Haven’t even stayed yet, as I am checking in after reception hours but I was sent very detailed instructions on how to check in WITH photos at every step so I’m not left guessing in a new place I’ve never been. Mate if thats not tip top customer service helping out a weary traveler I don’t know what is!

One of the best place to stay in Poznan. Is formally called "hostel" but i can confirm that it's more like an small Hotel. Located in the city center, 10 min walking from old town Rooms, mattresses and pillows are great super comfortable. Toilets are extremely clean.. Something super important for me. Reception ladies are amaizing, super friendly and helpful. I was able after the check out to leave the suitcases. And before travel in the afternoon, after a long day walking in the sun, the lady allowed me to take a shower before travel. Small details make this "hostel" an Amaizing place to stay I will go back for sure. Thanks a lot

I honestly do not give reviews before I have finished staying. But the ‘hostel’ have left such a wonderful impression I just had to. First up, it’s standard and quality reminds you of a hotel and not a hostel. The staff are friendly , enthusiastic and very helpful . The staff are very attentive and are happy to help - such as when I requested for a bigger towel. Place is spotlessly clean and well furnished. Love the hanging racks and wardrobe fittings. The owner replies messages so quickly and regularly and has helped me so much for my booking. Planning to try the hostel’s pizza place tomorrow so will edit my review to update it. There is nothing to fault this place except maybe have a double bed option - because as a solo traveller - the twin beds doesn’t make much sense 😳 The much raved pizza place was close when I planned to try it due to a power failure very sad :( but maybe next time if I ever return to Poznan thank you cinema hostels!

The Hostel was very clean. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. I had a semi private room on the ground floor, which was very convenient. There was locked, off street parking in front of the Hostel. The location felt very safe and secure. The shower was excellent with strong water pressure. There was no AC in the room, but there was a nice fan. I was surprised to see a TV in the room.

Good motel but to early check out at 11 and if you want to extend they want extra pay, the toilets are a catastrofy, people can se each other inside and they are only 3-4 toilets in first floor some of them you cant use 😳

The coldest place in the town. I recommend you to warm up a bit before guests' check in. The conditioner was turned on heat mode, but that brings no value. Besides that, electricity disappeared from time to time. Couldn't call to the reception, because it was after its closing. The location is great, so it is a nice place for one night, but only in the warm season.

Decent room, quality price ok

First of all , the staff is very very nice, comprehensive, helpful, Location is central near everything We think that there are few small details in the bedroom that can be improved to make the experience perfect Prices are very good

I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5! This place is formally called "a hostel" but the service is close or even superior to some hotels. The place is spotless, it's really clean! The equipment is solid, everything is pleasure to use, everything screams "the owners love and take care of me"! The rooms are nice and comfortable, my room was warm, tastefully decorated, the mattress was comfortable and I had everything I needed! The owner, his daughter and the staff are simply legendary! In addition to being sweet and polite, they also paid attention to details and served us as if we were paying 500 EUR a day. For example, I asked them to turn on the heating in our room prior to our arrival because I had a health issue that made my life hard in cold environments. Needless to say that the room was warm and ready when we arrived after midnight! And this was just one of the numerous examples. These people really deserve a big and sincere THANK YOU from me and my family for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable! Don't hesitate for even a second and book a room with them if you happen to visit this beautiful town. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention! The ambient music playing in public areas was also fantastic and tasteful! Just book it, seriously. ;)

Stayed for 1 night Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and very clean, great location. And they also have a pizza place😋 Definetly will come back!

Good concept unfortunately the staircase could be cleaner. The mattress in the room felt old (can feel the springs) and was therefore uncomfortable

Clean rooms, tiny kitchen but well equipped. Nice location. Not quite a place for socializing with other guests though.

I had a very bad experience in this place. Although the rooms look nice, the safety issues have not been considered seriously. There was a bare wire in my room and because we have a kid, I asked the reception to make sure the wire is safe ( I asked 3 times just to be sure) and every time they told me that it was safe and that there was no power in the wires. Then just to make sure that my son will be safe, I touched it and got an electric shock! There were also other issues with the curtains in the room, but this one was sufficient to change my hotel. And at the end they told me that they will return all the money that I had spent, but they did not pay back the parking fee that I paid for 24 hours and did not use it.

Amazing place! The reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Delicious pizza 🍕 delivered to the room. On site parking. Other than that Poznan is a beautiful place to spend a night.

Nice place. Fantastically located and near many attractions. The rooms were simple and nice and very spacious. Currently undergoing some renovations but nothing disruptive. The kitchen had everything you need including a washer and dishwasher. Our only issue was that the room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a 'non-smoking' room. All in all, a decent place for a short stay for a couple or family.

First of all I want to say that "the hostel is very clean". The owner of the hostel is a kind and helpful person. Location is good and near the center of Poznan. You can directly communicate with the owner for getting better prices. Recommended 👍

Clean, comfortable, nice smell upon entering the reception! There is free coffee and water in the common kitchen/activity area. Would definitely go back.
