We chose this hotel as a family one-night getaway. Since we have two small children, we chose this hotel specifically for the pool and called the night before to make sure everything was open. They told us the jacuzzi was closed but the pool was open, which was okay with us. Upon arrival we were told that the pool is always closed in the afternoon. It's only open in the morning (before check-in) or after 8pm. Also, there weren't enough towels in the bathroom, and when we asked if we could get a couple more, we were told only if we have money... But by far the worst was the VERY VERY DIRTY ROOM. The beds were an atrocity (see pictures). We found a dozen different HAIRS on the STAINED mattress. What hotel doesn't have mattress covers??? It also looked like the floor under the beds hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Everything in the room (remote control etc) was grimy. It would have been bad for even a cheap roadside motel. But for an allegedly 4-Star Hotel that rivals the price of the one of the great hotels in downtown Warsaw...? Never again.

Arrived from UK. Stayed nearly for 2 days due my business trip. I can strongly recommend this hotel because its not far away from Airport, clean and professional staff. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi very good. And restaurant excellent! They speak English as well.

Nice hotel, clean room, great swimming pool area and saunas. Service was also great except for wellness - massage was terrible, nothing in common with massage frankly speaking, the lady just spreading the oil across the body. But the place overall is absolutely perfect for a couple or family

my favourite hotel to stay in when we pass through in Poland. accommodating for pets, wonderful area, good rooms with AC, a swimming pool, massage options AND incredible food. we always eat impeccably here and i absolutely recommend the restaurant. absolutely recommend the regatta tea, it is so delicious.

Wonderful spa, good restaurant, GREAT service! I stayed in this hotel with my kids on a road-trip. The price was fantastic, and the spa facilities were a great way to relax and recharge. Sauna, hammam, small pool, jacuzzi and relaxation areas all included in the price. Dinner in the restaurant was really really good, though probably best to avoid the children's menu - better order from the adult menu (the prices are reasonable, and the food was much better). The staff was very friendly, and very helpful. I accidentally left my camera bag in the room, and they were very kind and helpful in getting it shipped to me. It's outside of Poznan, so you MUST have a car to stay here. Ample free parking. Highly recommended.

Top design decor and location. Nobody smiles at you - waiters, receptionists, cleaning staff. They wouldn’t serve tap water. I booked at last minute - yet was not informed there would be wedding reception over weekend, restaurant and bar closed. Food very expensive yet mediocre. Strange place. They serve gin tonic in whisky glass, no lemon.

Made a booking but missed the info that the spa was being refurbished. The hotel very kindly waived the cancellation fee, even on such short notice. Will definitely book again next time I'm in the neighbourhood.

Very modern and new facility, excellent service, great on site restaurant. Stayed there over a week in summer of 2014. Great meeting room for a few or a whole crowd, with onsite restaurant and bar services. I plan to visit perhaps even this summer. Tomasz

This place is outstanding. If you're in Poznan on business, visiting with family or just stopping by, Regatta hotel is the perfect choice. A short Uber or taxi ride from the airport, Regatta hotel is located a stones-throw from the tranquil shores of lake Kiekrz. The hotel is modern and stylish, the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and immaculate with the most comfortable beds. The restaurant has a contemporary design and boasts an impressive menu. The highlight for me was the good variety of steaks, all beautifully presented on sizzling hot black lava stones and served with all the trimmings. Breakfast is self-serve buffet style with an excellent choice to suit any palate (the poached eggs, perfect!) The bar area is elegant with a good choice of beers, wines and spirits. The pool and spa is very stylish, again with a contemporary style and chilled ambiance. Have a work out, a massage, a swim in the warm pool, and then relax in the jacuzzi. Everything on our visit here was perfect and I can only highly recommended a stay here. Oh, and the staff are very friendly and helpful too!
