What an excellent hotel! I don't understand those who complain about the location; didn't they check it prior to booking? The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (the fruits didn't seem very fresh though), the room was small but functional and clean, and the WiFi worked well. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but they appeared friendly. The location is not central but is quiet and there are large supermarkets next-door. Bonus point that the management is responding to reviews, which is rare to see. I highly recommend this place as a stopover in Poznan.

From the first, initial call with the reception, I was welcomed with a friendly but professional approach. All interaction with any member of the staff was polite and on an exceptional level. I can highly recommend staying at Ibis Poznan Polnoc.

I am visiting for work during the Pandemic so the hotel is not fully open with respect to bar/ restraunt. However staff are all very friendly and helpful especially in the bar. You have to order drinks and food at the bar then take them to room. Despite this the hotel is new,clean and rooms are new clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Minuses: Parking is not free anymore! Showers does not have fans and very dark because there is no light on the top of it. Towel heater didn't work. Pluses: Very clean room, good low prices, private parking, very nice food in the restaurant. Hopefully small improvements will be made soon.

I’m sad when I arrived, because the first night the toilet can’t brush, after responding to from desk to ask to fix in the morning and come back in the 9pm, it is even worse!!!!damn, no one say sorry to me, just tell me new room is ready but I wake up in 1am I rather choose sleep damn. I will never forget ibis damn

Far away from the city center, breakfast "minimal" and low quality. Nice rooms (do not open the windows, it's plenty of flies..

Amazing hotel and amazing price per nighy. I really enjoyed to stay here. Their salmon in the menu was great. The only negativity with the location sadly.

location chosen because of nearby event i was attending, aldi and lidl just a few steps away anda few restairants avaialble as well. well connected to Poznan center and others. great breakfast. 2 negative: - it would be good to have at least a water boiler in the room - please put a garbage bin both in the room and toilet, not only a tiny one inthe toilet!
