My
husband
and
I
went
to
the
Romeo
&
Juliet
couple's
massage
yesterday.
1.
During
the
massage,
the
masseuse
was
constantly
sneezing
and
coughing
and
was
not
wearing
a
mask.
2.
When
I
told
about
it
at
the
reception
after
the
massage,
I
heard
from
the
administrator
that
"the
masseuse
has
an
allergy
and
it
is
not
contagious."
To
my
question
"why
weren't
we
warned
about
this
in
advance?",
the
administrator,
instead
of
apologizing
for
the
inconvenience,
replied:
"Why
warn?
Does
this
affect
the
massage?”
🤯🤷🏻♀️👿
Of
course
it
is!
First
of
all,
it
affects
the
overall
impression
when
the
client
does
not
think
during
the
massage
"is
this
cough
contagious
or
not?"
Maybe
it's
tuberculosis,
not
allergies.
How
do
I
know.
3.
At
the
beginning
of
the
visit,
a
questionnaire
is
given
to
you
to
complete.
With
questions
about
additional
services
and
areas
requiring
the
massage
therapist's
attention.
None
of
the
things
noted
were
accomplished.
I
didn't
understand
the
purpose
of
this
survey
at
all.
4.
No
one
suggested
that
we
choose
oil
scents
for
the
ceremony.
Although
it
is
indicated
in
the
program.
Regular
Thai
massage
with
plain
oil.
5.
There
was
no
hot
water
in
the
shower,
only
cold
water.
Result:
Neither
my
husband
nor
I
felt
welcome.
Nobody
worried
about
us
as
customers.
It
is
unlikely
that
we
will
return
again
and
we
do
not
recommend
this
place
