The room was very spacious but lacked a bit in cleanliness (there were a few dirty spots on the floor, but nothing horrible), although cleaning ladies were polite and nice and gave me extra towels with a smile, so that's a plus. In general, staff was rather professional, so that was nice. A huge minus for us was the fact that they gave us room in a building with a broken elevator. I booked in advance and it was a booking for a family with a baby, so it's quite obvious that we would be having a stroller with us. So we constantly had to move that stroller up and down the stairs cause they also gave us a room at the very end of the building, so it would be a long walk with a heavy baby, way too uncomfortable. It was unfortunate that they didn't think of giving us some complementary desert, wine, or spa treatment as a way of apologizing for such huge inconvenience. Also they have a bit unfortunate design of spa center, with a stairs that are leading to swimming pool, it was a bit dangerous, especially without any alternative. When you are holding slippery baby and trying to walk up the stairs... well, not for everyone. Also, if I were traveling alone with my baby, I had no idea how I would get out of the swimming pool cause there weren't any easy entrances to relaxing swimming pool. I'm also not sure what would I do if I would be on wheelchair. So I'm leaving with mixed feelings about that hotel. 🙃

Owner drives a tesla and happily hogs a charging spot without even connecting. When asking him to make room for our 1% charge humanitarian convoy he stated he didn't care. Please share your feelings about his mindset

9.8. At 18:00 we met with very rude receptionist. There were 2 one was Paulina, whom we did not talked to, and the second one, who was taking “care of us”. She was very arogant, with rude approach. We have been told, that the difference in price was due to change, but the difference from booking site, was around 60 Euros, which is a lot. We have opted for different hotel, even tho, we liked your location and unfortunately, we are staying in different hotel called NH Hotel in the centre.

Very nice buidling and staff but: 1) all the room at the first floor has huge windows on the roof with no protection!!! Be ready to wake up when sun raise! 2) lights near the bed are ridiculous...no way to read in bed. Both things not possible in a 5 star!!

Amazing facility, with an excellent gym and pool area, stylish rooms with kitchenette, an exceptional collection of restaurants, and wonderful staff. Every morning I awoke well rested and eager to get to the Cucina breakfast. I understand their chef is Karolina. Her breakfast is top notch, tasteful, and well presented. Exquisite. The staff is the best in the business. This is my favorite place to stay.

City Park Hotel is the best place to stay in Poznan. You'll love it here. I sometimes go there for a night, even though i live in Poznan :-) Great management by the way!

The hotel is very nice, one of the nicest in town. Rooms arent very new and fresh but theyre size of 50sqm compensate every other thing. Pool and spa are good, clean and at the top floor of the residence building and looking at the town covered by snow makes it really nice. Maybe for first timers its a bit complicated because taxi left me at one entrance and i had to look for the reception in another building because that one was closed. it wasnt very easy to move with the baggages. Service a bit cold, nothing to make u feel welcome just a bunch of info regarding the hotel, that u can read in the room and then you are by your own.

Very nice, quiet, discret hotel The services are excellent and personal is very professional. The breakfast is amazing. The bartenders from Whisky Bar 88 will blow your mind.

Simply the best hotel in Poznan 🔥 with the nicest and very friendly staff! Thank you for looking after me so well, guys. You were amazing and made me feel like at home. Special thank you to Krzysztof and Natalia from the Reception and to the breakfast lady-chef @cucina88 😍 Thank you for accommodating all my dietary requirements and gor one of the best (fat free and so fluffy) scrambled eggs 🥚 Originally, I booked a classic room for my stay but due to some issues with the room Krzysztof upgraded me to a deluxe room in the main building. The room was very clean, very spacious and so well equipped. I loved a bed in my room! It was very comfy and big. Exactly like I love my bed to be :) I also loved the windows in my room. Not-usual shape, very stylish. The roof-window was an unexpected addition to the room, but very cool. Overall, very nice room 👌 The spa area... sooooo nice! I loved everything there, from the salt grotto to the pool. Also, very nice and friendly staff. I wish I could spend more time in the spa... Breakfast at Cucina88 was simply delicious! So many choices, even for someone like me. I'm on a special diet (lactose free and low fat). Nice interior design. Thank you again, guys, for everything! Can't wait to stay in your beautiful hotel again 😍 P. S. I travel a lot and I stayed in many hotels in Europe and USa, and I can definitely say that City Park Hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in.

Nice room's but very noisy and bright, do if you can't sleep under these conditions it's not s place for you. The general impression is! It could be so good but miss the last small details.

After tonight with Hit Casino. I would rate it a one. If a person of color don't eva eva eva go there. You will get the boot. Just go to Cristal Casino. So far it's ok there. Same tables etc. Actually City Park is Five Star, but to allow Hit Casino to be like that I would give them a negative 1 and charge almost 2100 USD for an apartment. Rather just REFRAD.

I have stayed here twice and can highly recommend staying in the main building and not the side building if possible. Main building is perfect but the side building has loud bass music pumping out regularly, on Friday night it went on till 3am, which is fine for a nightclub but a bit inconvenient for a hotel complex... The staff are brilliant and the choices of bars and restaurants are great. Just avoid the secondary building unless you enjoy being kept awake till the early hours of the morning.

If you are going to be in Poznan I highly recommend this hotel. The service is phenomenal, English is no problem, and food of every flavor is surrounding the complex. Very fine rooms and amenities. Still easy access to center and old Town via tram or rideshare, but a good night sleep is guaranteed.

Despite the fact that we’re the residents for a night we needed to pay for a parking 60pln - what a joke. Spa area is very poor, and frankly needs refurbishment. There were some loose tiles on the floor of the wet sauna 🙈 And there isn’t a jacuzzi. 5⭐️??? Nope I’ve only enjoyed the stay cos of the company I was with. Would not come back there.

Looks great Great area around Great food around But if you want to sleep at night do not use this hotel . Feels like you sleep over an discotheque. Loud music later then 1 am in the morning . No chance to sleep. Every tent on an highway will be better from the noice . If you want to spend the hole night awake , this is the right place. If you want to rest at night thinks twice before you book.

Super nice place - would love to come here also the next time with a proper time available. With a short visit you are not able to see much.

Very nice Arquitecture, big room, very clean. The service is a bit slowly but I think the are all same on Poland. I recommend it. Good price and good food.

So traveling thru Poznań, looking for a place to stay and hangout, I ended staying at Park Hotel and Residence and I have to say that this place is amazing, many restaurants and shops, they say is the richest part of the city. The rooms were comfortable and very modern. I recommend this place.

Rooms are great and big. Good pool and spa area. Surroundings with a lot of restaurants to offer I chose this hotel because of the electric charging station. what they have is only for Tesla… after discovering this in the check in, they asked me if I wanted to pay more to have a room upgrade… they should offer that since the information is not accurate and the closest functional charging station was 20 minutes away Btw don’t get an electric car… it’s only headaches

Love the design and the concept of this hotel is amazing. Just the hotel room is not like a quality of 5 stars hotel. (It was like a good standard apart-hotel.)

Making reservations for the SPA is a pure nightmare. Month before my planned visit I contacted reception in order to make a reservation, turned out that there is slot available but they need to contact manager and they will call me back, they never did. I called them back two weeks before planned trip and now it turns out that all timeslots are already booked.

I've made many professional trips to Poznan between 2017 and 2018. 9 out of 10 times I stayed at City Park and was never disappointed. I always had a spacious room in the building where the Ułan Browar is located. Flawless bathroom, nice kitchenette with microwave and fridge. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is perfect and the restaurants on site are all of excellent quality. It's recommended to reserve a table though. Neat little option for late arrivals, there's a Žabka shop right across the street which is open till 23:00.

Exceptional service! Professional staff ready to go extra mile and look after you. We travel a lot and we always stay in 5 star hotels and that's the very 1st one which deserves to get a review ! couldn't be more happy with their service. Special thanks for 2 Krzysztofs, both extra helpful polite and at their top game ! Once again thank you for your dedication in what you do ! From now on that is our Hotel in Poznan. A nice hotel located a little bit outside the city center, but with several restaurants in the same transformed old barracks. As in many hotels and restaurants in this country, the quality of the staff is not the best. E.g. waiter with a mask under his nose, nobody offered us tee or cofee when we ate breakfast but when I went to prepare tee, they informed me I was not allowed to do that, cleaning staff entered the lift leaving us waiting and so on.

Awesome staff! Spot on with spacious rooms, breakfast at La Cucina, the weight room is to COOL! I recommend this Hotel/Apartment to all! By the way, I’m staying in an Apartment; this apartment is so huge, you could easily fit a Family of 6. AWESOME perfume store located downstairs!
