Not „privileged” enough… Comfy but small double bed, good & diversed breakfast, overall nice atmosphere and clean room, but big minus for terrible hairdryer and additional parking fee. Don’t think I will be coming back. And why so few tv channels☹️

Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 7pm, which is unusual. I had chosen this hotel as it was the only 4* available in Poznan for this day with double rooms with separate beds. Finally get to the room by 8pm to find "someone from the earlier shift changed your room to a room with one large (queen) bed". Ended up sleeping on some kind of camping bed that was way too short for me with a mattress I would be too ashamed to offer to a guest (much less a paying guest). Absolutely not acceptable for this price range. Staff were friendly but didn't even offer a complimentary breakfast or a discount for basically down-grading my stay. Unprofessional and really not expected from a chain hotel. Definitely can't recommend.

Visit Poznan and enjoy the city to the most by staying at the best hotel Mercure! Staff is super friendly, breakfast is simply fabulous, rooms are modern and elegant. There is even a small gym with functional fitness equipment. Parking is front of the hotel is very convenient. This hotel is highly recommendable and I will for sure stay there again when visiting Poznan.

I stayed here for one night in December and it was amazing, the staff were attentive , the breakfast great , the room was airy and spacious. Easy and quick check in procedure meant that you had more time to enjoy your stay. The Food and Beverage team were particularly good under the watchful eye of Pawel so I would recommend without hesitation And they gave me a gift of the famous polish croissant from Poznan!

Excellent location, large convenient secure parking. The second time already in this hotel and I will be happy to return again and this is 100% merit of the staff. From the first minutes of meeting at the reception, until leaving the parking lot - only a wonderful impression. The staff is very polite and sparkling, the breakfast is lovely, the room is clean, tidy. Great vacation! Thank you!

Friendly and helpful reception. Well appointed room. Quiet, very comfortable. A good night's sleep. Good breakfast, apart from the sloppy scrambled eggs. Nice bar and staff.

Very old rooms, need to be updated. Furniture and bathrooms back from 1999/2003. Empty bedroom bar fridge. A good side: Breakfast and reception desk.

Our experience was great until my child was playing around the breakfast area and SHOKINGLY, there was a fence that is wide enough for a baby or a thin adult to walk through it. My child was playing around and suddenly he walked through and stood up alone on an open stairs hall without any kind of stair rail. I was haaaardly able to pass through the fence to catch him and to SAVE MY CHILDS LIFE! Do you know how risky it is leaving such a dangerous hall without any kind of safety illustration or sign !!!!! I am still in a SHOCK since two days because of this experience.

Very good location. Close to the Central Train Station, not far from Old Town and Castle. Perfect for family or business stay. Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Standardy high Mercure standards. Close to expo, and some 30 min walk from center. You go to dinner by taxi and return by foot for better sleep :)

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days while on a business trip in Poznan, Poland. This is an aesthetically beautiful hotel. The hotel staff doesn’t speak much, perhaps because I am an English speaker, but they do smile back at you. The hotel looks and smells clean. The room is a good size. My room had 2 twin sized beds. I had never encountered twin sized beds in a hotel before; I typically have between full size to king size beds in my hotel room so this was different. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast in the mornings, and there is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel also. If traveling from another country to Poland to stay at this hotel, be sure to confirm if you need to get a separate AC Adapter. This hotel does not offer loaner AC Adapters. I had to find a store that sold the type of adapter that I needed. There are no toiletries other than hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. There are no toothpaste or toothbrush, etc. available. There is no ironing board or iron in the room. There are also no washcloths available. Note that there is a safe and a refrigerator in the room. The refrigerator does not get very cold at all. I actually thought it was not working and called the receptionist to have it looked at. The maintenance person came to check it and informed that the refrigerator is intended to cool drinks only and is not intended to hold for example, leftover food, etc. for more than 24 hours. This was a huge disappointment as I had a take out container of food that I was trying to save for the next day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was peaceful and although small, the bed was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast.

Ok, so just to be clear there wasn't anything wrong with the room, it just needs a bit of a design update. The staff here are Super friendly and helpful. Price was pretty good, especially for the location. I recommend requesting a room at the rear of the building as the front faces the main street and a major tram stop. Walking distance to everything. The Winestone restaurant has really good food, and the staff are top notch, I will come here to eat, even though I am not staying here any longer.

One of my best stay in a Mercure hotel I have had. The staff was friendly and provided me with the best request I have asked before the reservation! Rooms are very cleaned! If you have to stay in Poznan : go there! Really worth it!

I had an overnight stay. It is located just 10 minutes from Poznan Airport. There are 2 parking areas, one is in front of the hotel and another one is on the backyard. Very friendly personal, fantastic clean and big rooms, bottels of water in the room. I really enjoyed the stay. In principle Mercures hotels in Poland are far more modern and renovated vs Germany. My recommendation!

Best hotel in Poznan and probably the best Accor hotel in Poland. Very pro-active and kind service. Top clean and spacious room. Breakfast buffet was impressive, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Corona rules well inforced. Highly recommended.

Good morning, how could I contact the hotel via email, I was at your hotel from June 23 to 27, room 516, Salvador Fontana, on the occasion of the European Canoe Championship when I got home I realized that I had left a piece of blue and red clothing (vest) that I have a lot of esteem for, could you send it to my house in Spain? I would be grateful. Salvador Fontana.

Nice hotel with clean, fun, updated rooms and amenities. Breakfast buffet was very good, but there are a lot of local options nearby as well, so be sure to get out at least a couple times to see everything around the hotel. Good location, close drive to the airport, maybe a 5 minute walk to the train station, 20 minutes to the square.

The receptionist took an active interest in making sure our baby had a good bed and phoned us to check everything was ok (which it was). I liked the option for flexible check-out time. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were excellent. The main bed was very comfortable with quality linen. The room had a cool design, was warm, comfortable but also modern and fresh. The sauna area on floor A was clean, spacious, and made available to us. I would love to come back. All I can say is I hope they keep up the good work.

Amazing hotel situated in heart of city centre. Close to Central train station and with easy access by bus or cab to airport. Rooms are spacious and staff at reception desk is very polite. I would like to thank especially gentleman called Oskar who went extra mile and made sure that everything is great. He is great asset to the team and I hope that he will see this compliment as well. Highly recommend and I will be back

Very good hotel located just 10 mins walk from the main station (though much further away from the old town). Clean room though the bed was a bit hard and you couldn't open the windows for fresh air. The breakfast by Polish hotel standards was excellent. There was even a juicer to make your own freshly squeezed juices. All in all a very good hotel.

The rooms in this hotel are beautiful and modern, but unfortunately they are not particularly clean. I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no water in the morning to shower for about two hours. The room is very quiet. The hotel lobby is very stylish. The hotel’s restaurant offers delicious food at a very reasonable price.

This hotel is in a good place but rooms kind of suck. They are early 2000s in terms of design which does not fly well in 2022. As the upside the restaurant downstairs is okay(though slightly overpriced).

We stayed for few nights in April, during easter - in Privilege room (minimal to no difference in room size with lower category rooms, but few additional privileges/amenities) First 2 nights we were on lower floor (even though we had asked for room at higher floor), facing roosevelta. Absolutely no peace. Constant tram, train, traffic noise. Neverthless, for rest of the stay we were moved to higher floor and quiet side. Thanks to the hotel for the upgrade. Breakfast staff were very pleasant! Staff at reception were neutral I would say (not super friendly, but definitely not rude as well). Few things that will unfortunately stop me from choosing this hotel in future: 1) constant thud every few secs to few mins all day-all night (like door closing with a bang). Totally disrupted my sleep and peace. On top of that, the fact that we could not figure out the source of the noise - was more annoying! 2) breakfast on easter weekend sat-sun was a disaster and such big disappointment. Well, I was not expecting a spread like they show on hotel photos on websites, but also not expecting it to be very basic (specially for vegetarians) and surely nowhere worth 65-70 pln they charge for it. Deserts were literally non existent - that being the biggest shame given the fact that the hotel has its own bakery! In fact on Easter Sun I had to ask the staff for refill of desert and all I got was "keks". On Sun - We heard some other guests complain to the breakfast staff that the breakfast was worser than Sat. Also, there was no elements in the breakfast or the area, to make feel like it was easter. Forget about easter delicacy Kielbasa, but they could have put Faviorki for guests - as a symbol. Hotel was definitely not over full! Additionally, 1) The hotel knew we were 2 guests, but the room we were checked into - was made up for 1. So we had to ask to provide stuffs (towel, cup etc) for the 2nd person. I found this strange and inconvenient. 2nd room we moved into, was also made up for 1 person, but we didnot bother to ask the hotel 2) One of the days while going out we asked for the room to be cleaned. 6 hrs later when we came back, no one had cleaned the room. We had to ask again for basic refills 3) Cleanliness was a bit questionable (definitely scope of improvemet) - long hair strands below the mirror (I have very short hair). Hair on carpet, on bed (under pillow). Toilet seat in the 2nd room had un-removable marks With my (very good) experience with Accor hotels around the world, sadly - this sure was the least pleasant. Probably I had high (pre-conceived) expectations, which were clearly not met.
