In the center of the old town,very friendly and helpful staff and the benefits inside the room are many. You can have anything you want. Clean towels,toiletries and many maps and brochures for the city. It is very clean with vintage furniture. I really liked it and undoubtedly I will stay here again,in a future visit in Poznan.

Awesome and quaint! The plushest towels I have ever used in a hotel. Super clean rooms, A/C in the room, skylights throughout the room on the 3rd floor were fantastic. Unique interior throughout, highly recommended!

Pros: Beautiful hotel and very elegant. Very clean room, beautifully decorated. Air conditioned. Nice and friendly staff. Free bottled water. Bathrobes, slippers, mini cosmetics together with toothbrushes, shoe polish, mini tour guide / magazine. Just next to the Old Town with lovely pubs and restaurants. Cons: Internet although free is quite poor (not able to watch YouTube). The room does not have a safe or any other lockable cubboard, no tea making facilities, nor iron with an ironing board. The breakfast is paid and you have to go to the cafe next door, it is good but nothing special (basically not worth the price). Restricted street access, therefore taxi can't drop you in front of the hotel and walking with a heavy suitcase even 200m ia not a joy. No lift, so same as aforementioned. In summary: I would recommend for a short visit.

This rating is only about the restaurant. I have not been inside the hotel. We had a very good starter: Chlodnik, a cold soup, ideal for a warm summers eve. The chlodnik was excellent and of very good quality. The main course was sturgeon filet coming with a risotto. The fish was again very good. But the risotto was not ready-cooked, the rice too hard. This provided that whoever prepared the meal did not season the side dish, otherwise he would have noticed. The wine we ordered was good, but it was served too warm (even though we had explicitly told the waitress to have it served properly chilled). We had some ice added to the wine cooler and that did the trick after some 15 minutes. The waitress was very friendly but had not been shown before how to open a bottle with her professional wine waiter corkscrew. We did, so she learned something new that evening. Apparently wine is not the drink people usually choose at this place. The main course took an hour to be served but to be fair this has been told to us from the start. They only have one single toilet for the whole restaurant. The overall experience was good. But for aplace like that I would have expected some more professionality.

This is a small tidy hotel, very comfortable and quiet, nicely furnished and few meters from the old town square

Great atmosphere and close to the city center. I recommend it for young people, being without elevator might make me persuade some senior travelers
