They don't have any places for smoking. So expensive.

Nice hotel, on a main road so easy to find, staff are helpful and English speaking. Rooms are ok and clean/ warm with a kettle. Breakfast is 55zl so about £11 buffet style.

My favourite hotel In Poznań. Every aspect of services is more than you would expect. But. One star removed due to quite bad wi-fi. But I survived 🙂

Had a room on the 10th floor and the view was incredible. Staff were helping and kind, providing a map and giving advice. The breakfast was delicious and diverse with lots of options. Easy walking distance from a lot in the city, food available on site as well as a cocktail menu with delicious options. Bed wasn't very comfortable and sleep wasn't great but down to person preference. Mattress was firm whilst pillows very soft.

The staff was great, I could not thank them enough I totally recommend it even though I came from Dubai and I saw a lot of hotels in my life. The room was beautiful, breakfast was great with too many options, the location is just perfect for everything around you, I didn't suffer.

Super wonky looking rooms, made think the hotel was build either in an old hospital or office building. Turns out it was a shopping center. Great service, great rooms with fancy AC and all amenities. Close to center. Great breakfast selection - definetly try their waffle maker! Huge waffle for 1,2 or 4 people, depending how hungry you are. 10/10 for a short city break in Poznań.

I love this hotel. Don't be fooled by the exterior, the staff are flexible and charming, the vibe is cool and the rooms are perfect for the price! I move here from the Hampton by Hilton 2 blocks away, and I have to say it was much more fun, much better value and in a great location for exploring beautiful, historic and gay friendly Poznan. The barman deserves a special mention, he gives you a good local perspective on what to do and where to go in the city, thanks Martin!

Nice hotel. We came 2 friends on a motorcycle holiday and had booked a room for each. A little hard to find the hotel due to construction work in the streets. We were welcomed in the hotel and got a safe parking for the bikes. Nice spacious rooms and a great view over Poznań. The breakfast is good and I love that I can cook my own waffles 😊 All my recommendations to hotel Altus. Thanks for a nice stay

This hotel is very bad, the attention from the reception staff is a disaster, the air conditioning does not work in the rooms, they do not clean . It is very expensive for the service they offer, I do not recommend it at all

Great location. Rooms very clean - minimal but had everything we needed. More fruit options at breakfast would be good otherwise a great breakfast. Particularly lived thd make your own waffle option.

Good location and nice views but they didn’t clean my room in three days (Update: no one gave this information at check in)

The hotel was OK. Although the air conditioning did not work. The internet was very slow as well. My room was tiny. I'm not sure, if I would book again, value is not great. Other than that, it's very central and if you keep the windows closed, it's not too loud. Take a walk up to the 11th floor for a good view of the city, it's really worth it.

Very good location. Comfy rooms, very good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Only negativities: -the 2 elevators are sometimes way too slow - if you put just a bit cold water in the shower it is immidiately ice cold 😬

Beatiful old town area with amazing morning sunrise view. Big comfortable rooms with soft carpets on the floor. Maybe it would be better with smartTV function, but you have wi-fi connection, so thats not even a minor issue.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is excellent in the center of town. Room was very modern and comfortable with great wifi and wonderful air conditioning. Front desk staff was always smiling and very friendly. We can really recommend this hotel. We loved it.

Words make this place no justice, you have to see for yourself. Its totally worth the stay. We stayed at the 10th floor and the view is just spectacular. Shower during the night with the lights off and the city view is a must do. The breakfast was one the best if not the best ones we had in Poland. Freshly baked waffles ❤️ The only complain we had is the heating unit makes some noise non stop and if you turn it off there is no other means to warm the room.

Fantastic hotel! If you are scrolling though different hotels to find the perfect spot, look no further. The rooms are big and modern with a good view, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast, oh the breakfast, a m a z i n g and is open untill 11 in weekends! The hotel is located 10 min walk from the center of the old town. I did not try the gym in the basement, but there is one. The price was also very good and if i am ever back in Poznan, this will deffinately be where I am staying.

Affordable and comfortable. Lovely and very helpful staff. The facilities itself are great, and the room I had was spacey with a lovely view. This hotel is located right in the Old Town, with dozens of great restaurants and pubs in a short walking distance.

Nice hotel in the center of Poznan. It was fully renovated and opened only in the May'18, so we were among the first visitors. The room was really big and cozy with lots of windows. Everything was still brand new without any marks of usage. Really clean, the daily cleaning service was ok. The hotel is just 3 stars but we were daily provided with 2 bottles of water. Initially we booked the room for just 1 night but were able to prolong the stay several times for one more night. I was amazed with the service at the check-out, seems they messed the payment documents a bit and our very last payment wasn't marked in the system (although we payed but the documents were already packed). They quickly confirmed that if we're saying that we already payed - we don't need to look for anything, they'll find all the confirmations from their side. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and will stay there in the next trips.

The service was first class. The hotel looks great for a rather cheap place to visit. The value to price ratio is excellent.

Very good stay despite the hot temperature, the old building is well isolated on walls and windows, however the air conditioning could be more quick to cool down the room, which was also almost imperceptible (outside temps over 30ºC, inside didn't felt 20ºC)... Also on the minus side, the lack of fridge. Overall amenities are good, such as an ironing set and a sunlit bathroom, roomy wardrobes and TV with good channel selection but... If you are some 400 meters from city center you're a fool to stay in room and watch TV, at any time of the day. At least you can see the outside view 😊

It’s amazing what can you do from quite unappealing communist era building. Rooms are very bright due to large windows. Interiors are simple, but cheerful. Breakfast are quite decent (wide choice) with Polish treats to try (a bit too heavy for the morning). Air conditioning was not working properly, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in this lovely city.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Comfortable spacious room and nice bathroom. Very solid three star hotel. Definitely recommend as a slightly cheaper option.

Great value for the price. Location is the best just in the middle of old town, close to restaurants and attractions. Staffs were really friendly. Room is nice, bright and comfy but there is no fridge though.

Not much space in room for couples but it was in a good quality. The bathroom was very small. Anyway it was great to stay there, good location and very polite staff.

Great hotel for the price. Very clean, modern updated looking rooms. The breakfast is fantastic. So many options. Probably the second best included breakfast I’ve had at any hotel anywhere (staying at similarly priced hotels). The location was easy. A walk from the main train station and shorter walk to the square. The hotel is right between the two. The location will be even better once all of the construction is complete and the road in front is open.

Very nice hotel I edit my previous comment, because i didn't know because the covid we need to request for clean the room. Probably should be better if during the check in this be informed.
