Had a great haircut today with Mika! Love that this salon is organic, vegan, and zero waste!! All highly important values to me, so when I found this salon I couldn't be happier! I'll be back for more treatments for sure... Reiki-infused facial might be my next stop 😁

I just had such a positive experience at Lox that I couldn't wait to write this review. For background, this was my second time ever getting lash extensions, and the first time (at another place that shall not be named here) was basically a horror story. I was under the impression that the process of lash extensions was simply painful and that they would just be uncomfortable. I was wrong. As it turns out, having them done properly makes all the difference (go figure). Carly was absolutely amazing. She explained my options, and also explained why they shouldn't cause pain. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and helped me choose the style that I wanted. The process was totally painless this time! In fact, despite being there for 2 hours, I hardly felt the application. The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming, and I look forward to my upcoming haircut there. So far though, my experience at Lox was so notably pleasant that I needed to document it. Online booking was simple, the service I received was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning.

Just had my first haircut here a few nights ago… love this place! Amanda was fantastic. I wasn’t sure how to describe the cut I wanted but I guess she was able to read my mind because it came out exactly how I pictured it! My hair can be a little difficult to work with but she worked some magic. The salon itself is so cute and I love the silent reservation option. I chose to chat a little bit but it was so nice to know I wasn’t expected to keep up with a conversation and small talk the whole time. We could just chill while she was cutting my hair. I’ll be back!

First time here. I have had a few bad hair experiences recently so I'm a little gun shy. Taylor was so wonderful and her communication skills and intake were so appreciated. She understood what I was trying to say even though I was not very good at articulating it. She explained what she was doing and why so I felt more at ease. She gave me exactly what I wanted and my hair looks great. I really appreciate her and turns out she's a color specialist as well. I'll keep you all posted on her expertise as I will be back. I went in for a spur of the moment haircut because my life and my very long hair has been weighing me down. They put me down for a walk in and was seen 20 minutes after by a wonderful hairstylist that was absolutely thrilled to chop all my hair off. I have had many hairstylists afraid to take too much off despite my insistence and she was the first that took that request and enthusiastically ran with it. I now have a wonderful natural shag cut that rests on my shoulders and I feel revitalized. Thank you!

I just got a facial from Rahma and it was absolutely amazing. I have never had one before and she made me feel so comfortable explained everything that she was doing and overall it was just a super nice, relaxing pleasant experience. I think my skin looks so good afterwards and I highly recommend going and seeing her if you are nervous about getting a facial for the first time.

awesome experience! I had my hair cut with Mika and she did an absolutely perfect job. She asked me questions to understand my hair pattern and exactly what I wanted from the cut, and my hair looks so great I'm really really pleased. The salon was also super clean and nice inside, I would 100% recommend her and Lox to anyone

I have had two great experiences at Lox - they are kind, communicative, and flexible. I love the atmosphere, and it's an excellent option for everyone, but I especially appreciate it as a young woman with them knowing the trends and styles suited for my age. Further, when I called to schedule a big chop, they were intentional about matching me with Brynn, who was the perfect match for what I wanted. I have already recommended this place to my friends, but I would recommend it to a stranger. Plus, it's always nice to come out on the street and the first thing you hear is a compliment on your hair. All the love! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Lox for a few years and always have had a good experience. Dom has been cutting my hair the last two times and does an incredible job! She is really able to listen to what I want done and create a similar result. Highly recommend :)

I absolutely adore this salon! My experience with Autumn was truly delightful, and I finally achieved the highlight I've always wanted. Autumn is incredibly passionate about her work and such a sweet person. 💇‍♀️✨
