Terrible
experience
from
the
very
start.
I
have
travelled
a
lot
and
stayed
in
many
hotels,
but
this
has
to
be
the
worst
possible
experience
I've
had.
Starting
with
the
most
aggressive,
arrogant,
rude
and
ignorant
man
we
encountered
during
check-in.
He
completely
ruined
our
stay
and
it
took
a
look
of
patience
for
us
to
deal
with
him.
This
is
not
what
you
expect
from
an
overpriced
hotel.
After
such
an
encounter
we
stayed
away
from
the
hotel
as
much
as
possible,
as
the
unfriendliness
and
rudeness
of
the
owner
made
us
want
to
leave.
We
explored
the
surrounding
lake
area,
however
this
is
a
long
walk
away
and
not
easy
to
do
as
there
is
no
way
to
cross
the
busy
road
directly.
It
involves
walking
further
away
to
the
main
traffic
lights
and
crossing
from
there.
Then
you
have
a
walk
through
the
park
to
reach
the
lake.
For
anyone
wishing
to
stay
close
to
the
lake
as
we
wanted
to
do,
I
advise
finding
somewhere
else
closer
and
without
terrible
customer
customer
service.
In
the
evening
loud
music
was
played
until
late
in
the
hotel
and
stopped
us
from
getting
any
sleep
until
late
at
night.
It
was
a
relief
to
leave
the
hotel
early
in
the
morning
and
such
a
shame
to
waste
our
money
there.
Please,
please
avoid
this
place!!
Don't
have
a
horrible
experience
like
we
had!!
