Five Stars for the service and extensive local and world beer selection! No complaints there, the woman working was knowledgeable and friendly. Four stars however because there is no vegan food options except the Tomatoe Bruschetta. It was tasty, but it's very easy to have a vegan pizza option. My husband liked his Purple Monkey Pizza. The parking was very confusing too, I wasn't sure if we were suppose to pay or not (we did not pay). I liked the vibe and they have Cornhole and other games you can play. If I lived in the area I would come back 🥳.

We were hoping to find a craft beer in Costa Rica, not always an easy task. This place was a jackpot. An incredible number of beer options and a well traveled, knowledgeable owner. Then we had the pizza, WOW! I'm not usually a fan of thin crust, but this was amazing. Such quality ingredients and so many options. LOVED everything about Artisan Brew Pub!

Great pizza and a good selection of artisanal beers (plus some non-artisanal), coupled with a friendly service makes it a good experience. The negative point might go to covid desinfection process, specially being a food place I was expecting a better cleanup protocol.

If you're in Herdeia and want good beer and good food then this is the place to come. The owner is super nice and made me feel very welcome. Everyone there was friendly and fun. The pizza that I had was some of the best that I've had anywhere in the world. Don't miss this place; it's awesome!

Absolutely love this brew pub! The owner, Carolina, was so much fun to chat with. She's a very fascinating and well-traveled owner who knows her beer(s)! An unbelievable amount of beer choices are available. My husband and I shared a large pizza. We were able to choose the toppings for our half. I usually prefer my crust anywhere between pan tossed and very thick. These pizzas are made on very thin crusts. I was nervous and set my expectations accordingly. The pizza blew. me. away! It was almost like the crust wasn't necessary. The toppings were such high quality and created the most savory, fulfilling and filling meal. It's handicap friendly and just all around friendly service. We had such a great time with Carolina we completely forgot to pay. It felt like we were having dinner at our friend's house. She didn't realize it until we were almost to our car in the parking lot. We all had a good laugh and can't wait to return for more amazing beer and pizza. Thank you Carolina 🍻🍕❤️!

Great music, amazing draft and artisan beer. Delicious food, specially the pizza. The service is great too. Ideal for hanging with friends while having a good time. Is a bit expensive, given that the beers are imported mostly, but is worth.

Probably one of the best overall breweries in Costa Rica. I go there at least once a week. Whether it be after work, or after a sporting event nearby, I always make it a habit to stop by and have either a local brew, or one from another area. Their selection is awesome. I'm an IPA guy and they have overall the best selection. A plus is their pizzas. They have thin bred style pizzas that are awesome. Carolina will make you feel like home. If you are looking for strong IBU IPAs, Hazies, or regular beers, I strongly recommend it.

Wife and I just flew in for vacation and stayed one night in San Jose before heading to the coast and stumbled upon this great little place. Great place with an awesome selection of beer and the food is delicious. Got pizza and empanadas (weird combo, we know) and they were great and ended up crushing the whole meal. To top off the beer and food, the staff is incredible and friendly- highly recommend. Pura Vida!
