I'm giving 5 ⭐ for this hotel. We are always traveling everywhere around Europe and I can say that until this moment Park Inn by Radisson Poznan is the best. Rooms are very comfortable and the king size bed is perfect for my rest. Housekeepers are cleaning good and everyday even if it's clean. Food in the restaurant is good and I really like the late breakfast until 10:30 specially during the weekend 11:00.  Everytime the waiters were coming and kindly informing you that there is 10 until the breakfast is finished so you can grab something more if you want. Always kind and smiling. There is small gym which was looking good but I never use it haha. The hotel is very suitable for families or business trips. Nice conference rooms plus that the hotel was very quiet which is making your meeting very comfortable. If you are arriving late at the night, they have a snack and some drinks which you can buy on the reception even a microwave to heat it. The staff on the reception were very nice, always polite with customers, smiling, anytime you need a help they are going to assist you. I love them. Even if you give your laundry in the morning will be ready in the afternoon, very good for busy people. The location of the hotel is in the center so everything you want or need is around you. Airport is on 20 minutes distance and you can use Uber or Bolt very easy. Also the hotel is Pet friendly and you can bring your little friend with you. I had small issue with my room in the beginning and massive Thank you to the manager Marcin that he fix my problem on the second. I recommend this place!

My friend and I stayed here during a quick trip to Poznan. The location is great. It will take about 10 minutes to walk to the downtown square. To go anywhere else in Poznan, this hotel is close to public transportation stops. Location is good but the service is better! The hotel staff were some of our favorite people in Poznan. Everyone we encountered, even beyond front desk staff, were helpful. If you only speak with the front desk staff, they are very kind, informative, and helpful. If ever I were to return to Poznan, I would stay here again. I would highly recommend.

Superb location, comfy rooms, great food. The hotel is located very close to the historical centre, but away from major roads, so is was very quiet. Rooms are spacious and comfy, there was an electric kettle in the room. Large shower as well, and a table to work with a laptop if you need to. The restaurant offers proper restaurant-grade food at a reasonable price.

We stayed there for one night only and I'm not sure if that's how lucky we were or how customer friendly the workers are, but we could check in early & check out late and even change our room (without a balcony) to the one with a small balcony for free. Thanks a lot for that!!! The location was perfect for us, because it's just up to a 8-10 minute walk to the Main Square and to the famous Poznań Cathedral Island as well. Żabka shop across the street is a great bonus too!

This hotel is place real nice in poznan, but that it. It is a 4-star hotel and is a part of raddison, but so far away from radisson Standard. We had the suit, also called apartments, I think. They are in 2 floors. And the rooms are really good. BUT YOU CAN HEAR everything from the room besides you. The noise is heavy when people are walking on the stairs. When you are on the high level of the room , there is no Internet, and there is no TV. And when I called the reception that there was no Internet, the response was that the IT people were not here. I am travelling a lot as a lot with raddison and it is not okay there are no Internet. I've tried to tell if in the reception in the morning, but they do not speak good English... The other problem was the aircondition was beginning in the middle of the night to make loud noise... again, the reception was sorry, but no people to look at it, and again in the morning, there is no possibility to explain. This is 4 star Hotel.... The breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel. It was not bad, but absolutely not 4 star. I am so disappointed of the service, also because I am on radisson hotel every month.

Good place newly renovated hotel with a cosy feeling. Big rooms and spacious showers. I even have had a big balcony with chairs and a table. Really smooth checkin process and helpful personnel. Nice restaurant part on ground floor, good food for a good price. Comfortable beds but pillows should be upgraded. We'll worth to shortlist on your visit to Poznan

Had a great time here a couple of weeks ago. Modern clean and comfortable hotel and a decent location. The I be honest no complaints. Zabka shop over the road for all of your snacks for the room.

Room was tiny, I could barely walk once I put down the luggage. Very friendly staff at the reception but the breakfast staff are always pokerface and looked angry. Breakfast was average, not worth it for 75PLN per person. Overall we enjoyed the stay, good value, just next time not booking with breakfast.

Nice hotel, my room was spacy and clean. The access to thé hotel is easy (from the airport). Near of the town center. The fitness room is correctly equiped. One point to improve for me is thé breakfast, but acceptable.

Enjoyed my week stay here while on a mission trip. Victor was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Victor and the staff have a welcoming lobby area and the dining experience was very pleasant.

+ nice room style. + very well cleaned. + silent room facing the parking (they should rebrand this hotel parking-inn. :)) + thick blackout curtains. + staff is friendly and professional. + breakfast is great, but a bit expensive if you prefer a light breakfast. Food seems of good quality, most of all I appreciated jam, fruit salad, and the fresh fruit and veggy juices. + good and stable wifi that perfectly support enterprise VPNs. - walk-in shower without door is a great way to flood the bathroom. - L shaped room (big space with bed and smaller space with desk) makes the room seem smaller than it is, due to bad space allocation. For a 4s hotel outside the very center, I would expect a bigger room. - small desk, just sufficient to work with a laptop, not adequate to a 4s hotel.

Location is top. View is meh. I don’t enjoy much losungs in interrior, but otherwise clean and tidy, all good. Was positively surprised by having bathrobe. Has two level underground parking you can get for about €18

rooms were great, location was great, but I had to wait an additional hour to be able to check in as they were fully booked and couldn’t manage the cleaning services at the expected time

Best location. Very central. Walking distance to many shopping centers and food areas. Rooms are small (I have a small one), but enough. It's pretty well organized. No fridge in the room is a bit bad. But overall, it's a great place. Would gladly stay here again.

Clean comfortable beds... staff friendly ..good position for xmas market... food in restaurant very very good... realy nice hotel that makes you feel welcome from walking through the doors... would recommend it and if we return to poznan this hotel would be 1st choice.

One of those hotel that has it all figured out and well working. The person at reception in the middle of the nite was the nicest guy ever,and sooo helpful, thks Dominik. Breakfast was amazingly good. Rooms were super clean.

Pleasant lobby and room decoration. Body lotion would have been nice to have. The AC was way too strong in the lobby and as a result, it was pretty cold, and it was, for me, impossible to stay there

A very quite hotel, one can have from breakfast to dinner as well. No games room available/gym Rooms are as seen on website/internet. Would have like two pillows each in the room as standard. But we asked at reception and they brought them straight to us.

Renovated old building but hotel staff, especially in reception, are very kind and helpful they attitude with great pleasure, and I am really impressed with the reception all and specially thanks to Michal. Linen i had in my room clean but need to be renewed. The room was clean overall. Big TV, but sometimes it's freez. When i reported to reception.about TV they offered me another room in the same second, i did not changed but offering to change the room late in the night was very prefessional. Parking is under the hotel. In a 5-night stay, one night was full, so I parked outside. Sellection for breakfast is very satisfying. Location is very easy to go around the city for restaurants, cafes and museums etc. I will stay again when I come to Poznan.

It's my first time doing my weekend getaway trip in Poland since I moved here a few months ago. So, I picked up the city near Wroclaw, Poland. Poznan is one. This beautiful city really showed me the difference between cities in Poland. People are super friendly here and I choose this hotel is near the old town square just a few mins away by walk. This is a very new hotel and got everything you need nearby. Love the modern design of the room and the space is a good size as well. Give this hotel a try and let me know what you think. Disliked · The only thing I think they should improve will be the staff service. This is key for the hotel guest to experience start. So, this is very important for every hotel around the world.

Pretty average hotel definitely did not seem like a 4* hotel. The room was nice and a good size but the bed was not very comfy at all! It was two single beds pushed together to make a double which was super annoying as there was a big gap in the middle. It had two single duvets on each side and not one big duvet which was weird. I did ask staff about it but they said all double beds were like that. There was an electrical box next to the door of my room which made a really annoying buzzing noise which disturbing whilst trying to sleep. Another thing that was not great was that the room didn't wasn't cleaned each day or fresh towels weren't added to the bathroom, I asked reception about that and they said because of covid rooms were only being cleaned on check out so I asked if I could at least get some fresh towels the next day. The towels never came so had to ask again. This isn't really a problem but I was never informed at check in and theres a sign on the bathroom to leave used towels on the floor for fresh ones. Generally it's a nice hotel but not amazing, it's a pretty average hotel and doesn't seem like a 4* hotel. I have stayed in nicer hotels which are lower stars, ones that actually provide a double bed.

This will be my first unfavorable review of a hotel in Poland. The location is amazing but rooms are NYC small and check in staff was downright rude. Asked for extra pillow since I booked a room for my wife and young daughter and was told " we'll try to bring to you".. Well it never came. Uncomfortable night for sure. Won't be back.

Being part of Radisson only a short time, it is understandable that Park Inn Poznan does not know how to deal with Radisson Rewards members. As a Gold member, I am entitled to perks of which room upgrade is the most important. I got nothing. Hope for improvement!

A nice hotel very close to the city center. Its location allows to get everywhere on foot, so we just left the car at the hotel parking. The room was tidy and not too small. Everything one might need to have a comfortable stay in Poznań.

Pillows were comfortable, the room was ok, cheap and cheerful They only clean your room on check out currently due to COVID restrictions. Good location for old town.

Reception was very friendly. Fast and can speak good English. You have a parking garage but can also stand outside from 8pm till 8am fror free. On the opposite is a supermarket and the main city square is only 5mins away. I paid 60Eur including breakfast. Absolutely fair. I will come definitely again.

I am sorry to give this a negative review however some things are unacceptable. My room had not been cleaned for four days leaving me with soiled towels, no coffee little toilet paper. When I pointed this out to reception was told I should have reported it to them! Sorry no information was relayed to me to do this.

I was amazed by this hotel as I paid a very low rate and quality was so high. Rooms looked new, very spacious and super clean.

I don't recommend very highly. I did book room for one night and left this bloody hotel after few hours. Come into this sadists room every time give me massive headache and as normal reaction increase my anger. I decide hide into bathroom to recude a pain and crew consider swith off celling vent... NEVER AGAIN This toxins and poisnes in air react strongly with brain function, overdose is cause of high and stroke

Great hotel, excellent service. I left a appliance in my room and the hotel found it, held it safe until I arranged a service to pick it up. Breakfasts were tasty and and very good food in the restaurant. We stayed in the suite which was very spacious and clean. Just a small suggestion to maybe supply the kitchen with some dish washing liquid, a sponge and a tea towel, since cleaning is only on request. 5 stars hands down, keep it up.

The hotel is nice and clean but nothing special. The rooms is small and the tap in the bathroom is very annoying as it's close to the sink edge and makes washing your hands troublesome as it all flows outside of the sink and makes everything wet The amenities in the room are adequate (lamps, safe, TV, desk, kettle.. Etc)

Great location, directly in the city center. Modern Hotel with good rooms. Nice service. Only thing is that it was not easy to park, because the park house is full at the weekend. But you can park directly on the street. In total it was cheaper with the parking automat. We will come back for sure.

Very tight "superior room". I've been in bigger caravans. There is huge balcony, where can watch about wall of the next building. Noise insulation of the room is very poor and all can enjoy of all sounds from the street. When people in the next room close the door, the walls of my room vibrate. Here is not minibar, closets but only very thigh bathroom 200 € of this room is absolutely tooooo much.

I didn't like this hotel. Only breakfast was quite OK but rooms are not so good. Small, tiny, no wardrobe. Problem with A/C, heating. Price was quite attractive but probably for the same you can get much better deal. They have own parking for 60 pln / day. Location is also good, 5 minutes walk from main Old Town Square.

Best customer service, We paid for superior room, we had a large room with a great view in the 5th floor, after a power cut we were moved from the 5th floor with a great view to the 3rd floor to a smaller room overlooking an abandoned car park and the neighbour's window. And yes, no one helped us move our stuff, we did it ourselves. As the beds have only one pillow (not good one btw), we asked for extra pillows, and they brought two small pillows without pillowcase.

Amazing stay in your hotel! My meetings in the conference centre as well has been seamless. Special mention to Magdalena, Martin, Alexandra and all the receptionists have been wonderful in their service and attention to details. Food, in particular the salmon is delicious!

A decent hotel with friendly staff and good location. It is the budget end of the Radisson chain so do not expect miracles, but neither will your wallet be harmed.

Extremely kind and attentive staff and a great location. Amazing breakfast and fair price for the stay and also the restaurant. The rooms were very clean and the bed was amazing. Only complain would be the loudness of people in other rooms infiltrating mine.
