Jak pracownik sklepu może żądać dowodu osobistego od osoby niepełnoletniej, która nie chcący strąciła filiżankę z półki. Córka 16lat zachaczyla torebka o dana rzecz ,która spadła. Została posadzona że zrobila to umyślnie. Dodam zdjecie za chwilę jak to stoi w salonie . Pracownica salonu byla tak nie miłą, straszyła ja tylko policja . Nigdy więcej w żadnej sieci empik nie kupię ani nie zamówię już nic. Sama pracuje w handlu i w życiu nigdy nie widzialam żeby klient został tak potraktowany.

Pani przy kasie uczy się, więc do niej nie ma problemu. Wszystko zaproponowane, pomocna. Jednak kierownik, czy ktoś starszy stażem. Jak można podejść do klienta stojącego w kolejce do kasy normalnej, nie samoobsługowej i pytać czy płaci kartą, sugerując że ma sobie zapłacić i już iść ze sklepu. Co to wgl za zachowanie. Jak pracowałem w Empiku, innym, nie było mowy o takim tekście. Pytamy się czy możemy w czymś pomóc i pomagamy. A nie podchodzimy do klienta w kolejce, mówimy na Ty, i sugerujemy czy nie płaci kartą żeby poszedł do samoobsługowej. Drodzy kierownicy, tak się klienta nie traktuje. Jakbym tak powiedział w Empiku gdzie pracowałem to bym wyleciał od razu. Kultura, to podstawa.

Panie "uczące się" trochę przesadzają. Mówię, że nie chcę przedłużać Premium, a Pani wręcz z obużeniem "A Pan to już w ogóle nie zamierza przedłużać Premium?" - jeśli Pani jest zmuszona do sprzedaży iluś tam sztuk różnych produktów, a za niewyrobienie normy grozi jej wyrzucenie z pracy, to polecam 2 piętra niżej zostawić CV w kiosku. Jeśli Pani zachowuje się tak (nie raz i nie ta jedyna) z własnej woli, to bez komentarza. W żadnym sklepie nie ma tak nachalnej obsługi jak w Empiku. Szkoda, że paczek nie można sobie samemu odbierać bez kontaktu z personelem...

I recommend….. AVOID. Arrogance towards clients, threatening with protection for daring to draw attention to poor work organization. We couldn't find the stapler. After several dozen minutes of futile searching, my wife asked only one lady who was at the cash register for help in finding small items among the pile of items, which is why we couldn't find anything there, she heard "over there..." and gave us the name of the section where we were looking, with no result. . Embittered by the lack of help in finding what I was looking for, I decided to say so. I was shouted at, asked to leave the store, and threatened with security by a completely emotionally immature, irresponsible lady, most likely behaving because of her stress-free upbringing.

I bought staples which the staff member helped me choose. I asked for help because I don't know anything about it. I wanted standard ones, I got small ones, so a few hours later I went to return them or exchange them for the correct ones. As it turned out, the refund was only for the gift card. I will mention that I paid in cash. There was no question of exchanging them for appropriate ones because even though they were in stock, they were not physically available. I don't shop at Empik, so a gift card is out of the question. It ended up that the staples and the receipt were left in the store and I didn't get my money back. If someone pays in cash, the refund should be in the same form and not forcing the customer to return because the money stays on the Empik card. I feel robbed.

Tragedia, jeśli chodzi o porządek. Przyszłam niedługo po otwarciu, a książki były tak porozwalane, w ogóle nie poukładane, więc widać że po zamknięciu dzień wcześniej nie doprowadzają sklepu do porządku. Wyszłam niedługo później, bo nic nie mogłam znaleźć w takim bałaganie

Niestety nie dość że drogo to sklep prowadzi swoją politykę w zwrotach gotówki na kartę podatkową.Dziś kupiłam dwie książki za które zapłaciłam gotówką dosłownie po pół godziny chciałam zrobić zwrot bo parę metrów dalej tą samą książką mogłam kupić o 9zł taniej na jednej sztuce.O zwrocie gotówki nie było mowy bo EMPIK ma swój wewnętrzny regulamin. TO JEST PO PROSTU ZŁODZIE....
