If you want a great tour of Havana in a horse drawn carriage find Adriel at parque central. He will take you for best mojitos and piña coladas in Havana. He is happy to suggest or take you to good restaurants etc. Adriel is knowledgeable and friendly family man. He is bi-lingual Spanish/English. You will not regret taking his tour. Tell him Rosa from Boston sent you.

Basically a giant parking lot for old (but beautiful) cars. Never walked around much but surrounded by beautiful buildings filled with history. Very cool

The central park in Havana is a convergence point where you can not only enjoy splendid old buildings and their architecture, but it is also the starting point for visits to the city, whether by car or horse-drawn carriage. Close to multiple businesses, including hotels

Very lively especially at night! There are also a lot of vintage cars parked in front of this park. Capitol is also within the area. Hop on Hop off bus starts and ends here.

Havana's central park is a vibrant hub where you can enjoy admiring the authentic vibrant and colorful vintage cars or marvel at stunning old architectural buildings and statues, including the impressive Municipal Building of Cuba, iconic opera house. As the starting point for city tours, it's an ideal spot to begin your adventure, whether by car or horse-drawn carriage. The immaculately maintained Parque Central boasts a majestic white statue of Jose Marti, surrounded by swaying palm trees, pristine pathways, and vibrant flowerbeds. This electric atmosphere is a magnet for tourists and locals alike, offering a unique chance to experience Cuba's rich culture. With the option to ride open-top buses or vintage cars, or even enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride, there's something for everyone. Luxury travellers will appreciate the nearby Gran Manzana hotel, featuring a beautiful shopping mall. For a truly immersive experience, visit the Habana Club, where you can sample and purchase authentic Cuban cigars. Although our time here was limited, we made the most of it, soaking up the sights and sounds of this incredible area. Sadly, we were unable to stroll along the side streets and local cafes and indulge in the captivating ambiance. Nonetheless, this unmet expectation provides a justification for returning on a subsequent visit.

A very central small but cute park where you sit and watch people from every type passing by. Has a nice garden! A great tip: you can take a shuttle bus to the airport from there every one hour fir 5$ only.
