I was given the wrong change. I brought it to their attention at the window while holding the money and the receipt and was told they could not give me my 5 dollars they had to count the drawer first but it would be later as there were no managers on duty. They said they would call me if it was over but basically if she pocketed it and the drawer wasn’t short I was just SOL. After going back and forth with the woman for what seemed like forever she wrote down my phone number and said she would call me. I have yet to get a call from her and it’s been 24 hours. 5 dollars isn’t much but it’s still 5 dollars that I needed. I am so aggravated. I am always having issues with this location. Either something gets made wrong or they leave multiple items out of my bag or both. Unacceptable. How do you run a business with no manager on duty?

Wheel chair ramp was blocked by Semi truck unloading produce for the restaurant Once inside the empty lobby, we were not greeted and had to wait several minutes after calling for a staff member Finally we were able to place an order While we were placing our order, staff member kept talking and cutting up with other staff members We did receive food and a timely manner However several items were missing and not correct After attempting to get someone's attention We were asked to bring all our food to the counter After several different attempts our food was finally correct In two different torches we're activated on my card Due the missing items. The management and the staff was no help as some continue to be loud and horse play...

My experience on Tuesday April 4th 2023 at 5:00 pm was a complete joke! I love this McDonald’s normally and the staff is great other than the manager working that evening. It was a simple issue if he had lost the attitude and actually tried to resolve this very simple $8 order. What happened was this, I placed an order on the mobile app which I do once a week normally. I always do curbside and I never have any issue whatsoever. This day however the app decided to change or there was a glitch. I got to the restaurant and my order had checked out it was deducted from my bank account but there was no option to check in and no code. We simply went to the drive through and explained our small dilemma. We were told to come to the window and show my phone so we did. That’s when the manager came over and partially hung out of the window, looked at my phone and said “ that hasn’t processed “ in fact it did so I showed my bank app where it was deducted and the McDonald’s app also said TODAYS order but he insisted it said “ favorites” which was a total different column. Can’t read I guess. Then said there’s nothing we can do for you he told me to get a bank statement then come back…. What??? So we went inside where he refused to see us and had the other manager whom was very professional talk to us and all the while my order was right there. What a complete joke of a manager to insist “ there is nothing we can do for you and go get a bank statement “ are you kidding?? I feel for the employees working under this man and all the customers that are in fact right and deserve to be treated with respect.

They killed my family rat, this mouse had been in my family for 3 years we were so attached to it. It was still breathing and blinking and they massacred him

The people at the McDonald's was so friendly and very talkative and helpful the restaurant was clean and neat

I ordered the new pink ice cream strawberry thingy ice cream while I was visiting Alabama it was rite at $4 bucks you’d think it would be yummy … no not at all like photo shown and not even pink it looked like a half a pinch of cereal in with vanilla gross just gross !!! I threw it away …. SMH !!!!

This location keeps going down hill. Have to find a new location. Rarely do they get the order correct.

Getting way too expensive almost 5 bucks for egg McMuffin then 2.99 for sweet tea. Highway robbery at it's best. Poor folks can't afford to feed their families anymore.

I bought the rare McRib which was delicious. The service was less than acceptable because the cashier was so distracted he didn't hear a word I was trying to say to him. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

First off I would like to say I go to McDonald’s all the time and get this drink the exact same way at the McDonald’s in Fort Payne location to be exact. I was under the impression that McDonald’s did their food and drinks the same way across the board so you can go to McDonald’s and know you will get your food or drink fixed the same way all the time. I was wrong and was told so tonight by some pretty rude lady up front gthat this store only puts 1 M meaning the shape of the letter M of Carmel in the Large Carmel Frappes at this location and only 2 M’s when you pay for extra Carmel at this location which is less then a normal Carmel Frappe at any other location I have ever been to on the planet obviously there is a cheapskate behind this somewhere because the lady made it very clear that this store only does it that way period and would have to pay 25c more for each additional M of Carmel which don’t sound like a big deal but when you don’t have anything but your phone left on you it’s game over and explained that to her only for her to say sorry 25c or sorry about your luck buddy which I’m not paying 25c for one M of Carmel at that place will not be returning but think that it should be put on the sign that you only put so much Carmel on the drink especially when you’re paying for extra!! And you and scrooge McDuck have a happy holiday
