Very nice hotel in central poznan. The hotel looks great , with a really good breakfast . It also has a restaurant below that's amazing . The rooms.were clean and we'll presented with a great tv. The only negatives would be lack of facilities Mainly In the room we had No kettle Iron or iron board . The bathroom was very dark with a small mirror. Otherwise highly recommend

The hotel was wonderful. In a nice area, close to the nicest places, the square, the mall, the buses, the bistros... Elegant, clean and quiet. Everything you need for a relaxed vacation, even with 3 kids in the room! The stuff was very discreet and helpful every time we needed them. Definitely a come back!

Surprisingly good for a *** hotel. If they had a gym or sauna they’d be **** hotel. Rooms are clean and hotel is very well located in Poznan. Good breakfast, good / ok coffee and walking distance to many good restaurants around. Can recommend the Bavarian around the corner, bit posh but good food. Will stay here again when and if I come to Poznan again. Got 5* review from me since I was positively surprised about the quality a 3* hotel can have.

I arrived at this hotel after a very long day of traveling. I got to my room and I got a room with twin beds when I clearly booked a double bed (I am quite tall, I often don't fit in a regular bed). The guy at the reception was incredibly unhelpful and just laid a paper in front of me in Polish to say that it is subject to availability. Well you subject to availability just got you one star buddy!

Parking was a tragedy. Paid parking is 80 zloty and you can't pay for anything than that for overnight stay. City parking - almost impossible to find and you have to have coins to pay into parking machine (no cards or banknotes).

Just a Nice hotel. Perfect location, clean rooms, good airconditioning, comfy beds. Only thing that dan be changed is the friendliness of the staff, which is average but not amazing. Didn’t really like te shower, small showerhead.

Awesome hotel, very close to center. Staff was very attentive and professional to all of our needs. Rooms were updated and well-kept. Soap in a bottle was a nice touch for hand washing. Loved the traditional Italian styling throughout.

I was a little disappointed with this hotel after the raving reviews it has and it was recommended by locals. The airport transfer didn't pick me up from the airport, they mixed up my reservation, they charged me twice for the room but then reversed the payment. The rooms are clean and at 3 star level. Beds are comfy, blackout curtains would be nice. Well located in the centre of town but this comes with noise of young revellers at all hours of the night/morning. The walls are really thin so you hear everything from even talking in the next rooms, beside and above. The staff are nice and the breakfast is ok.

The location is perfect, it's a street parallel to a beautiful market square of Poznan. The personel is really helpfull. The inside is really nice, classy but with a modern touch. The room is clean, modern and most important the bed is really comfortable. So in my opinion the prices/quality is really good. Recommend this hotel to others!

Nice, eclectic hotel in a middle of town centre. Close to all facilities needed. Hotel got restaurant and pub. If you travel by car you can arrange private parking close to hotel. Highly recommended for short or long stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, clubs then look no further. Hotel Palazzo is where you want to be, however I only gave 3 stars cause of the noise level from the outside of the hotel due to all of the bar, restaurant and club patrons. The hotel does provide ear plugs.

Even though this hotel is very close to the square market it was super quiet to sleep at night. Room is very nice and comfy. Breakfasts are 3/5 score.
