I stayed there for 3 nights. Rooms are nice, however walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything what is outside. I love that service in reception is available all the time and that there is a kitchen, where you can have tea or coffee anytime. It is 0.5h by walk from the town centre, so location is great.

A great place to rest for a few days in Poznań. The Breakfast was diverse and tasty. People at the reception are very kind and helpful :)

The room was not luxury nor improved quality as stated on website, nor it was an apartment, just a slightly bigger room. Very cold with full heating on, child had to sleep with clothes on. No wardrobe facilities or shelving in the whole room. No teas and coffees, just available in the basement 3 floors lower. Reception team not interested in customer just wanted tonfollow the rules, rather than keep customer happy. Do not reccomend

Nice reception, breakfast available. Unfortunately: broken beds, smelly bathroom, lack of elevator/bellhop, lack of room service. For the low price... Works :D

Just don't go there... This hotel or residence looks like a prison inside out. No Air conditioning in the rooms and not even a mini fridge. We didn't like our room since we checked it but the management didn't do anything about it. They simply don't care. When I told the receptionist that I'm going to write a negative review, she said I'm threatening her! She made me feel like I'm some kind of criminal only because I didn't like the place and I want to comment about it. The breakfast was so poor, we checked out as soon as we woke up and had breakfast in a different place. The beds are so tiny like miniatures, ai couldn't even turn from a side to another. Horrible!! The location is I don't know where but nothing is around us, there's nothing to do in the hotel or near the hotel. The rooms are old, bedsheets are old, towels are old. There's literally not a one single thing that I liked there and I'll definitely not come!

Rather disappointed with this hotel, at first glance, the hotel is very pleasant, an authentic side emerges from this old renovated hotel, it is obvious that significant investments have been made to renovate this hotel. (electricity, surveillance cameras, music, decoration, atmosphere, etc.) The room provided to me was spacious and pleasant, a "walk-in" shower was also present. the reception staff are very pleasant and hospitable, especially the person when I arrived and the one who helped me contact the local police. Unfortunately, the behavior of some unruly guests is exasperating: a lot of noise in the middle of the night and a key stolen in the space of less than a minute by the time I put my things in the room, I had to go to the reception and miraculously, the keys came back, hidden under a blanket. The room was also visited and someone obviously needed a lot of hair gels 😯 This is very problematic in the end and infuriating both for some unruly guests but also for the staff and owners of this establishment. I came here as a professional, giving my opinion is part of my job. Obviously, either I was targeted here or the neighborhood isn't the best it can be. missing in cash after verification, my rating goes to 1 Without problems 3,5/5
