This hotel is best to be avoided. After I booked a last minute room over the phone for a colleague the receptionist gave him a tiny little room with only a sofa bed when he arrived at 1am, the type of room not even listed on the hotel’s website ( 9m2 plus bathroom). Looks like they gave him a staff room ! Then she asked for more money to upgrade.

Fine burgers in the hotel's restaurant. Clean room, very kind staff. And the biggest bonus - spacious parking for hotel visitors.

Good choice to accommodate for a business trip in the city center of Poznan. It would be perfect if the swimming pool was open but there was a renovation in spa center. Park place. I recommend everybody.

Not far from the Railway station, cozy rooms, amazing breakfasts, friendly staff.

Quite convenient and clean hotel. Big parking place across the street. Breakfast set up was very good with various healthy choices. I lacked fresh fruit though. Rooms are comfortable. There is sauna, but limited to private entries only, thus it is very hard to get a reservation.

Ok but nothing more. We had a studio room which included sauna and jacuzzi. Sauna was out of order and hotel was unable to provide any compensation for this. A/C was basically not working on the top floor - was functional but was not cooling at all. We did raise this to the staff who checked and claimed that this is normal as A/C is not powerful enough to cool the top floor. Interesting, considering that their most expensive rooms are on the top floor. Another issue was the double bed. These It was actually 2 single beds pushed together. With 2 single mattresses and 1 thin double mattress cover. As a result, sleeping in the middle meant falling in the hole. On a plus side, hotel staff was very friendly and there was a large, free parking. Unfortunately the negatives are considerable. Hotel needs to consider buying actual double bed mattresses and improve the A/C. Without those investments it's not worth the money

Words cannot describe how incredibly unprofessional the front desk staff is at this hotel. The breakfast is, in polite words, mediocre. And the Burgers they serve seemed like they were half-cooked and underprepared. My friend recommended this hotel to me and I have to consider whether or not she recommended this place as a prank.

Its not bad. Limited parking at the front of the hotel, although parking is substantial across the road. Rooms are not bad but not as high quality as expected for the hotels.com reviews. Small rooms also but standard for the price you pay.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an utterly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a complete lack of hospitality. The staff's attitude was nothing short of disrespectful. It felt as though they had no regard for the guests' comfort and were disinterested in providing any assistance. It's essential for any establishment in the hospitality industry to treat guests with respect and courtesy, but sadly, this was not the case here. Their language and tone were far from what you'd expect when you're paying for a service. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they spoke in a manner that left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. It was as if they considered me a mere inconvenience rather than a paying guest. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and respectful stay. There are many other options available where you can expect to be treated with the respect and kindness you deserve as a guest. My stay here was a stark reminder that good service and a respectful staff can make or break a hotel experience. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodations.

Perfect choice for this price. If you travel by car you have a fairly big free parking lot, and from the hotel its only 10 minutes to the old town square by uber :) Exceptional breakfast! Rooms are ok, nothing fancy. Extra bonus with sauna and very tiny gym, always nice to have.

Nice, new, clean bussiness hotel, but in the dining area let the customers come in shorts, t-shirt, socks and plastic slippers ... too bad!

Booked this hotel especially for the sauna in my two days stay I could not use it because it’s only allowed one person per time I made the reservation and one time arrived. My reservation was not confirmed.

I didn't stay at the hotel I just used the steakhouse but I certainly have no complaints about that. I might try the hotel itself on another visit.

The room was very nice and its not too far from the centre. Parking is for free and breakfast was very delicious

The burger and the rib eye were very good. Fries also good. The taste of the coffee is specific and not everybody's taste. Service was very friendly.

This hotel ig going to be one of the best hotels in the next two years. The new remodeling pool and gym is going to been a great attractions. Beautiful, great food and customer services.

The hotel was about 15 minutes from the city center and was quie easy to find. The staff was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby also had a nice deko style with really tall palm trees standing in the lobby when you walk in. Would definitely recommend

All in all couldn't complain, clean average sized rooms, but definitely enough for two people. I would say if I would pick one thing that stood out I would say the beds, super comfortable and big. 5/5

The hotel staff are fluent in English which is a great relief when visiting for the first time and for people like me who don't know polish at all. The room was perfect. Amenities were excellent. I got a roadside room which has a nice view. The receptionist is really sweet, kind and helpful. I ran into some trouble with my card and she was very patient and helpful.

So. I always take a standard room with a large bed. On the downside, there is no dressing gown, if you want you have to pay 20 zl for it. Further from the hygiene products - only shampoo 1 and conditioner. Everything else is missing. For breakfast, a very small assortment.
