The service received was abysmal. Club Lounge had 10 tables of which 8 had dirty plates and glasses. No cups, dirty serving area. Lobby/Rynek had 7 tables to sit at, 5 had dirty plates and glasses. When I started taking photos the duty manager arrived asking if there was a problem, TBH a blind man could of identified the problem. We came back at 3pm having been out for the day only to discover our room had not been made up. By way of apology the hotel offered us dinner for for 2, ironically, this was a disaster from start to finish. Waited for 15 minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink after being seated. Serving counter was strewn with food debris ( how welcoming for diners ) The meal was an embarrassment, a half duck that was obviously cooked some hours/days earlier, it was inedible. This hotel has serious issues with management and staff training. Sadly, I will not be visiting another Sheraton anytime soon.

I love this hotel for the value for money and luxury. It’s an 8 minute, Short walk from the main train station, a quick scooter ride or ten minute walk to the main part of the old town, and the lounge was a highlight - managed by a very nice gentleman who made sure everyone’s glass was full and he was very polite. I also love the soft pillows. The breakfast is perfect and the omelette was the best I’ve had this whole year. Just the view that I had wasn’t the best, but that’s because the hotel is on the outskirts of the old town and bordering the modern, less aesthetic part of Poznan. The highlight was when I tried to ask the kitchen to reheat my cold, half eaten kebab from the night before and the chef refused to, but the manager applied some soothing words and after a minute in the microwave I was able to relive the best part of my night before.

Friendly and professional staff, they recognized me as a gold member and offer me all the advantages of the program. I got a nice upgrade and late checkout. The hotel is in good conditions with top bathroom appliances from zucchetti that u can find in category 8 hotels of the group as st regis and so on. Big and comfortable room. Perfect bed as always. The spa and the gym are quiet and clean. The food selection at rinek also was pretty nice. Definitely anything to say against one of the best hotels to be in Poznan.

Best hotel in Poznan. I will stay here every time I need a room in the city. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are immaculate. Pool, spa, and gym are clean and functional. Breakfast is a wonderful spread. Eggs can ordered according to your preference.

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable and shower was very good. Reception was empty and took time to get service. Breakfast was excellent. The real problem was the traffic noice from the outside all night, even though we were in the 5th floor. The isolation in the room is terrible !!!

We had a perfect stay. We arrived late and exhausted from our ride and were in a pretty bad mood. The concierge welcomed us warmly and was very considerate with us. He somehow managed to make us cheer up and we absolutely enjoyed every minute we stayed. I wouldn’t stay any where else in Poznan!

Nice Hotel, very nice staff. Location a good bit away from the Old town city centre unfortunately. Good breakfast in Rynek restaurant on the ground floor. Club level on 6th floor does snacks all day and some hot food and drinks between 6:00pm and 9:00 p.m.

Great hotel, probably the best in Poznan. Service on a very high level. Especially reception with Mr. Aleksander. Good food in both restaurants.

In my opinion it is a bit overpriced compared to other Sheraton hotels. The gym is small and during peak times not really recommended to go. The swimming pool I would not even really call it a pool. It was the smallest "pool" I ever saw in any hotel that I visited. Also the lounge is too small. Many times we could not even find a space there to sit down. The breakfast is great and in highly recommend to book the room with breakfast.

One of the best hotels in the world! Get rooms! Everything in working order and looking great, the staff take pride on their hotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic! The lounge has great food and service. All of the staff were wonderful! I wish I had to go to Poznan frequently! I do hope to return!

Hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds. Really liked the bathroom. I was attending a work conference and I have to say the food provided for the conference was not the best. The lunch only included water. Also the breakfast was way overpriced for the location at around $20.

This is a really nice Sheraton. As Titanium members we had the nicest welcome gift we've ever had in a room....six bottles of local beer, all labeled and set up for a tasting, with glasses and two lovely trays of cheeses and fruits. Location is a bit outside of the city center, which some may not like. However, there is a tram stop directly in front of the hotel and another around the corner about three minutes away. A day pass for public transit is only fifteen zloty. So it was super easy to take anywhere. Otherwise, there are two Zabkas within two minutes walk, a Starbucks, a mall about a ten minute walk away, etc. The parking garage is small, and you are supposed to pre reserve a space, which the app doesn't tell you! Luckily we were allowed in anyway. There are two EV chargers in the garage (a huge perk also not mentioned on the app). ( EDIT at check in we were told parking is included at our loyalty level. She even wrote in our key holder "lounge+breakfast+parking" A day after checking out we were charged forty euro oer night for parking! The manager says they've never had that parking policy. The price is also just outrageous...this is not city center and the nice parking garage at the mall a few minutes walk away only charges the equivalent of 17 euro per day. Between the false information given and the expensive parking, I've dropped the rating one star. ) Staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the best Marriott staffs I've ever seen. Everyone at the front desk, lounge and breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast was good with a big variety including a waffle maker, omelette station, beans &toast, veggies with hummus, soft and hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, etc The pool is small but a very pleasant temperature and always really clean. No yoga mats in the gym, but otherwise a good one. All in all the hotel is so nice that I'm even more likely to return to Poznan than I'd be otherwise, because I'll look forward to returning to the hotel as well

Very nice hotel in the center of Poznan. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lacation makes it easy access to anything in the city. The only negative is the limited parking.

The staff at this hotel is truly amazing. From the first moment that we entered the building, we've notices that the hospitality here is truly on a different level. The reception welcomed us with a warm smile, and did everything possible to let us enter the rooms even slightly before the check-in time. The 5 star rating is fully appropriate to the standard offered, thus, it has a great value of money! Huge thanks and words of appreciation especially land to Ms. Natalia D. Now, about the hotel itself: Rooms are properly standardized to the Sheraton regulations. Everything in order, but nothing spectacular. The rooms were very clean, and offered a lot of amenities. The wellness centre upstairs is a very relaxing space to be in, however, the noises from the speakers playing pop music 24h/7 are heard from the inside of the sauna, which I found rather exasperating. The pool rather isn't immense, but it wasn't a problem, since during our stay, there were rarely any people, so it's no biggie. The gym has all the necessary, fundamental equipment.

Must be a thing here to not have air conditioning during sweltering heat. Rooms are horrid for air circulation let alone cool air circulation. Shower needs updated, the drain is higher up than the floor so there is always standing water and mold. Incredibly loud surrounding area with cars, sirens, and street noise. Will not be staying here again.

Walking distance from the main train station and the fairgrounds. There's a major tram hub right outside making it easy to get to the airport. The staff is very nice and responsive if you need anything or have a problem with the room. I've stayed here several times over the last few years.

Hotel with modern ambience & sweet spirit, friendly stuff, lovely breakfast and great location which is a perfect starting point  for exploring the city. ⁣⁣ I also enjoyed Club Lounge area and truly loved it.

Great location. Walking distance from town center that you must visit and close to airport. Service staff is very helpful to schedule a taxi ahead of time for you on your request.

To me 3 stars are average, so most of my reviews are 3 star. To me I have 3 functionalities that are very important to me: clean comfortably bed, nice roomy walk-in shower with good water pressure, and good internet speed. In this hotel, all 3 functionalities were top notch, 5 stars. In addition the staff was very helpful and polite, the breakfast was good, like 4 stars, and the dinner was very good as well, maybe a little on the high price, but definitely excellent tasty food.

I spent a month an half in that hotel. From my experience it is a decent hotel, it claims that is a 5 star, but for me it's a 3.5 stars. The rooms are comfortable, if you are new in Europe do not expect a good air conditioning system, they (europeans) don't believe in that. The hotel have 2 restaurants/bars: Rynek and Someplace else they are both decent. Rynek comes with fancy dishes which i am not a fan of, but for a good drink or cocktail there is a guy named Ramy who makes outstanding cocktail and the only one who knows how to make a good lemonade. Someplace else is just a sport bar, it is ok, nothing special. The parking is tricky, not many space (typical Europe) , just make sure you ask front desk for a parking availability. For front desk the employees are very cool, they are willing to help for any information about the hotel and around Poznan. I have absolutely no problem with the staff. Very enjoyable. Overall the Sheraton is located in the center of the city of Poznan, a city with lots of history and great people, I cannot complaint. Hotel: 3/5 Staff: 4.5/5 Commodities: 4/5 Rynek restaurant: 3/5 Ramy's cocktails: 4.7/5 Someplace else: 3/5 Total: 4/5 Ramses

We received an excellent customer service at the checking from Oliwia. Nothing was too much trouble for her or in fact any member of staff. Our room was very comfortable. Hotel location is perfect for exploring Poznan town and for transport if you are using local trams or trains. Definitely one of the best stays in the centre of Poznan.

Nice hotel just in the City center. Staff and service were excellent same about room and breakfast buffet. Just the swimming pool and relax area need a refresh to keep up the actual standards. Really good experience

I don't normally write reviews but this was such a nice hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Olivia at the front desk was new but she was trained very well and very helpful at checkout. Definitely would stay here again.

We experienced some issues with the service in the restaurant but it was very elegantly solved by the manager the next day! That is what you call service. It is our favourite hotel in Poznan and highly recommended. We like to stay there as an elite Marriott member.

Wellness area (pool, sauna, gym) is nice, the clubhouse is the best amenity at the hotel, the breakfast is very adequate (many fresh options). The best quality of this hotel though is the amazing staff/service! Nothing takes a hotel from a 4 star to a 5 star like the quality of service. This place exceeds all expectations in that regard! Just wish they had more parking spots.

Stayed only one night here for a wedding but the service was excellent, rooms are nice and clean and the food in the restaurant was great too. Olivia and Julia on the front desk helped us out a lot while looking for a quick Covid test, and storing our baggage. Thank you!

As a person that usually spends more than 130 nights per year in Hotels around the world, I would like to present my disappointment regarding my stay in Sheraton Poznan. For a 5 star hotel, and a gold member in Hotels.com I wasn't expecting the 10 min waiting time just to check in. When entering in my room, the main door was very stiff difficult to open and close due to be always in contact with the carpet. The door frame in the access to the bathroom is rotten, forniture in general are dated/scratched. Was expecting as a minimum a notepad, or even a pen which was inexistent in my room, or even a minibar expected from a 5 star hotel. The so called SPA, is just a small sauna inside the bathroom, which you cannot share with your friends, due to its size and as well gender approach. When in Poznan I normally book Andersia hotel, hotel Puro and in the past hotel blowUp 5050, but decided to go to Sheraton as it was my wife's birthday and wanted to pamper her for a treat, but ended up really gutted by opting for Sheraton. Everyone was very nice, but I must admit that stayed in better 3 Star hotels before.

Good room and service as always in Marriott hotels. No vegan options as per the menu but some items could be veganised.

Second time staying at this hotel and I would not want to stay anyplace else in Poznan. Breakfast is good and the dinner menu features local products. Always a pleasure. The bar is a nice place to relax at the end of the day and has an "OK" selection of liquor, wine and beer.

I was booked at the Sheraton for one night. The room was spacious and even most important to me soundproof. Only the interior design was a bit cold in my opinion. But I could have a good rest. I was not too satisfied with the breakfast as the made to order omelette was dry and food items were lying around for hours. The staff was friendly during my stay.

Located in the heart of the city, Sheraton Poznan is easily accessible from any corner of the city. Airport is just 7 kms, Poznan Main station (Poznan Glowny) is within 1 KM and Tram stop is just in front of the hotel. I stayed there for 2 weeks on an official visit. This is a 5 star property with all amenities such as Restaurant, Bar, Gym , Sauna and Swimming Pool. The people at the front desk are helpful ,friendly and always greets the guest with a big smile. The room was big, clean and B’ful with comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and beautiful with 24*7 hot water available. They also provide 2 complimentary water bottles. The room has a mini refrigerator and electric kettle for making tea and coffee. They also provide hi speed Internet over Wifi. The restaurant “Rynek” at the ground floor has a wide variety of breakfast options. I had an amazing experience staying here and would love to stay here again.

We travel to Sheraton Poznań frequently and it is always a pleasure to stay here. And as far as Sheraton is a good hotel as it is, the front desk staff in Poznań is absolutely excellent and stands out from other hotels in the group. They're the kindest human beings, absolutely professional at all times. A big thank you to Alexander, Aleksandra and Beck who went above and beyond to help us in a time of distress, they took care of our whole family, and did that in the kindest and most patient way possible. Thank you!

Very comfortable bed, clean, fast check-in and check-out. Maja at breakfast was the highlight, she was super nice, great humour and very attentive. Jacub (Cuba) in the lounge was very good also.
