The room what we received had multiple issues. The mini fridge was working in the room, but not cooling the items inside. We raised that issue in the reception, but they figured out that the outlet which is providing electricity was not working. They plugged it into a new outlet and added a card to provide power to the room 0-24. We raised the issue again that the problem is that the fridge is on, but not cooling the drinks and food, but the answer was that this is not a fridge just a cooler so we should not expect anything. The shower head was missing the inner pieces and it was splashing water all over when you tried to take a shower. The room itself felt overused and under maintained. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. All in all I have mixed feelings about the quality of service which was provided.

The rooms are slightly used but with nice furniture. There was only polish television, so for non polish speakers a bit difficult. But the city has enough to offer for the explorers. The price was great and the breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately the entire city seems to be under construction at the moment. Recommended.

Where to start. $40 room, top floor, king or queen? Bed. Big balcony. Check out 12:00 without request. Free breakfast till 10:00 with amazing selections until 10:00. 1 block from city center (square). Parking garage if needed. Just wow

Excellent central location to the centre of Poznan and the old square. We had breakfast included with our stay which was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful decorated with a ceramic tile finish to all floors. The bathroom was very clean and a good selection of bottles were offered. My only complaint is the single poor bedding pillow. 2 pillows would have made my sleep more comfortable. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

A amazing clean hotel. Rooms great size. Bathrooms clean well stocked.. Breakfast is not to suit West Europeans but coffee is excellent as is the bread selection. Check in was fast after 2pm. The bar man called Chris was wonderful and should be a tourist guide. Everywhere he told us about was Exellent. All in all a wonderful hotel we want to visit again

Stayed there only for 2 nights over the weekend so can't really say a lot about this hotel. But it was nice experience. Friendly receptionists, quite good choice of food for breakfast and I had really huge room with big kingsize bed and big bathroom :)

I was staying at this hotel a year ago and it was fantastic - the best experience (service, location, view, facilities and more). Recommend on 100% 🙌🏻

Very nice accommodation in a great location, big rooms, good views and large windows that open for some air. Nice toiletries and very clean, would visit again.

Nice hotel, big rooms, breakfast was good. However not being maintained, a few things broken and not fixed. Overall, OK. But not great.

Great central location for Poznan, right by the lovely pedestrian street. After a long day getting to Poznan it was a relaxing and inviting room, modern European. I was already happy with the place when I woke up, but then I was blown away with the breakfast. We came at nearly the end but it was still delicious and I do not overstate when I say it was a highlight of my trip. I will go back for sure, and you will see me loving the breakfast. Staff was always very friendly and accommodating to my limited Polish. Awesome hospitality and a great value of a stay while in Poznan!

Great location! We stayed in one of the small rooms which was totally fine. If we would have noticed in advance that the price difference between the bigger ones and the small ones is not too big we would have chosen a big one - they are - they are very spacesous. Breakfast: only if included in the room, otherwise too expensive. Upside: very nice deserts, and great strawberry drink nicely served in a small jar. Downside: food stays for several days on the buffet.

Great hotel in Poznań. They prepared a baby bed for my baby (he loves it!). Room was clean and cozy, even the trams are running near the hotel. What I love the most was their breakfast! It was not typical western style buffet, the foods were so fancy! Really recommend this hotel.

Would recommend this hotel, for the reasonable price we had such a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was superb. We brought two dogs, they accommodated us so well. There is a grass square just outside the hotel perfect for a short walk with the dogs. The parking garage was phenomenal, safe and spacious. The staff was wonderful, super helpful and kind. The breakfast we had was a solid 10/10.

Very nice place in the city center: walkable distance from the main station. Rooms are large, clean, and nice. Some - as mine - have spectacular view. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good. Generally good place for a few days stay in Poznan.

We had a large one bedroom “apartment” and the extra space was most appreciated. However, the furniture and fixtures are old and in dire need of replacement. There is an underground garage that met our needs and that we enjoyed. The reception personnel were wonderful!

We had a large room for relaxing and a large bedroom, we stayed over the weekend so there was noise from outside, the stay was comfortable and the breakfast and staff were great. Maybe an upgrade to a smart TV would be nice. Central position for Poznan and what it has to offer.

Amazing breakfast, great room, efficient staff and very reasonably priced - what more could you ask? I booked for just one night and ended up staying for three nights.

Very lovely hotel for the price, an extensive breakfast selection. Our room was on the top floor and was beautiful but had a very small bathroom, someone larger may have struggled to squeeze onto the loo as the sink was right in front. Central location. We would definitely come again!

It could be a nice 3-star hotel. Its obvious that nobody invested to rooms for quite a long time everything is cheesy. Service is nice, but it could be better. Hampton next door would be better choice.

ALL of the taff was very nice and very helpful Hotel well located 2 min from heart of the city and 5 min from the biggest mall Breakfast was tasty too Price of the room is very good Maybe the furniture and decoration may need a little update

Nice hotel and good breakfast. First time I had a really nice, larger room. All was great. This time I had a really narrow long room. I could hardly walk past the bed, but then the other end of the room had a lot of open space. It was a strange layout. The location is very nice in a more historic area and close to some nice restaurants.

The rooms are spacious and pretty, especially considering the very reasonable prices. BUT: the breakfast room is way (!) too small. When we tried to get a table, there was a queue of approx. as many people waiting outside as seated inside. That’s not really acceptable. One of our large towels was full of mascara as well.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the old square, shops, and restaurants. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Wonderful and unique variety of foods including smoothies, meats, cheeses, and even cake! Highly recommend for your stay in Poznan.

Nice modern hotel, clean and good conscious service. The single rooms are a bit small and the location in the city center cause lots of noise outside. But rooms have active but silent ventilation and air conditioning. The dinner is very nice. I personally missed rolls and bacon but what u get there is worse a try. I also enjoyed the coffee. Service is friendly and a small parking garage is available. It takes a bit the get into the elevator and might ask at reception to get access but then they Reserve a parking space for you. They are charging extra for the parking.

Everything is fine: very clean, polite staff, delicious breakfast (nowadays not a buffet because of corona, but you can still choose what you would like to have). There is also a bath! But we had negative experience with the noise: it comes both from outside and from other rooms, you can hear everything happening around. But we enjoyed our stay!
