Do not leave your card details. I stayed there and paid for the rooms in full. They then took 1800PLN nearly 2 weeks after I had checked out with no receipt, information or why they took it. Tried to call several times to check but no response. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! They will steal your money

The hotel is fairly well located, not the closest to the city center but also not far away. It is also quite close to the main train station if you plan to explore some nearby cities. The room had a decent size to spend the night. The facilities and the room were clean and fairly modern. The bed was comfortable

Classy place. Spacious rooms, sunny but with good blinders. Nice service. Close to the city centre, ideal place to stay if you want to visit Poznań.

Well-placed hotel in the centre of Poznan. We parked in the underground car park, which was good value for the level of security and convenience. The room was clean and well presented. We made use of the lobby bar after returning from dinner and found it good value and not overly expensive, as is often the case with hotel bars. Breakfast was good, but the service was mixed. We felt sorry for the young lady resetting tables. Her hands were full, and the silly paper table mats advertising the hotel were generally holding her up - never mind being single-use paper and not providing a real purpose. At one point, the gentleman at the next table was waiting so patiently for a knife and fork from the young lady. I spotted that she'd let her guard down and pounced on a knife and fork for him. He was very appreciative! To be honest, just put a basket of knives and forks out, and people can help themselves if they need extras. Yes, set the tables, but people will understand that at high points in use in a self-service breakfast buffet, getting a knife and fork yourself is much more convenient than staring at your food going cold. Yes, we would stay there again.

Pleasant delicate relationship of stuff! Thanks for pani Paulina, pan Vadim and other. Very well organized sistem of accomodation and good location of Andersia. I was happy to explore the city around, spend trainings, job and party, enjoy the kitchen on breakfast in Hotel. Hope that nothing change till my next visit to Poznan :)

I had an exceptional stay of two nights mainly due to upgrade to the executive suite room based on Radisson Rewards. The reception staff and overall service was tremendous. Welcome drinks and executive lounge features were magnificent. Lastly, the quality of breakfast and food is outstanding. Marvellous partner of Radisson Individuals I have seen so far. Only one slight let down was temporary closure of Pool and Sauna.

We chose this hotel for a family weekend getaway, traveling with our two young children. Upon arrival, we (and particularly our kids) were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool was closed. I have doubled (or even tripled) checked, and that information is for the least really not well displayed on the hotel's website. One could even say it's hidden... (the description of the room we booked specifically invited guests to relax in the swimming pool). I really don't understand this, especially since the staff told us the pool had been closed since January 2023. We visited the hotel in early October so there should have been more than enough time to clearly display this information! As a compensation, the hotel offered us not to pay for the parking. This was a kind gesture, but it still feels insufficient since we chose that hotel specifically for its pool. Without it we would have chosen another one where the kids could have fun. It's a shame, especially since the room was really nice and the staff quite friendly. Breakfast was just ok.

Spacious room with ok view (if on the right floor and side) small selection of coffee and tea, small fridge (not working that well) spacious bathroom, and all amenities you'll need. 24/7 reception. Pool was closed during my stay, but massage was good and at ok price (booking required)

We usually stayed in Andersia when in Poznan a few times a year but this is our last one. The prices have gone up significantly but the standard hasn't followed. All in the room is basic, including the bedding - the pillows and blankets are simply a joke. What a shame. The pool & spa are not working. It's really overpriced and you can definitely find a better standard and less money in this town. Not worth the money at all

+ Central location, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. - Too dark in the room, not enough light to see clear. Bathroom door gives no Privacy with the curtains. Some in the staff just went in to the room without knocking. Coffee was not refilled for the coffee machine. Paintings seems to have been removed from the walls in the room. Fruit basket delievered to the room was not fresh. We booked two nights but left after one, kinda disappointed. Probably won’t come back.

Got the Executive Suite. First impression upon arrival is customer service. I was greated professionally and felt welcome. There was small drink stand upon entering the front door. 2 restaurants and lounges of great quality. Breakfast was very nice as well but not worth the extra 80 pln in my opinion. The room was very nice quality as well. Did have one issue with the curtain hooks breaking and not closing window for privacy but otherwise view was pleasant, accommodations were classy and staff was excellent. Location is conveniently located near main area and shopping center. Would strongly recommend.

The restaurant was not good the tar tar beef still had bones in it. The steak was not cooked very well at all the chef is very inexperienced. On my last day in the morning the was very little to no water pressure. The water that did come out was blistering hot and after speaking to the technician the staff made me out to seem like a liar. Very unprofessional do not recommend not worth the money and being called a liar.

The hotel was well located and had good rooms. The wellness area was also relaxing. Everyone in the hotel gets free access to this area. The in house restaurant had great food for lunch or dinner, but the breakfast could use upgrades - specially for fruits and healthier alternatives. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Excellent hotel . Nothing at all to complain . Just the car park under hotel is expensive. Best position any can stay due a big shopping mall just cross the street by walking.

Nice convenient mattresses, good breakfast with vitamin shots that is an original idea. The design of toilets with glass walls in rooms not with double beds in my opinion is not the best idea. Faucets in bathroom are not ergonomically designed. The waiting time at the reception desk is definitely too high (in our case 30 minutes)

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Parking is a bit expensive and its not very clear where the parking garage is. But other then that a great hotel. The restaurant has some absolutely delicious foods. The entire hotel is nice and clean and rooms are very good aswell. Another good bonus this hotel has. Is that it is across from a nice shopping mall.

Our 'complementary' water bottle was from, I presume the previous guests as it had already been opened and drank from. There was a blood stain on the mattress hidden under our sheets which just does not speak well for the cleanliness. The bar staff was rather rude, disappearing and leaving the bar unattended for 5-10min at a time. Seemed annoyed that there were customers there. The breakfast selection is good, but there were too many guests compared to staff, whom seemed to have other priorities then clearing tables that became free.

Not bad, but not meeting my standards for a 4* hotel. We had a number of complaints about our junior suite. AC was making wailing noises, mini bar fridge and kettle didn't work, plug in the sink prevented water from draining and a couch cover had a tear in it. Only two of the issues (plug and kettle) were addressed. Also room service wasn't thorough. On the plus side the suite was well furnished and bed was very comfortable. Will pick a different hotel next time.

Ok hotel. But extrem long check-in procedure! Breakfast starts at 7am sharp, no use to go down 10min before, the doors opens 7 sharp. Ok breakfast, nice staff, clean room incl. good space.

A good hotel with a central location and large, comfortable rooms. The hotel is starting to slightly age a bit and a few things in the hotel could do with some attention. Breakfast OK, however the staff seemed very disorganised and claimed that breafast was extra when it was already paid for!

Room (suite) was not clean to a high standard. Door to bathroom could not close proparly. Hotel bar had the slowest bartender in the world working there. He was more into checking his phone than serving. Location was good, breakfast was very good. All in all not worth the premium price we paid for the suite.

Lovely hotel, nice view - friendly staff. I’ll work a little bit on air-condition as at room can be a little bit too cold if someone like warm temperature. We called reception and ask if they could help us with the hit but they said that unfortunately 26 is the maximum temperature. Definitely I’ll stay at this hotel next time.

The bathrooms were very slippery when wet. No wash rags were provided even when asked for multiple times. The rooms were not cleaned the best with dirty cups still left in the room. My door was also not closed properly after room service cleaned one day and with further inspection a chain and a ring was missing. It also seems like attempts were made to open the safe because i was locked out. I went to the front desk and spoke to a supervisor who called maintenance to open up the safe. Thank God our passports were still in there. I was told a manager would contact us the following day about the missing items and i have yet to speak to one. At check out i brought it up again and was told I would receive an email about missing items. I travelled back to the USA with them knowing very well nothing would be done about it. I felt none of my concerns were met especially with stolen items and door found open. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if you do love the location make sure you carry all your electronics and documents with you daily.

I had a pleasant stay at Andersia Hotel. The room was clean, the staff was generally friendly, and the location does not get much better than that. The breakfast service was also pretty good. I would stay here again if I come back to Poznan in the future. Some minor things that could be improved : I found the key card system not working very well, as I had to reactivate the card almost every day during the 3 nights of stay. The elevator also relies on the key card validity and did not always work. With multiple persons in the elevator the interface was very inconvenient. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Still the showerhead was not switching properly between the ceiling and the hose, so both streams were always kind of on when the water was running. On the wall there were some screw marks presumably from frames hanging there before, which was of course not looking great.

Except works on underground parking and entrance, everything is perfect. Very nice rooms and reception as well. Pool was closed for renovation but fitness plenty big enough.

We stayed for 3 nights to attend the Pyrkon event and were delighted by the service. We took the executive senior suite on the 9th floor as we had a 9 year old child and our cat with us. The room was spacious and the sofa bed already made for our daughter when we arrived. The room itself was well laid out and fitted to a high standard, plenty of wardrobe storage and a full counter with coffee, tea, cups and hot water. The fridge was free to use and was stocked with fruit juices, cola and bottled water which we could have refilled every day for free. The bathroom was a spacious and well designed mix of wet room and dry with a bath and shower seperate. There were also two toilets, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room/guest bedroom. The master bed was very comfy and we had no issues with it at all, however the sofa bed looked like a hospital bed and was a bit soft and noisy with springs. It didn't bother our daughter though so it wasn't an issue. There are two TVs, one in each room which can be used to access the restaurant menu as well as to watch main stream TV channels and can be switched to English for easier access to browsing. We found the second TV allowed us to log in to YouTube so that was great for us. Most importantly the AC worked and was easy to use which we found a huge relief as a massive heatwave happened while we were staying! Outside of the room, at the end of the 9th floor is the executive lounge, which can only be accessed by using a 9th floor card. Inside are cakes, fruit, coffee, tea and water and a spacious seating area with comfortable sofa chairs and a TV. We found this useful for things like fruit in between meal times. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and such a delight to eat that we actually looked forward to getting up just to go and eat breakfast! There's a large selection of food; cooked sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, crispy bacon etc, a side board of many cereals, dairy and non dairy milks, spreads, fresh bread and a toaster with toast bread, freshly cut melons, fruits, cold meats, pates and even pancakes with chocolate, cakes and mini croissants! We were never bored or stuck for choice and starting the day on a well fed belly made all the difference. The staff were impeccable, every interaction was professional and polite, they know the hotel inside and out and their expertise shows. The wait staff in the restaurant are present 100% of the time and will help immediately, even if you can't speak Polish. Overall we can't fault this hotel one bit. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, we could go and enjoy our event knowing our cat was safe and we would return to comfort and a peaceful night. Would recommend the 9th floor suites to anyone with kids and animals.

I loved staying in this establishment. The best feature of the hotel? The staff! They are AMAZING. Very accomodating, helpful and always smiling. The facilities are spotless, cleaned regularly. The view from the room was dazzling. The breakfast was very good, delicious and with a ton of options. All in all, a great place to stay! And my dog enjoyed his stay as well.
