Very nice rooms and decent breakfast.

Outstanding location (ask for 4th floor facing street for atmospheric views of Old Town rooftops). Solid breakfast, tasty and filling. Good tech (room access, Wi-fi, induction cooker). Lovely shower. One suggestion to owners - the lovely oak staircase needs handrails on the outside of the spiral - the tread is too narrow on the inside to use handrail on the side. Potentially dangerous.

Unfortunately the pictures are no where close to reality. The floors were squeezing whenever you walk, the towels were dirty, we had no receptionist to welcome us when we reached. When we called to ask to bring clean towels and toilet papers they responded: "this not a hotel room that you have booked but an apartment"... The name litteraly says "Aparthotel"... Only advantage of this place is its location

Did not provide me with a bill to expense even though asked for several times.

Appartement is ok, it looks a bit tired, stuff is broken or poorly repaired. Pictures were very fancy but the actual look of it is different. The matress needs to be replaced, I can usually sleep anywhere but this thing was torture. Location is top.

Nice decor, owner is polite. God breakfast.

Clean, close to centre, facilities adequate. Unless you plan on cooking a 3 course meal.

Nice appartment, especially if you like soft beds. The location was great, it was clean and easy to check in. Unfortunately, the wifi wasn't really working that great. The cutlery was a bare minimum, but a great fridge.

Payed a few bugs extra for a "deluxe appartment" , and if this is the deluxe version I don't want to see the regularly ones. Shower broken, uncomfortable bed, no clean room etc. Not a good place, in my point of view.

It's a very nice little apart-hotel. Newly renovated. Nice room and bathroom. Very nice staff. Breakfast is simple, but very good with fx homemade omelette. The hotel has perfect location. Worst thing is the awful bed and awful pillow. Not for disabled - no elevator

The room was clean, but it need some renovation, new furnitures, the sofabed was terrible to slepe in. The service was not so good in the breakfast restaurant, the staff there was rude and not smiley. The owner was very friendly.

Very nice place to stay in the heart of the old town in Poznan.

Very happy with the stay at Aparthotel Wodna, rooms are really nice and location is perfect, close to the pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.

+ good location just by the town centre, clean room, WiFi - very noisy , you can hear sounds from other rooms and the street, wall isolation seems essential - no breakfast in price - no room cleaning or new towels/toiletries, if you run out that’s that.... quite bad taking the price - beds rather cheap with not comfortable mattresses - not very personal place, have not seen staff once - no cutlery in the kitchenette

Ideally located for shopping and sightseeing. Room was a lot smaller that the impression given by advertisement. If you're out of shape or have loads of luggage, I would not recommended as there are 4 large flights of stairs to ascend to reach the apartments. Breakfast provided next door at Molecular bar between 10am & 12noon so fairly late for most.

1.Mail them, when you want your room to be cleaned. 2.There is no 24 hour reception and need to wait till 11.00. 3. Location is good. 4. The Pub near it, Napiwek Pub, is really good.

Excellent as always. Stayed numerous times before and will continue to do so in the future.
