Good, clean and modern hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Wifi was very very slow though. Not even possible to check netflix.

Great hotel, super friendly staff and perfect position in the city. I came here to go to a convention for a few days and thus didn’t expect to be in the hotel a lot. I ate breakfast here a few times, had dinner twice, and had a great night at the bar. The hotel itself was very good, the room was great (the room was also always made well when I requested it), the breakfast had good variation and was very good, and the dinner was delicious. I can greatly recommend the pasta. The staff was always nice, and I have only had good interactions with them. Always quick, always caring, and always happy to talk. The location was perfect. A ten to fifteen minute walk from the convention centre, a one to two minute walk from the Imperial Castle of Wilhelm II. The old city centre is also easily reachable on foot with lots of places to go out and have a drink. There was a bit of construction going on in the city while I was there, but it was never a great bother. All in all, I would like to thank the staff (once again) for their great work and highly, HIGHLY, recommend going here if you go to Poznań. I will definitely be returning myself. Cheers, Daniël

I am very satisfied with the food, facilities and service of this hotel, except the parking is 400m away and hard to find its entrance when it was dark.

    1. the initial room I was placed in had a view to some noisy generator, considering the fact that the hotel was half empty. After the request, a very pleasant lady receptionist offered me two rooms to choice. I picked one and it was great - spacious, silent, clean, with comfy matress. 2. The second reason why I picked this hotel apart of location was sauna. When I booked sauna 1,5 hours before, it turned out that finn one was not hot at all (50 degrees instead of 90-100), in roman sauna it was not hot as well and had a smell of chlor, everywhere was super bright light that could not be turned off, considering the fact that in sauna people should bathe naked. 3. But the most frustrating thing about the sauna was that little pool, which made so much noise (due to water circulation) that made it impossible to relax. After some time I went to reception to ask to turn the pool off, and men there told me that it i not possible, since it is automatical, then I asked to make sauna hotter, he also said that everything is automatical or maybe it is broken and he doesn't know. I think you can agree, that this is not the experience and service I expected from hotel of such level, hoping to relax in sauna, which is definitely was included in the price. So if you're going only for the room in the city center - this is a very good choice. The room was clean, big, with bath upon request, had kettle and coffee. Spacious bed and thick curtains, which led to quality sleep.

I was unfortunate with my room as the shower was designed for really small people/kids/hobbits maybe. It’s build under the roof so it gets more narrow higher up and average adult won’t fit. Bath was OK. At the time I was staying there the outside temperatures were sub zero but the heating wasn’t working. Great for sleep but not for working later in the day from the hotel room. WiFi speeds are just terrible. 2/2 Mbps as free option isn’t a way to go in 2023. You can pay extra for better speeds but 9,90€/day is just nonsense. You can get connection for a whole month for that price. Parking is about 300m away across big crossroads so not very convenient. But all in all it’s not a bad place to stay at and definitely provided better experience than Novotel lately.

+ Rooms are ok, Nespresso coffee and tea available, in the bathroom was also conditioner, body milk in good quality and very nice smell of green tea. Very good breakfast! Location very close to the center, restaurants nearby. - Needs a slight renovation (floors, door in the room have scratches) - The aircondition not possible to modify and control and it was running all night (we are not used to it, was a bit cold)

I was really surprised, this hotel is very good. Located close to the city center of Poznan, offers the possibility to reach, by walking, the heart of the city, and all the nicest bar. Rooms are very clean and well isolated against noise. Bed was almost perfect! Service very friendly. If I want to find something…is the missing of a parking the only problem here.

Nice hotel in a good location, not far away from the main station with comfortable, clean but slightly dated rooms. Tasty breakfast with good food selection. Very good for business trips.

Hotel is dated: Air conditioner doesn’t work, wifi signal is very poor you can’t use it. The only pro from this hotel is the location, 10 min walking to old town.

Very nice hotel In center of Poznań. Although staying somewhere else, while walking downtown, I took opportunity to eat my dinner there. I am sorry for them, but lucky me, the restaurant was empty, what is bad for business, but personally, I like to be alone… Very nice and sympatic lady served me delicate meal with a smile, and I had a great time there. Dessert was a must and I left the restaurant full of nice meal and feelings. Totally recommended!

Great position near to the city centre and the main train station. Comfortable rooms and beds. 4 stars review because of the breakfast, not so many sweet stuffs I was expecting from a 4 stars hotel of the NH brand. My room hadn’t a proper view, really really bad facing a ruined building. I hope that this will help for the other guests that are willing to book a room here.

Rooms are nice, location is great. Just a 10 min walk to the old town. There are a lot of construction sites all over the place. Whole Poznan is being renovated kind of. Sauna can be reserved for you to enjoy on your own. It has a cold pool which was cool. I didn’t like the smell in the room when I arrived. I asked for another room the next day, same old smell, like old towels that didn’t dry well, or some liquid they use to clean the floors that smell like old clothes. I checked a third room, same again. So it must be something they use there which is so totally not nice.

Nice and comfortable hotel with a good location next to the Poznan Imperial Castle (with a beautiful green inner garden) and close to the main square. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, and just 15 min walk to the main train station from where buses go to the airport. Personnel at the reception is very helpful and professional, there’s almost no waiting time and everything is resolved fast. Room is modern and well-equipped.

A very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room clean, cozy and quiet. The location is great - near the center, lots of places to have dinner, drink and breakfast around.

Old style hotel with nice breakfast. The room was too small and the view was bad on the back side of the hotel. For the price i expected more from an NH hotel.

Very comfortable, clean, and efficient. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh waffles and delicious melon as well as all the usual buffet things. The breakfast room was quite full so I sat in the next room, a sunny modern conservatory. I was in room 205 (which I chose during the optional online check in) which was large, very clean and seemed recently renovated- with bathtub and very good modern shower with a massage/swirl setting! Quiet and with excellent blackout curtains so I slept very well till 10am. They currently offer late check out till 5pm on Sundays which was great. Very helpful and pleasant reception staff. The sauna was lovely: I was the only person there, and it also is very clean and smart. Has a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool. I have visited Poland often over 15 years and this was such a relaxing stay, and good value for around 70 euros

Rooms are cozy and clean. Bathroom too. I had a small problems with card key because it didn't recognize it so I was constantly at the reception (do not hold your mobile phone and card close - learn this the hard way). Breakfast was particularly good :)

The hotel's location is amazing. Right in the heart of the Poznan city, and mere walking distance to the historical Old Town, trains station (and other public transports), many museums, restaurants, cafes, bars and Stary Browar mall, where you will find everything you need from retail stores to beauty saloons. Very convenient, and really consistent when comes to service. It's a 3rd nhow hotel I have visited this year, and they exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of the service. I will certainly return to stay there again. While the room was a little ran down (peeling wallpaper here and there, noisy sliding door in the cabinet or visible damage on wood parts of the furnitures), the room was very clean and services was absolutely on par with 5-star hotels. Fluently english speaking staff, very polite, very helpful, resourceful and friendly. I can't stress enough how pleased I was with the service.

"Free wifi" is only enough for messaging, speed is 0.3Mbit (ridiculous). Good internet is paid - 10 eur (1/5 of the hotel price). Parking is paid. No slippers and the bath condition is shown on the photo. No smart tv, just polish channels. At least the room is not so bad, but overall I'm not that happy
