0-stars hotel, terrible. Stayed for 2 nights, got a room with busy street view and poor sound insulation - enjoy trams screechy noises. Cold in the room, cracks in the ceiling, mold on the leaky shower head. Got the room changed - a large group checking-in at midnight, room doors are banging that high so you jump on your bed - reception ignores completely. Never Ibis, got next stay with them cancelled.

The place has an amazing location and great service. But the rooms themselves don't have sound isolation and the area and tenants are really loud. Makes it very difficult to sleep.

Nice spacious room and comfy bed with basic bedding, not that much furniture in the room. A few instant coffee and tea bags are provided in the room. However when I asked the reception for a classic black tea bag as it wasn't provided in the room he simply said " go to the bar" meaning buy one! I expected ibis to be more generous with their guests as I've experienced overseas.

Awesome breakfast with super kind waitstaff! One of the servers was soooo humble and kind, which is rare! Room was clean; elevators were quick. Hotel located in short walking distance to downtown! Excellent stay!!!!

Very nice hotel, with polite and helpful staff. Clean and well equipped room. The best thing is the breakfast, never saw so rich and diverse options to choose. Excellent location in the city. Totally recommended.

Stayed here for 3 days. It is very cheap and comfortable compared to Novotel (I had to "upgrade" to Novotel for one more day because there was no room available at Ibis. Novotel room was very dirty, had old furnitures and was very expensive although they are in the same building, what a scam)

Quite depressing rooms in dark colours. It looks like the rooms were refurbished on budget a while ago and is still missing ome maintenance. The reception area shared with Novotel Hotel is really nice. Good service at the reception desk! Perfect, central location with a shopping mall and restaurants just across the road! In total Hotel is just OK. You can find better hotels in Poznan within the same price range.

This hotel is the best Ibis I've ever stayed in. Not like your typical Ibis hotela. Lovely hotel, stayed for 3 nights. I was in room 511. Really big and comfortable. The bed was really good and had great sleep. Water station located in the corridor or the 5 floor. This was really handy and there was also complimentary bottles of water in the room. The room was spotless and really comfortable. Quiet room. Stayed with family, my brother and my father, both of whom had identical rooms aswell on the same floor. Breakfast was amazing. Loads of choice. Loved the scrambled egg, the cooked to order omelette and the waffles. All staff extremely friendly, from check in to bar and restaurant staff. Had dinner here 2 nights. I had the pasta with prawns, would definitely recommend. Really good location. Right b side big shopping center, 3 min walk to tram lines. And 10 min walk to old square. Taxi from airport took 20mins and cost 40pln and to airport cost 55pln. There is computer in the reception area which you can use for 20mins free. This made check-in for our flight really easy and there is a printer also. Very good hotel , highly recommend.

+ the room and hotel itself is nice, location perfect but breakfast is too expensive for what you get - on our second day we were sleeping when other guests came into our room. We went to the reception and asked what happened and the brunette woman, around 40ish said „i booked other people on your room, well I can make mistakes too“ and that’s it. Then in the evening our door lock stopped working. Two different staffs told us they will repair it in the morning, but they didn‘t repair it until we ckecked out. We always had to ask someone to let us in with the masterkey. Last but not least, we did get one orange juice as an apology by the (I believe) manager (quite young, blong hair) but that was it. The other staff wasn‘t even friendly. In fact most of them were a little rude. Won‘t stay here again unfortunately because the service isn‘t justified

Room and service was decent. Bit of a noise from the construction site next to the hotel but nothing serious. Very good winestop restaurant. Bit on an expensive side, but great location.

The rooms get very hot, you can’t open the windows yourself. Had to request housekeeping staff to open windows and they only allow it for 30 minutes.

The service was horrible. When we are waiting in line, the front desk took care of customers who came after us. When we encountered the front desk, they don’t speak in English at all so my boyfriend has to communicate with them in Polish. Since this is 3 star hotel, I expected the people at the front desk would be able to communicate in English to give bare minimum service. The room smells smokey so that I thought somebody smoked cigarette before in the room in my first thought. The room location was horrible because it was noisy. I wouldn’t recommend to stay this hotel, especially non-Polish speakers.

Dead basic but does the job if you just want a good night's sleep and nothing else. Windows don't open and the Aircon is set to freezing 24/7 and the controls in the room are completely disabled, keeping us far too cold in the night and wasting untold greenhouse emissions in the day. We would have been far better off with no Aircon and an open window. Pay just a few zlots more and you'll find a dreamy charming spot on Airbnb on the main square well in the same price range.

Stayed there for 2 nights. The location is very central. Quite a big hotel with 16 floors. Just 2 mins walk to Stary Browar shopping centre. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Hotel staff are nice as well and can also speak in English which is good for English speakers. Would recommend to everyone.

Unusual concept of 2 hotels in one building, in the lower floors are the ibis rooms (3 stars hotel), in the upper floors the Novotel rooms (4 stars hotel), reception and everything else is used by hotel guests of both hotels. Overall we liked the ibis hotel, the staff and service was good, the location next to the shopping center is great, the train station and the city center are also within walking distance. Unfortunately, the rooms are badly soundproofed and the rooms facing the main street are very noisy because you can hear the tram as well as the traffic. Breakfast for 75 PLN per person is not cheap, but ok for what is offered.

Great stay, very spacious room, comfy beds and brilliant breakfast! It is definitely offering more than regular Ibis and the quality is better than any other Ibis I ever stayed at. Well done! Keep it that way!

Our room was minimal yet stylish, spacious but without a mini fringe or a safe for personal items like jewelry, money or passports. That is a problem for a 3 star renovated hotel. Bed was nice, bathroom small but functional. The food was also good, brakfast was lovely but there were not so many options at dinner, however everything was fresh and well cooked. Stuff is polite. There is also a nice bar at the lounge area, it serves snacks, alcohol and juice at normal prices. A big mall is just next to the hotel.

This hotel has a decent location and the underground parking is a plus. However, the rooms are dated, cold, have no sound insulation and are not the cleanest (clumps of hair in the bathroom was not a nice surprise)! Breakfast was very average to say the least too. There are definitely better options in Poznan!

I stayed here for a weekend with eight other friends. Perfect location, nice rooms, and comfortable beds, but most important was the super helpful staff. Helped us with the missing key cards in the middle of the night without complaining, and still smiling. Thank you, Ibis staff & management

A modern hotel that feels like it's only recently been opened, including being very clean. It shares the same building as the Novotel with one reception for both. Handily located between the train station - under a 15 min simple walk - and the town - about 15 mins walk to the central square, as well as being close to bus and tram stops.

Comfortable and spacious room for a good price. Wish there was a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room.

I wanted to give it a 5 star rating, but some slovenian jacka*s tried to steal my wallet in front of the hotel and tried to sell me a fake parfume just to see my wallet, so it needs a bit extra security in front of the hotel. Apart from that, great services

Modern and central. 200zl a night - walking distance to city centre.. Carpark 75zl for 24h but on weekend on the street (if you find space) is free - small advice that behind the hotel is space for 6 cars - worth to check. Rooms - good size, comfortable beds.. Overall I would stay again. Ps ask for room above 3 floor of great view.
