They have time to sell term insurance plans but no time to make business documents urgently required by customer. Shamelessly staff tells that they will give me good service only if I buy term insurance plan from them. Such a cheap marketing in ICICI bank khopoli branch. Very poor work ethics. Such a mean staff. Branch manager is polite.

Non Cooperative...... very poor response from the ICICI My account has got freeze due to KYC issue. i personally went and submitted the manual documents , last 10 days before. still there is no action has been taken. because of the ICICI i become a beggar, even though am having a money in bank. very worst ... very very poor response..... ... worst customer care service...
