK Lounge earlier). They have two lounges - one on East and another on West side. East side one is closed due to low footfall, that lounge allowed complimentary access via some bank cards etc. West side one, the one which I visited today is exclusively for Business and First Class passengers. No complimentary access through any card. Paid entry is available but quite expensive. The entry for this West side is from Level 4 departures and Emirates and Air India passengers get access to the area on the same floor. For other airlines, one has to take elevator on left hand side and then go one floor down - Level 3 where similarly large Lounge area is available. Sohum Spa, shower room, buffet area, sports bar, first class space etc are on both floors. Same is the case for nice airport views through large window glasses - available at both floors. The lounge tend to get busy during peak hours - morning 2 to 5 considering many departures. Staff is friendly, approachable. Food menu is decent. 2* deducted only because I found few major lapses in the way they segregate veg and non-veg food. The tongs (to pick food) while color coded (green to pick veg food, red to pick non-veg food) are neither prominently displayed nor placed appropriately. I complained and asked for the incharge who came promptly, heard me and apologized for the lapses. He did some immediate corrections with chef and agreed to look into better arrangements for future. I will watch out for these better arrangements during next visit and then change the rating.

All Premium Platinum Debit or Credit cards are accepted for free entry. Very spacious, well maintained, high class ambience. Tasty & a good variety of foods, & drinks. WE (our family of 5) had a pleasant time there, , as we waited for about 2 hrs for our flight to Bangkok.

Always visit this lounge when traveling by terminal 2, Earlier the services are fast but now its slow. The tables are not getting cleaned even after 10 minutes. Management needs to maintain the place and should be strict with the staff. Sitting place is huge, washrooms are clean and they got high chair sittings as well.

I visited the premium section of the lounge. The crowd was less and the queue was non existent. The food is same, selection of drinks is same and the service is same. That being said if I have to evaluate this lounge with any other lounge in India, I would rate it in top 10 airport lounges in India.

Visited this lounge first time during my recent visit to Mumbai. I must stay, it's one of the best airport lounge in India. It's very huge with separate sections for business and economy class travellers. The reception team is very quick and work swiftly to avoid long queue at the entrance. The left section is for business travelers and right side for economy travellers. It's a huge lounge with beautiful decors and nice comfy seating arrangement. There is spa also available inside the lounge. The one side of the lounge which fully a glass wall provides the full view of the airport runways. The food quality and variety of the dishes is really very nice. The menu changes according to time. I was able to taste the lunch and evening snacks menu as I entered lounge around 3:30 pm. The staff here also quick to respond for cleaning and getting it ready to manage rush of the travellers. Only one bad i observed is the velvet fabric sofas in the dine area was not cleaned properly and had food stains on it. It's not much to be blamed to the staff but travellers are responsible for it

Amazing food and environment and top notch hospitality. My personal favorite is the the view from the lounge which oversees the airport. It is ravishing. The food spread keeps changing every time I come here. Honestly I prefer the breakfast over other things. Plus their Apple Cucumber Cooler was really a delicious treat. The staff here is polite and very helpful. And the washrooms are lavishly made. It will win your heart.

It is 11pm when I arrived Mumbai for a connecting flight to Gujarat which is at 5:00 and I was completely restless looking for a place to take some rest moreover my mobile needs to charged. I look for some lounge in YouTube and I found this place in a lot of videos saying just 2 or 25 INR to stay here for 3 hours with unlimited buffet food. Out of curiosity I navigated to this place and yes it is true. They just charge Rs. 25 to validate your card (Master, Visa, Rupay) i have given my HDFC credit card, they've charged and revised it back. I had access to the spacious lounge with sofa cushions and food seems to okay because they were cooking at that time unfortunately I couldn't get it hot served. But anyways these are most welcomed by the passengers who have connecting flights should stay at the airport for more than 3 to 4 hours. Concluding this with 4/5 stars rating (my opinion).

Spacious, beautiful and classy!! Ambience was very nice and the food was delicious and hot. Lounge serve pre defined Meal due to Covid restrictions. One can ask for extra any number of times. Seating was comfortable and view outside was superb from lounge. Washroom was inside and spacious. A comfortable time to catch up with your office work in a layover. Enjoy the stay.

Well maintained, variety of starters and dessert with main course is very good and tasty . Seating space is also very nice . I was shocked that it's second time they didn't have mint to server me Virgin Mojito . Otherwise rest is all good .

One of the finest lounge I've visited in India. They do have large spread for food, service is great. SPA is also available. This easily beats all other lounges in Mumbai. Suggestion : better to swipe your card at the counter post security check in, so that you don't have to stand in the line at the entrance.

It is now renamed as adani Lounge. Decent food, beautiful interiors and large seating area. There is a business class subsection which is less crowded. However it has limited options for food and drinks. The lounge provides a good view of the airport apron.

Even the lounge is now named after Adani. It was exclusive lounge for Emirates and Etihad. Place is nice. You also get 10 mins of free foot massage. The staff is extremely good. Fareed in particular seemed a very motivated employee. Such employees make a lot if difference. He took keen interest in explaining all about the lounge- facilities nd food

You will get many options in veg and non-veg with enough snack items. It is a very spacious and luxurious lounge, but the staff really don’t engage in greeting or welcoming… they are very task-oriented and lack hospitality but the rest all is good.

Only the bar and spa is chargeable otherwise entry to this lounge can be accessed via cards/dreamfolks membership. Main course Food items could have been better

Mumbai T2 airport have only 2 lounge. Adani lounge is one of them. They took over the old tfs lounge of the airport. The condition of the lounge and seats are not good at all. Maintenance seems to be an issue. Food quality is not up to the mark as well. Paying such a high annual fee of cards and receiving such a service is disappointed.

Huge, spacious, variety of food being served with even jain food was mentioned in the lunch serving. Dispenser machine for tea, coffee and coldrink works absolutely fine. Even staff at front desk was courteous and I saw major visa cards being accepeted

Ambiance was good but wont get much food varieties as like Hyderabad lounge. This is fine and they wont give lounge access for prior 3hrs before flight time.make sure to come on time only. Yeah Lounge was good

Last weekend, thanks to the fact that our flight was out of terminal 2, it was delayed for five hours. This gave us the opportunity to visit the Adani lounge, and man, was it a well-established, incredibly comfortable lounge that could hold a lot of passengers. Good food was served. There was a paid spa and bar as well. I'll be honest, I didn't mind that my flight was delayed.

The food is very superb I have tried dhosa, idli, mendu vada all are very tasty South Indian breakfast also fruits available. The seating arrangement is comfortable. The staff response was also very nice. All tables charging points are available. Cleaning service is also good.

There was an express checkin for vistara gold members. The business lounge has a much better service. Devendra took good care and ensured my son got is favourite mousse. The lounge at airports are pretty common but it's the staff and service that makes a difference . Thanks a lot Dharmendra for making us feel special and the exemplary service.
