I’ve been a patient at Elite dental for the past ten years and have not had a bad experience to date. When I moved out of state for a few years, I would strategically schedule my dental visits for when I was going to be in town because I never wanted to change providers! The front office staff is always kind and helpful. I’m able to do all my paper work online and am signed up for text reminders which is super helpful since appointments are usually scheduled 6 months out. My dental hygienist, Rachael, is not only thorough but personable and goes above and beyond with making sure I have what I need. The dentist, Dr. Chaney always makes sure my questions are answered. I never feel like he is in a rush even though I know he has a busy schedule.

The Chik-fil-A of Dental Offices! Everything runs seamlessly from the time you make your appointment, to when you are finished with treatment and headed home. My teenage son and I see Dr. Johnson, and Rachael handles our cleanings. Very rarely do we ever have to wait more than 5 minutes for treatment after arrival and we are always treated with utmost respect and professionalism, and everyone is always very friendly. Definitely recommend!

This was my first visit here. I must say, I couldn’t be more impressed! The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility. The entire staff is attentive, friendly and professional. I went a couple weeks ago for my X-rays. My baby sitter canceled for my one year old son so he had to come along with me to the appointment and all them treated him just like his own. Thank you so much and I enjoy going here.

Lauren cleaned my teeth a few months back and I have to say that she did the best job ever! I have had my teeth cleaned many, many times and she was the most thorough and most professional. My teeth felt amazing, the best they had ever felt and looked! She really took her time to do an excellent job! I appreciate her impeccable standards of work! She will go far!

Don’t go here if you need dentures. I got my dentures that the dentist chose (size of teeth etc) and they were never right. I paid over $7000 for these dentures because they said they are the best. Yeah. I went back for over a year trying to get those dentures to be functional and look right (they have never looked good. Teeth too big for my mouth) Never happened. Eventually the whole family was sick with the flu and I had to cancel several appointments. Then my husband had heart surgery. I could never get another appt. No one would answer my text message or phone calls. In other words I lost over $7000 and have a pair of dentures that look terrible and I can’t eat with. Go somewhere else for dentures unless you want ripped off!
